Everything was great, staff was so nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Our dog also loved it! There is a great restaurant in the hotel and they give you a voucher for a free welcome drink. We used the spa as well and it was great. We will come back there for sure

I liked the location of the property. I liked the SPA after a cold day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was very good.
The SPA could have been cleaner and the pillows more comfortable.

The hotel was close to trams and buses which made it easy to get around. Clean, tidy, the staff were really helpful and friendly. It was handy having the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The location of the hotel was excellent in Holesovice (Prague 7) with plenty of nearby shops, restaurants and coffee shops. It was a short 10 minute ride on the 14 Tram into the Old Town and you can get to the airport in under an hour by public transport which is considerably cheaper than a taxi (Tram 1or 25, then 26 and Trolleybus 59). 40 CZK against 800 CZK.
Rooms were spacious with tea and coffee facilities with very friendly staff throughout. The star of the show had to be the breakfast which was probably the best offering I have seen after 2 years travelling to different countries in Europe. The choice for both hot and cold food was amazing with plenty of fresh fruit and daily fresh cakes. Amazing!
WIFI was very good and the hotel has a nice restaurant and bar although I did not have dinner in the hotel. Vouchers for a complimentary drink are given to each guest and I was very impressed to have a complementary bottle of red wine in my room on arrival (no special occasion).
My only criticism is that the rooms are a bit dated and could so with some colour in them which would match the theme of the hotel. That said the rooms are comfortable.

The staff were kind and polite. The room size and clean were good.
The parking space almost all the time was over full and wasn't easy to park somewhere, but always blocked the other car. For breakfast you should to wait in line, because tabels were much less than the guests. In our bathroom we have facilities for disable people which was stressed for my family and main issues was to use the mirror because specific function for disable people. Not very convenient to use it by normal way. Also the hangs are fixed to wardrobe tube and it's not comfortable to hang on your jackets and clothes especially in this winter days when use it often every day. However the hotel is not bad, but have some negative side to clean it for perfect stay in Prague.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, with many options to choose from. The sauna, jacuzzi, and parking facilities were very nice. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and also received a small souvenir and water upon check-out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
The air freshener used in the hotel hallways caused us to sneeze and cough, and we believe we may have been allergic to it.
