Great hotel with nice location and convenient transport interchange, free parking, friendly staff, cleanliness, free sauna and jacuzzi, breakfasts) rooms are large, well equipped. we will definitely come back again

Staff and workers were lovely and helpful at all times. Lots of great food places nearby. Quiet. Many breakfast options.
Unfortunately we found it dirty and not worth the four stars. There were a lot of disgusting dead flies on the ceiling in our room, dried food residue on the fridge. Fridge was also loud. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a smell from either that or the shower. No AC. Dirty windows with smudges and hand prints.
Stained glasses and food residue on the "clean" dished at the breakfast buffet. Bad coffee but that's just a preference. Spa was not free as far as we've seen.
