Staff was very kind and helped with our problems, location is very central and public transportation is close, building has a beautiful historical staircase.
Not worth 4 star rating: bedding felt synthetic and hot, plastic parts in bath was broken, soap dispenser was leaking, bathroom ventilator was very loud, one towel had a hole, balcony had uncleaned ashtray full with cigarette buts, bedside lamp had to be unplugged to charge phone next to bed.

Perfect location, in the center of the city, you can go everywhere by foot and also to the railway station. The room was clean,with a nice view on a street with beautiful buildings,coffee, and restaurants all around. Very polite and helpful stuff.

Excellent location and we were upgraded to a city view room although the square was currently a construction site that was no fault of the hotel. Great location, adjacent to metro station, tram stop and many good cafes and bars. Room was comfortable with aircon and a mini fridge. Elevator was great and not too noisy. The staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much to ask. We could store our bags after check out in a secure location for no extra charge although as always I would recommend locking your bag.
The breakfast location was in an adjoining hotel, not the end of the world but it would be a bit tedious in heavy rain or snow. It didn't bother us.
