Staff was super nice, good service orientation, tried helping with everything they could, the room was very spacious, the location is AMAZING (practically 15-20 minutes walk to every place you can think of that’s worth going to)
If I have to nitpick - the room was a bit dark and the shower heads could use freshening up

The location of the hotel was perfect for us- we always had a different place to eat, drink and carry out different activities which was all in walking distance for us too.
The room was one of the best hotel rooms which i have ever stayed it, very clean and lovely cleaners as well.
The view from the hotel room was not so great however, that did not bother us too much as we were hardly in the room as there was so much activities we wanted to do. Although it would have been nice to have a better view of Prague.

Large and clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful reception, location, everthing is perfect, cafe machine and tea cooker,l in room. Receptionnwith fruits and water. Really nice!
