The best part of this hotel is the location for someone who needs to be by the train station. It is right across the street.
Check in was a bit rough as first we were sent to a completely handicap room. Then I requested a different room and the staff could not get a key card to work 3 times I had to go up and down the stairs to get if fixed. The staff person finally came up and it did not work for him either he said I could get one in the morning and I asked if I could get it still that night he brought it about 20minutes later. Breakfast was limited I was surprised because of other reviews saying how great it was. There were stains on the carpet which didn't make it feel very clean. It is an older building which could be charming with carpet cleaning. We had one window in our room which faced a hallway where cleaning carts and supplies were kept

Our family had a delightful stay at Exe City Park Hotel. The hotel's location is outstanding—directly opposite the main train station and just a short walk to Wenceslas Square and the Old Town.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable environment for our family. Housekeeping maintained high standards, with daily cleaning and fresh towels.
Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality and selection exceeded our expectations.
The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.
We highly recommend Exe City Park Hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. A handy little 26 hour shop was available in the lobby.

Small bed, massacre at crowded breakfast, next rooms alarm clock did ring 1hr - how can one hear the next room? Poorest tv stations, tiny working desk

The hotel has a perfect location, you can walk to all points of interest, it is located in front of the train station, very close to the opera, very good cleanliness and a very varied breakfast, very friendly staff

Some reception staff could act in a more professional manner as there was some sneering at the guests, both in body language and verbally. They should also realise that communicating in English does not imply that you do not understand Czech.
