Very nice staff who are always available and ready to help. The place is dog-friendly and offers a good, tasty breakfast. The location is quite good, in a quiet area. There is private parking available, about a 7-minute walk away.

- They had always found a solution for parking.
- Friendly staff. Very unusual for Czech staff
- English speakers.
- Hotel and room was clean. A lot of small gifts. A nice touch with the personalized welcome.
- Breakfast was nice. Small portions of scrambled eggs, but otherwise everything was plenty and the baked goods were good as well. The cakes were low on sugar. Nice.
- Ema the parrot was cute
The only thing was the way that parking door works. Sometimes it closes way too fast and you have to ring reception. Again, and again. I am not sure what keeps it open for longer, but that was really the only thing that did not go 100%. Otherwise there is nothing to complain. A well run business. I am definitely looking out for all their other hotels.

Location and personnel (staff) attitude. Room were cleaned and beds are very comfy. There few bonuses been given on arrival (vouchers for drinks, etc.). Public transport from location can get you to any corner of Prague. Wellness & GYM is advantage.
Smell of Cooking Oil in the room. Upon notification about parking lot requirement, there is were non and have to park at tricky location. Rooms are a bit required renovation.

The beds were so dirty, full of hair, also the bathroom had hair in the shower. The shower head was not clean. We received new bed sheets but they were worse then the first ones. We only managed to sleep for 2 hours that night... :(

Everything was great, staff was so nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Our dog also loved it! There is a great restaurant in the hotel and they give you a voucher for a free welcome drink. We used the spa as well and it was great. We will come back there for sure
