My room was out of this world - with a beautiful skylight roof window. It was amazing
The stairs in the middle of the room made those half-asleep, middle-of-the-night bathroom trips a bit more complicated.

Noise from the street below was very, very loud. Location right next to a night club, spent hours awake at night hearing drunks screaming on the street.

Location is prime, just about 15 min walk to city center and Charles bridge. Room was nice and clean and comfortable enough. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
I feel like they could give us a better room. We were on the first floor and due to central position and poor insonorization, at night it was a bit loud from the street.

Very clean beautiful hotel. Well situated. Quieter than Old Town, but an easy walk.
A hotel of this quality really needs a concierge. The staff were very friendly and engaging but did not know enough about area restaurants, sights, getting around, etc. This was a big drawback!

Staff was super nice, good service orientation, tried helping with everything they could, the room was very spacious, the location is AMAZING (practically 15-20 minutes walk to every place you can think of that’s worth going to)
If I have to nitpick - the room was a bit dark and the shower heads could use freshening up

The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was large with all the extras possible from toothbrushes and toothpaste to a comb. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was very kind.
The AC wasn’t working well, and we had more than 35 degrees outside

Great location, easy walking distance to Charles Bridge & old town. Great room size, liked that you could open the window for some fresh air.
Bed is very firm & pillows are flat, a couple of teaspoons in the room would be helpful for making a cup of tea!
