We enjoyed the spa services, especially the sauna, whirlpool, and cold plunge tube. The room itself was large, and the bed was comfortable as well.
The fact that the gym opened at 11am. We would've loved to work out before breakfast. But the spa and gym opened at 11am until 11pm.

The hotel had everything you need and all included. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, fridge and other useful things. We also enjoyed the whirlpool and Sauna and the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was very extensive and good. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The communication beforehand was also great and all questions for example free parking were answered.
Nothing really, you could only hear some noise from outside.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel isn’t right in the busy center, but it’s in a great neighborhood full of interesting local cafés, bakeries, and small shops, which makes the stay feel even more authentic. The atmosphere is pleasant, and everything was easy and comfortable.

This wasn’t the first Czech Inn hotel we’ve stayed at and it won’t be the last!
Everything was great from the start, the hotel is in a great location (close to tram and metro to get to city centre). Room was quite cozy with really good heating and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was amazing with great options and basically no waiting time even though the hotel was quite busy.
The staff in general were very friendly and we felt quite welcome from start to finish and I want to thank them for that as they’ve made our stay even better!
Sadly we didn’t get to try their wellness facilities but that leaves us wanting to come back

Hospitality and helpfulness was amazing here. I would like to especially notice Ms. Boghdana's service, she helps us a lot. Hotel is situated quite close to Hala Fortuna, it's easy to come back from the concert à pied. Next time I'll come to the same hotel in Prague.

This hotel surprised me with few very positive details such as 2 vouchers for a free proseco (one of which was for a view terrace with bar in the center of Prague) and a welcome set in my room. What's more, as I was leaving I got a magnet and a discount for future bookings. All of these were a really nice addition to our stay.
The only thing that for me was missing was a sort of furniture in the bathroom for placing clothes, bathroom accessories etc. But to be honest it didn't bother me for more than a minute.

The value for money is good, with free parking included it's a bargain. Although it is a bit away from the centre, the neighborhood is pretty calm and there is a direct tram to the city centre, so it can be reached pretty quickly. The staff were very welcoming and overall cleanliness was good. Not to forget, the breakfast was really good!
The hotel is a bit old and it can be seen in furniture and carpets. The shower is really small for a hotel of this classification. Also, there are no safe deposit boxes in rooms, we had to go to the reception to store our valuables with them.

This was my first stay at this Czech Inn run hotel. I like using this hotel chain as they always throw in a few 'freebies' during a stay that vary from one of their hotels to the next. My room was clean and comfortable and all staff were pleasant and approachable. The hotel has decent travel connections with trams and a metro station not far away and is located in one of the nicer parts of Prague.
I think that advice for using the sauna and wellness area for foreigners could be highlighted better. It was obvious that some from other countries were not familiar with more local customs of people being draped or even completely naked. The wearing of swimming costumes in these areas is regarded as unhealthy as they can spread unwanted bacteria, so people should not be wearing any. Many wellness areas make this very clear with appropriate 'no swim wear' signs, but I don't recall seeing any here.
