Personnel, prague magnet gift at leaving, discount for a next staying in prague.
Location (20 minutes to the center by tram).
Good room, clean, good buffet breakfast.
Very good ratio price / facilities (parking included)
From aspect pov, compared to other 4 stars hotels, i would rate to 3,5 stars (especially the furniture + door - seemed old, bathroom as well from aspect pov).

Good location to explore Prague.
Parking available on site.
The "wellness area" was one of the reasons we decided to book this hotel, was unorganized and not clean.
Too crowded and no staff around to ensure standards.
The rooms are next to the road and during summer it's really hot inside.

Absolute gem of a hotel. We visited on a 3 day trip with our 10yo and 12yo and had the best time. Super spacious rooms, amazing buffet breakfast and perfect location. The spa was the cherry on the cake! Can't wait to return.

Good location, private free parking, comfortable big bed (but not the pillows), very friendly and helpful staff, prague discount card
It was too hot at night (there was a fan in the room but it was extremely loud); turned out that spa had only one jacuzzi and a sauna, really wanted to relax after a long trip but decided to not to go here; a slightly broken and outdated shower; city tax not included, after payment, the price of the hotel no longer seems reasonable. Overall a good place. I give it a high rating thanks to the staff.

Parking, close public transport, the staff was really helpful and kind. The possibility of the wellness, and it was never overcrowded. The breakfast was always awsome.
Room service was always nice and kept the rooms really clean.
The room was a bit bright, and a bit noisy from the street.

Loved the room, so spacious, breakfast was amazing, staff super friendly and helpful.
Location was great, close to tramline and also great as we were able to park easily there. Would stay again and recommend
The spa was a bit underwhelming but we didn’t book the hotel because of the spa so wasn’t much of an issue for us.
