Fantastic location within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
We had an early morning flight, and the staff were so kind to prepare breakfast for us to take away for the journey. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of tourist attractions. The metro station is in front of the hotel, which is an excellent connection to the airport

Central location, room was clean enough.
Poorly maintained room, curtains couldn’t close properly, buzzing noise from electrical transformer in the room. While not the hotel’s fault, I would have liked to be notified upon booking of the loud noise coming from construction work right outside. The room didn’t provide very good conditions for a good nights sleep overall.

Location was perfect, old town in the walking distance, metro station Mustec can be reached in minutes, there was a direct line to the congress vanue. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, the rooms were cleaned on a dayly basis, friendly staff, always ready to assist. We were granted early chack-in on the arrival that we appreciate too much.
After 7 o clock pm reception is closed and if the gest faces problem with the key entering the hotel he/she should go to the naighbouring building that belongs to the AE hotels as well for the assistance. We felt a little bit uneasy by this but actually had not experienced difficulties openning the entrance door.
