The reception staff are extremely kind and provide best information, truly commendable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. Rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious; ours even had a separate kitchenette. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and of high quality. The hotel offers many conveniences for a comfortable stay and for exploring the city. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Prague.

I`d r4ealy like hotel administrator quick responses and attention. Hotel also give some small present to us and Prague tourist card with discaunts, that`s also very nice and sweet.
Need to put simple one-time use toothbruthes and paste.

We had a perfect stay at the Colorfactory Hotel in Prague for 5 days.
Very nice and clean hotel.Lovely staff at reception. Tasty and good selection for breakfast. Clean and warm room for winter time:-) Good wellness facilities. Not so far from center. 2 min walk to Tram stop and 30 min to get center.

Lot of extra gift from hotel, postcard, wine, Prague Pass, water etc Complimentaries.
Nothing. Only a small review not a complain. Staff at the restaurant could be smile more often:-) Anyway everything was very good.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department is hitting its mark, but this team nailed it. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

I loved everything: service, people, room, breakfast, cleanliness, quietness.
It was a bit difficult to carry our four pieces of luggage up/down the stairs to/from the reception. When we were leaving one of the staff members helped us though:)Maybe a simple ramp would help :)
