Excellent location and exceptionally friendly staff. We were kindly given a complimentary upgrade for our anniversary, with a beautiful attic room and a bathroom featuring heated floors. A truly lovely stay.
The only aspect that could be improved, especially for a five-star hotel, was that empty water bottles were left in the room and not replenished during the stay, which felt rather unusual at this standard. The coffee was also not particularly good. Other than that, it would be hard to find anything to complain about.

The room was very nice and had a good location (close to the markets, city center and public transport). Bed was very big. The room was clean. Thanks a lot for the birthday surprise from the hotel. It was very sweet.

A bit more effort expected in cleaning the rooms because you could see dust on the bedside tables even after the room was cleaned
