It was really clean, and we were upgraded to a larger room once we arrived. The staff was really nice and told us how to get around the city and recommended us good places to eat.
The location is great, 5 minutes from metro and tram stations. Loads of cafes and food places around as well.
The rooms were warm and we had hot water all the time.
The only down side is that the reception opens at 10AM. We arrived early in the morning and we had to wait with our luggage.

Location was near enough to centre but not right in the tourist area, I like walking so just walked in to it or to the train station, problem. Area and street were nice,, safe, not rough. I don't think there was an iron or ironing board, that's probably my only gripe. I think I saw an ironing board outside so maybe can ask for one (or it was hidden)? Time of year I stayed (September) temperature was ideal, no aircon so might be a bit hot in peak summer I'd imagine which is why I'll give an 8 not a 9? .. I want to give an 8.5 :) Room felt spacious, wifi as I remember was fine, certainly not bad! No issues with street noise. I had windows shut at night but certainly slept well, nice and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.
The bottom door handle seemed to want to come off, I was worried I'd come back when staff were away and not be able to get in. Hope it's fixed by now, other than that no issues.

We really liked Prague and this accommodation. On the first day we had a problem finding the location, it was hard for us to figure out where the accommodation was and we parked the car 2 km away to find it :)), the entrance to the parking lot is quite narrow, but we had already read other people's reviews about it, the room was very clean, equipped with all the utilities, the reception staff was very kind and friendly, the location is located relatively close, about 25 minutes walk from the Christmas Market, there is a market very close to the accommodation (Namesti Miru) nearby there are many restaurants or supermarkets even non-stop. Very quiet at night, so we slept very well. On the 3rd day our room was cleaned and no one bothered us. The staff at check-out on the last day asked us if we wanted to leave the car or luggage so we could walk around, which is very important because believe me, Prague is very crowded and you have nowhere to leave the car. I highly recommend!
the pillows were very hard, but we still managed to rest. And for smokers (like us) even if you get a junior suite with a balcony unfortunately it is not allowed. but there is a smoking area downstairs in the parking lot

close restaurants, market and coffee shops, very close to downtown by walk. The staff is kind, the room is spacious, fresh towels daily and the bathroom was always clean. The kind cleaning lady even washed the spoons in the sink! Very thoughtful.
The sheets were not replaced for the whole week that I stayed there. Also, the floor was not mopped or swept either for the whole week.

Excellent place to stay, Great location and easy public transportation facilities nearby.
Luggage storage facility should have been open till 6 pm at least for late evening flights so don’t have to walk with luggage’s at your sister hotel.

The room was clean, and had all the things i was looking for
The key thing was that the place felt a bit run down, especially some of the plastic decorations felt like a cheap place and overall it didn't feel much.

The hotel is close to te railway station that was something I was looking for
When we arrived anybody was at the ereception and the check in has to be done by phone and the key was in a box that had to be opened with a code number given by phone. They must inform you in advance in the booking page of all these requirements

The apartment was really clean and quiet, even though it's located next to a really busy street. It's less than 10min walk from the Metro station where Green and Yellow lines cross and 3min from the nearest Green station - quick trip to Old Town. There are a couple of cafeterias and restaurants nearby, and of course pubs.
As can be seen in the photos, the parking is rather small. The entryway is extremely narrow, as can be expected from tenement. Considering all the cars crammed in the lot, it required a couple of minutes of manouvering to turn even medium-length (4.5m) car around, so we would be able to get out of it.
My only concern was, it didn't feel like a spot was actually being reserved. Arriving late in the evening we've found all the marked spots occupied and the only way to not block anyone was to park uncomfortably close to the trash bins. The next morning we were able to snatch another spot, but in the evening the lot was full again, with one extra car squeezed in the last bit of free space.
There is public parking all around, but read the signs carefully if you're going to use it.
