Love the location. Love the breakfast. Huge rooms. The wellness center is very organized to ensure plenty of room for us to enjoy it without it being too crowded. My kids loved Emma and the chess boards in the lobby. I appreciated the fan in our closet too. Most of the staff was really helpful and welcoming. They gave us directions to easily go where we wanted to go.
We had a little hiccup with laundry but it was resolved right before we left.

Very clean! Great staff! Great breakfast! Close to public transportation making it very convenient to visit all of the beautiful sites in Prague! We also loved Ema the parrot!!!!

The staff was really helpful. They told us how to best get to Old Town using a map they have there for their guests. It was relatively easy to communicate in English. I loved the wellness area that was complimentary. The breakfast was also really nice with many options.
My husband's sweatpants got lost in the laundry, but they found it right before we had to leave, so even though it wasnt ideal, the error was corrected.

The location is very convenient and close to public transportation, with car parking available as well (though I didn't use it). My room was comfortable and clean. The SPA is great, with the option to book a massage during your stay.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing in terms of quality. The staff was highly professional and paid close attention to detail, offering lovely gestures like a welcome glass of Prosecco and a parting gift. These small touches really highlight how much they care about their guests.

Location was great. Away from the downtown old town. Walking distance was only 30 minutes.
Great craft brewery close by as well.
No air conditioning in the room. They provided a fan … it made noise though. Requested a replacement… they didn’t have.
Suggestion… have extras and if not, purchase new ones.

Great location, trams nearby and the hotel is easy to reach by car. Free parking, very nice and helpful staff in the reception, very good breakfast. Room was quiet and clean.
The room can get warm because there is no air condition. Luckily the windows could be opened and there were fans that could be used.

My husband and stayed here during a Prague stopover in our honeymoon roadtrip around europe. We had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the center via public transport. The breakfast was AMAZING - the best breakfast spread of the hotels we have stayed at so far during our roadtrip. Upon our arrival they gave us a lot of great gifts, such as a useful discount card, and vouchers for welcome drinks (lemonade and prosecco) at their hotel bar and at a partner rooftop bar (which was very worth going to, for the beautiful golden hour view above the city.). The room was a good size, with a bug bathroom and even a foyer area, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the hotel staff was lovely and helpful! We had a wonderful time.

Parking is limited very tight we parked in front of the hotel night got our car towed we had foreign plates I guess they picked on us no one else got towed 200 us very rude police ?
