The location is perfect,
Just 3 mins away from tram station and takes about 15 mins to reach all the touristy area. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and so were the staff at the hotel.
The only complain I have is regarding the crib. They didnt have a proper mattress for the crib and the crin had massive holes.
Please update the cribs and everything would be 10/10

It was clean, my room was large, accessible, and offered the best value for money. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. The spa was very relaxing.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel isn’t right in the busy center, but it’s in a great neighborhood full of interesting local cafés, bakeries, and small shops, which makes the stay feel even more authentic. The atmosphere is pleasant, and everything was easy and comfortable.

Bad WIFI, couldn't work from the room due to internet being slow and cutting off every 10 minutes. The parking of the hotel is ~10 minutes walk (even though hotel claims it's 5 minutes, it's not) so you need a lot of time to go to your car

The room is very small, there's no air conditioning, and the design is outdated. IMPORTANT: If you're asked to pay an additional tax, don't accept it! You don't need to pay it, as you paid for everything when you booked.

It's a very good modernish chain hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. It was understandably very busy all the time we were there. The staff were very helpful, the room was more than adequate with a good bathroom and shower. The 'wellness center' is basically a couple of saunas and a jacuzzi, with massages available, although we didn't try those. They have a small infrared sauna which works surprisingly well and a larger traditional sauna which was great.
To really nit-pick: the jacuzzi was a bit cool for me, but perfect for my wife. It was big and a bit slippery to get into, which was a slight concern. The location involves a bit of public transport to get into the historical center, but then that's why this hotel is half the price of hotels in the center. At the end of the day, it's a five minute walk and 15 minutes on Prague's excellent tram system to get just about anywhere. By the way, we loved Prague's public transport system, especially since we are over 65 so for us it was free!

Wonderful and very helpful staff! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the young man at the reception, but I want to thank him especially — he was extremely helpful when we almost missed our flight because of our own mistake. Truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism!

The room was fine—your typical classic hotel setup. I expected it to be a bit more spacious, but I can’t really complain. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff: incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely amazing. Some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time!
Breakfast, sorry, going to be honest, it wasnt the best as in other hotels, food variety was quite small, and the people (other guests) there were constantly bumping to other guest.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional — I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service at the reception.
Everything about my stay was smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and friendliness of the team. I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
