Everything was perfect: a comfortable and clean room, great SPA facilities, perfect fresh and tasty breakfast. And last but not least: the most welcome and kind staff we have ever meet! Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely return!
As bonus experience - Resident Evil reboot filming right outside the hotel - that was unbelievable!

- fantastic staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful
- variety of food at breakfast, including vegan, gluten-free and children-friendly options (I was super happy to be able to use plant-based milk)
- great location - close to the historical centre (we walked)
- room was clean and equipped with everything that is necessary, we liked that there was a bathtub (complimentary water and wine were a nice touch)
- at the time of our stay, there was a film production at the same street - we consider that a great experience to witness :)
- a little souvenir upon the check-out was a lovely gesture
- we’re looking forward to come back!

Nice staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, good mini bar and generally quiet
Bad WIFI, couldn't work from the room due to internet being slow and cutting off every 10 minutes. The parking of the hotel is ~10 minutes walk (even though hotel claims it's 5 minutes, it's not) so you need a lot of time to go to your car

The Hotel located in Prague 7 in a nice quite neighborhood, was the ideal spot for our vacation. With nice restaurants around the corner, mini markets and a bakery. There was a tram stop near by that took you to the city center. The personnel of the hotel were really pleasant and polite and willing to help with information about everything. The breakfast was plentiful and really tasty, so was the dinner served. The spa access was also great, with plenty of working hours to access any time of day. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it.
The spa could get crowded in the evening, and the 8 person limit was not met up. It would be nice if they also had a swimming pool.

Breakfast, location, free parking, extremely big beds, good voice isolation, personnel… overall very good, but NOT CONVENIENT FOR PARENTS WITH BABIES
-FOR FAMILY WITH BABIES, they have only stairs at the entrance, so you need to carry the stroller up and down by yourselves.
- I also didn’t like that there was a waiter that led us till the room, stepped into my room without removing the shoes, I find it unnecessary and invasive.
-personally I found the beds extremely soft
