Good location, clean
A bit old, no sockets next to bed. I arrived at night and there were no towels in my room. No staff to request, door pin code wasnt working so I was waiting for other guests to go out and open

Tired old hotel, with rooms and carpets that are at best dated. Put me in a room, 20 minutes later just as I had unpacked and was in the shower told me they put me in the wrong room and I had to move.
They offered me a free breakfast but not here in another hotel 20 minutes away...
Pigeons on the non shutting delux cooing from 5:30 in the morning, carpets that are simply disgusting, just one pillow that felt like a few drops of foam in an old sheet

The place is close to the stop Náměstí Míru. The room was bigger than I expected. Besides being a tram track outside the building it was fairly quiet. The receptionist was really nice including the Manager Mr. Červený. We would be happy to return when we are in Prague again

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly
There were multiple problems. There was a power cut the first day which, ordinarily, not a problem. However, on the second day there was a major gas leak and what I suspect was a decent fire by the elevator. The hotel was evacuated and we were put in another EA property. Everything smelt of gas and, while this wasn't the staff's fault, there was no communication at all about the issue. We only found out by coming back to the hotel in the afternoon and there was no compensation offered for the disruption.
