Very helpful and attentive staff. Clear and convenient instructions on how to reach the city center by public transport were provided. Excellent breakfast.
Lovely extra touches made the stay special: a complimentary glass of prosecco in the restaurant, a discount card for the city, a bottle of wine in the room, and water bottles upon departure.

Excellent staff. Excellent front desk. I have stayed many hotel chains for almost 20 years, but the FO staff was number-1 I have ever seen.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the additional benefits you got from just booking with them were great. Also I very much enjoyed that the lobby had an avian friend.
The breakfast had a wide variety and selection available.
The bedrooms were huge, and the complimentary wine went down easily.
Just a very nice and easy experience all round.
Sometimes the lights in the room were a little flickery or awkward to work, but in the grand scheme of things not really an issue.

Very nice staff who are always available and ready to help. The place is dog-friendly and offers a good, tasty breakfast. The location is quite good, in a quiet area. There is private parking available, about a 7-minute walk away.

The location is perfect for arriving by train to Holesovice station, connection with city center is fine with trams.
Clean, nice modern sleeping room (bathroom is a separate space in the room).
Breakfast is ok. Sauna was available for booking on the day of arrival.
We visited the sauna for 2 days. On the first day, it was very good and pleasant. On the second day, the whirlpool room was filled with a strong smell of chlorine or another sanitizer. I couldn't stay there for more than 5 minutes.
The breakfast menu is ok, but the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit is limited. On the sencond day by 9 a.m. no scrambled eggs left, pancakes run out very soon too.. It was a big disappointment..
We booked a standard room, a room includes a hallway to bathroom, separate bathroom and a sleeping room. The sleeping room is very modern and nice, but the hallway and bathroom designed like in 1990-s. It's all clean and good, but needs a renovation.
Pillows are too firm.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s a pleasant and quiet place, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from every day. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive — we even received several thoughtful surprises during our stay, which made the experience extra special. It was amazing — highly recommended!

The staff was polite, the rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was varied, rich, and very good and the location is excellent because with the tram we could reach the locations we wanted to visit in a maximum of 20 minutes

There was only one thing. When we were on our first day, we couldn’t make an appointment in the fitness section because it was full.
