The pillows were too large and hard, which caused discomfort throughout our stay and bottled drinking water was not provided in the rooms.

Almost everything was perfect: the room size, location, service, etc.
We will definitely book this hotel again next time!
1. The pillows were very uncomfortable because they were large and hard; it was impossible to bend or adjust them, and we slept with discomfort for all 5 nights.
2. There was no bottled drinking water in the rooms.
Only because of these two points we gave a rating of 9; everything else was excellent.

We spent three nights at the hotel and were very pleased with its convenient location for tourists, right in the heart of the old town. We strolled through the old streets, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, and shops. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly; they greeted us and checked us in without any hassle. On the morning of our departure, they ordered a taxi for us, and the attendant walked us to the car and carried our luggage. The rooms are very comfortable, with excellent plumbing. The room rate is very affordable for mid-range travelers. We express our sincere gratitude to all the staff and owners of this hotel.

Wonderful
The hotel is very well located, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Although it’s on a very busy street, my room was at the back of the hotel, and I hadn’t slept that well in a long time, I couldn’t hear any noise from outside.
The only negative aspect is that there is no 24-hour reception. Although I didn’t experience any issues, at first, since I was travelling alone, I was a bit worried that something might happen during the night or that someone could enter the hotel after me. But everything went perfectly fine.
