The apartment was really clean and quiet, even though it's located next to a really busy street. It's less than 10min walk from the Metro station where Green and Yellow lines cross and 3min from the nearest Green station - quick trip to Old Town. There are a couple of cafeterias and restaurants nearby, and of course pubs.
As can be seen in the photos, the parking is rather small. The entryway is extremely narrow, as can be expected from tenement. Considering all the cars crammed in the lot, it required a couple of minutes of manouvering to turn even medium-length (4.5m) car around, so we would be able to get out of it.
My only concern was, it didn't feel like a spot was actually being reserved. Arriving late in the evening we've found all the marked spots occupied and the only way to not block anyone was to park uncomfortably close to the trash bins. The next morning we were able to snatch another spot, but in the evening the lot was full again, with one extra car squeezed in the last bit of free space.
There is public parking all around, but read the signs carefully if you're going to use it.

I am happy to share with you that the location of this place is perfect. The room is really good for family, group, couple and best to stay for the location is near to the restuarants, shoping mall, tourist spots, park etc. We had a relax stay in this place for they have provided us a very clean room with complete facilities. I would definitely book to this place again in future. I would only suggest to modify the outside facade of the building and the entrance.
Outside building facade is kinda creepy specially at night. The entrance as well is to dark if you don't know the location of the light switch.

Convenient location - closed to metro station (about 5-7 mins walk) but the surrounding won’t be too busy. We enjoyed our 3-day stay there. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He showed us the locations of various sightseeing places and was helpful when we checked out. Everything was good during our stay. We’ll definitely stay in this place when we go Prague again.

Well-sized room, with a small but workable kitchen en spacious bathroom. Clean and neat. My room bordered at the courtyard, and there was hardly any noise from traffic. Location is a 10-15 min walk from the central station.
Maybe the kitchen could be a bit more complete, e.g. there was washing soap, but no brush or sponge. That said, it's a kitchenette, so you cannot expect to make big meals.

Room with balcony was great because they were experiencing very hot temperatures in 34 c.
Reception only 10am to 4pm. Had an issue with key card after those hours and it took longer to resolve with the phone than if someone were on site. But it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Extended my stay by a night - so easy, free luggage storage, out of 10 Prague hotels this is the only one with free late checkout until 1 pm! Clean and door that cuts off bedroom which helps with sound
