We have been here once before and will surely visit again. The wellness area is fantastic, and it has been upgraded since the last time i was there. The people at the reception are amazing and nice. They have a parrot called Ema, which is learning to say "Hello" and "Ahoj". They also give you vouchers for prosseco at the hotel bar and a sky terrace in the city.
The bubbles in the hot tub work, but the jets do not. In the night, sometimes it was a tad bit noisy. Rooms could use some air conditioning. There was only a fan.

Upon arrival we could easily park in the hotel court. Check in was smooth, hotel staff is simply amazing, they were kind and informative. We got very detailed explanations on the hotel services and on the city too. They had printed infosheets in our native language explaining public transport including maps. There was a parrot (Ema) in the hall, she was cute and it was funny how she "talked" to the guests. The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy. Breakfast was great too, loads of types of food, fresh and tasty. Staff was also super kind and nice in the bar too! Would recommend 10/10, and we would revisit any time. Hotel is about 4kms away from old town, but Tram 14 drops you there in a couple of minutes, you can buy tickets on the tram from the vending machine and pay by card, nice job, Prague! We also got multiple vouchers and welcome drinks, so overall experience is really really nice!

Could you tell us a little more?
The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful one-hour spa session and received a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely surprise.
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful — the bartender shared great recommendations for interesting places to visit in Prague, and the overall service was excellent. We were also treated to a glass of prosecco at the bar and received a discount for our next stay. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service by the staff! The front desk welcomed us and took his time explaining the details on seeing the city and getting around! Breakfast and bartender were superb! Many complimentary amenities we did not expect.
The spa is nice, but very small and appointments are shared with other guests. Everything else is excellent!

Everything was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly, they give us welcome drink in the bar ( proseco or limonade ), free drinks in cafe Panorama in center of Prague, in the room there was free bottle of wine and when we check out they give us free bottles of water, magnet as a gift and discount for the next stay. Breakfast was super great. Hotel also have free parking. Train station is near the hotel and direct line for the old city. When you are in the hotel you can reserve for spa, jacuzzi and sauna is great for relaxing.
