The hotel is very well located in the center of Prague, close to Charles Bridge and the main attractions, which makes it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and very well designed. The bathroom was also clean and pleasant. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied, and the staff were very kind, so I can highly recommend this hotel.
The main downside for me was that the breakfast area was located on level minus one in the basement. Another issue was that the staff did not refill the breakfast items in time, so something was always missing, whether it was eggs, juice, or fruit. We kept having to ask for things to be brought out, which was a bit frustrating. I also had a problem with the heating in the room, as there were no radiators and the room was heated through the air conditioning, which unfortunately did not work properly. There was also some confusion with the room when I arrived. During the booking process on Booking, I was asked whether I preferred a room on a higher or lower floor, and I selected a higher floor. However, the hotel did not seem to have that information at all. Only after I asked again at check in and said I would prefer a higher floor than the first one, I was given a room on the third floor. It is only a small detail, but they did make the change when I asked, so I see that as a positive and one of the reasons for my high rating. I would gladly return there in the future. At the same time, in my opinion, the regular price without any discount is unreasonable. If you can book it at a discounted rate closer to the price of a 4 star hotel, then it is definitely worth it.

Wish we'd been told that there were steps in the room between the bed & the toilet, that had to be used at night. No railing to make their use safer! Fell 2-3 times as a result!
