Really good location, tram stop is just a few minutes away. Clean and decent sized room.
One of the night shift staff members was quite dismissive and unhelpful. Prior to our stay, I had messaged the hotel to ask whether I could borrow a vacuum to vacuum-seal my jackets, and I was told they would be more than happy to help. When I arrived, I spoke to two day shift staff members on two separate occasions, and both were very helpful and confirmed that I could borrow the vacuum. We were told that the vacuum would be delivered to our room on the night before our departure. However, the vacuum was not delivered, so we went to the front desk that night and spoke to a night shift staff member. He said he did not know anything about it and that he could not do anything. When I asked if I could borrow the vacuum directly, he simply said no, offered no alternative solutions, and made no effort to assist us. He then just stared at us, without attempting to help further. I later sent a message via Booking.com, and the day shift staff responded explaining that the vacuum had been delivered to the wrong room. Housekeeping then sent it to us on the morning of our departure but it was too late as I've already packed. I am grateful for the day shift staffs who were consistently helpful and I completely understand that mistakes can happen with housekeeping. However, the poor customer service from the night shift staff member left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Almost everything was perfect: the room size, location, service, etc. We will definitely book this hotel again next time!
1. The pillows were very uncomfortable because they were large and hard; it was impossible to bend or adjust them, and we slept with discomfort for all 5 nights. 2. There was no bottled drinking water in the rooms. Only because of these two points we gave a rating of 9; everything else was excellent.

Perfect location. Clean comfortable room. Adequate Toiletries. Excellent Room heating.
Our last night the shower water was lukewarm and not hot. Informed the central EA reception but result was indifferent. Stated the problem was due to local authorities and not the hotel.

We spent three nights at the hotel and were very pleased with its convenient location for tourists, right in the heart of the old town. We strolled through the old streets, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, and shops. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly; they greeted us and checked us in without any hassle. On the morning of our departure, they ordered a taxi for us, and the attendant walked us to the car and carried our luggage. The rooms are very comfortable, with excellent plumbing. The room rate is very affordable for mid-range travelers. We express our sincere gratitude to all the staff and owners of this hotel.

The room was awesome, it was huge and gorgeous, and it had great furniture. The bathroom was a little cramped, and there wasn't a tub for such a big room. But the location was perfect, close to all the sights and cool spots.

-The hotel is very conveniently located at the heart of Wenceslas Square, and has very convenient connections to Prague's extensive tram and metro. It's also within a comfortable walking distance to the Old Town, the National Museum, and the Central Railway Station. -The beds are very comfortable. -The lobby, while small, leads right onto Prague's extensive passage network, which is a gem to explore.
-The image creates the impression that the hotel's building is more extensive than it actually is. -The hotel room is rather narrow. In fact, it's the narrowest hotel room I've stayed in (about as narrow as, or even narrower than, the Kowloon Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui). -The hotel's reception is only intermittedly staffed. However, the nearby EA Aparthotel Melantrich's reception, which is staffed 24/7, serves the Rokoko hotel as well.

Wonderful
