No AC at 4*??????
Room are too small, at 5th floor we stay. 40 degrees inside, only á ventilator. We preferred to leave at 12AM, before checkout and drive over 1000 km then stay at this accommodation

Our stay was a complete disappointment and absolutely not worth the money. We will definitely never come back.
There is no air conditioning, even though it was almost 38°C (100°F) outside. The room was unbearably hot and impossible to cool down. To make things even worse, there were insects inside the refrigerator, which is completely unacceptable.
Most of the staff were rude and poorly informed. We specifically booked Unlimited Spa Access, yet after only one hour we were told to leave the spa. The spa employee came in, pointed her finger at us, and simply made a gesture towards her watch instead of speaking to us politely. When we explained that our booking included unlimited spa access, she just said she was new and didn’t know the rules herself.
Two years ago, the hotel offered a private spa option, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel again. This option has been removed without any notice before booking, which was extremely disappointing.
The breakfast was also terrible. The breakfast area was overcrowded, extremely hot, and to make matters worse, a staff member even turned off the air conditioning. It was impossible to enjoy breakfast.
The overall experience was so bad that we checked out early today because the heat and the overall conditions were simply unbearable.
Overall: Poor service, poor communication, unacceptable cleanliness, and terrible value for money. We even ended our stay early because we couldn’t take it anymore. Never again. One star is far more than this hotel deserves.

Rooms are large, parking is included, staff is fantatic
There is no AC, it can get very hot in the summer. There is a ceiling fan, but in Summer in Prague it can get too hot in the room. Sleeping was not comfortable due to heat and windows can't be kept open because street outside is very noisy.
Apart from it SPA was included, but it might as well not have been. 1 small Jacuzzi booked for 8 persons at the same time.

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice welcome drink. Very friendly staff.
The croissants in the breakfast were old, the room too hot and we found out there was a fan just when we were leaving.
They asked for a reservation to use the pool, but when we arrived there were 4 big people (2 couples) occupying the whole pool (really small) and it was completely inappropriate entering in the middle with a baby, was really disappointed.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were really kind and place was very spacious.

The Receptionist was very friendly and professional with exeptional knowledge of the hotel and City's attractions. I loved the room!
Please train your bar staff to get better understanding of the cocktail.mixology, as they didn't know how to make an espresso martini and tasted horrible. Sorry guy but that's the truth.
