Great, great location, spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff.
We booked for 4 people, the kids sleep on foldable sofa, but they are alrady very tall, so the bed was a little smaĺl/narrow for them, keep that in mind if your kids are almost grwon ups :) Anyway, even the sofa was very comfortable itself and we are happy with our hotel choice!

It was my friend his birthday and we got a free bottle of cava from the hotel.
There was no toilet brush. We went 9 days eating and drinking. We felt bad for the cleaning lady...

Great location in the heart of the city. A historic building with modern touches. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and include all necessary amenities such as a complimentary coffee corner, bottled water, and toiletries.
The breakfast buffet is very rich, comparable to those found in all-inclusive Mediterranean resort hotels.
Thanks to all the staff for their excellent service and hospitality.

Clean and comfortable room
Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room. When I contacted reception to request some, I was told to “look harder.” After explaining that there were definitely no towels present, I received a dismissive response and was told to come down and collect them myself.
Additionally, housekeeping handled our belongings inappropriately. My sister’s suitcase had been thrown onto the floor, and we returned to find her clothes scattered around the room. When we reported this to reception, we were once again met with a rude and unhelpful attitude.
