The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast offered great choice and a lovely ambience, again the staff added to this great ambience.
If there was to be one negative is that the gym is limited but then again, I did not really have time to try it, so for me it was not that much of a problem on this visit.

Location is great and the bed was huge and so comfortable. Lovely place to come back to after a big day sightseeing
there is some noise from the trams but the windows do a pretty good job of muffling it

We couldn't have asked for a better location! Close to everything- popular attractions, hotels, bars and public transport yet we didn't suffer from loud noises. The hotel and the room we stayed in were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Staff members were very welcoming and helpful.
Overall, we had a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Prague.

Location walkable to all key sights in city. 30 mins car ride from airport.
Bit noisy at night, not sure if it was something out side or aircon (on or off it was noisy).

A good sized room that was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a good sized bathtub. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

Very convenient. Excellent staff. So helpful and friendly. Hotel is spotless . Plenty of public areas to relax. We were able to leave our bags in storage as we had an evening flight. Our rooms were serviced every day.
Shower in room could have a bit more pressure and warmer. Not a complaint- just an observation.
