the location of the hotel
nice reception people
despite long corridors, the elevators were always available on time

Horror windows. All street noise felt like inside and there s a lot ,a lot of noise outside.

The 3 rd bed was actually a folding bed that is not mentioned and too short for a child over 12 years or 170 cm
Coffee capsules only occasionally
The wall next to the folding bed was dirty

Beautiful historical property, renovated with care & taste, exceptional staff, centrally located, excellent breakfast.
A third add on bed in the twin room that made the space feel cramped. The red light panels in the basement breakfast room were not time appropriate, more disco feel than calm space.

The Staff were quite friendly, I heard that Czech people are very reserved so it was surprising to be met with such friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the TV was a nice addition. The small necessities such as the comb, flip flops and safe etc. were also nice to have.
The only thing I can think of is that I would get calls to my room, early in the morning from people with the wrong number but I don’t think that this is a fault of the hotel.
