- They had always found a solution for parking.
- Friendly staff. Very unusual for Czech staff
- English speakers.
- Hotel and room was clean. A lot of small gifts. A nice touch with the personalized welcome.
- Breakfast was nice. Small portions of scrambled eggs, but otherwise everything was plenty and the baked goods were good as well. The cakes were low on sugar. Nice.
- Ema the parrot was cute
The only thing was the way that parking door works. Sometimes it closes way too fast and you have to ring reception. Again, and again. I am not sure what keeps it open for longer, but that was really the only thing that did not go 100%. Otherwise there is nothing to complain. A well run business. I am definitely looking out for all their other hotels.

Very comfortable rooms, very clean, mattress amazing. Very welcoming with a Prague Postal card, bottle of wine, welcome note and a free drink in the bar. Staff very friendly.

Excellent service at the hotel. A huge family suite, clean and well-equipped. Very tasty breakfasts. A big advantage is the hotel's own car park, where you can leave your car and get around the city by public transport, which is just a few steps away. There are also many tasty restaurants near the hotel. Excellent value for money. Additional tourist card with discounts for guests.
One downside is that the king-size bed in the family apartment is actually two beds pushed together (I prefer one large bed).

We were last minute looking for a place to sleep and rest before starting a festival. We drove all day by car from Belgium to Prague. We were tired. We were welcomed with open arms and honestly spoiled rotten. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything here exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice, we also did the sauna. We'll be coming back here for sure!
The breakfast buffet has gluten free bread included. Very useful for us.

One of the best places we've ever stayed at.
Beautiful hotel and very nice staff, lots of freebies like bottle of wine and prosecco and 2 free vouchers for welcome drink at the hotel and at different hotel in the city. Emma the parrot downstairs was a cute bonus too. Also Spa was very lovely and opened till late. The bed was like a cloud and it was really nice and quiet to sleep well. Would definitely visit again!

The reception staff are extremely kind and provide best information, truly commendable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. Rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious; ours even had a separate kitchenette. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and of high quality. The hotel offers many conveniences for a comfortable stay and for exploring the city. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Prague.

I`d r4ealy like hotel administrator quick responses and attention. Hotel also give some small present to us and Prague tourist card with discaunts, that`s also very nice and sweet.
Need to put simple one-time use toothbruthes and paste.
