Honestly there wasn’t much to say about the hotel that we felt was great, but to pick something is the garage opposite the hotel
When we arrived at about 8/9pm the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
The towels were rock solid and small.
The mattress was filthy and lined with lots of long hair. Not enough toilet roll given.
There was not kettle or complementary drink making facilities (unless you buy their breakfast buffet). The walls were paper thin.
Mould and damp in the bathroom mainly above the shower.
No coat hangers
Seemed like the floors have never seen a fresh laid carpet before across the entire hotel
Second night, a huge group of students arrived who were loud right through the night and early hours of the morning which is not great and we know they can not be controlled but, it wasn’t fair to let others guests stay on the same floor.
Breakfast was limited and dry.

Unprofessional, rude receptionists. They look at you with hateful eyes and they want you to get lost as soon as possible. They should receive training in communication and hospitality. If we pay money and buy a service, this should not be the return...

How rude, how arrogant, how ill-mannered the receptionists are... Terrible people, terrible behaviour, terrible service. They must learn how to talk to people, specially if they are working in truism and hospitality industry.

NOTHING-Why?Read below
○ Check in Experience:
We arrived at the hotel on 24th December at approximately 15:30 CET. Despite only one person ahead of us in the queue, the check-in process took nearly an hour, which was quite frustrating. The receptionist appeared unapproachable, showing little enthusiasm or professionalism. Her demeanor lacked warmth, and she seemed disengaged, which left a poor first impression.
Side note: It's like in the 21st century you see a grumpy lady with a typewriter (ah it was a computer) who seems to be dissatisfied with her job, doesn’t want to smile and treating all the customers poorly.
○ Hotel Infrastructure:
Elevator/Lift: The hotel features an elevator from a reputed company (Schneider), designed to accommodate up to four adults. While the elevator functions well for going up, returning to the reception on the 1st floor presents an unusual challenge: The "1" button has been deliberately disabled. This means "the GUESTS NEED TO TAKE THE STAIRSCASE" instead. It seems this decision was made by the hotel management, perhaps as a cost-saving measure to reduce electricity usage. It is absolutely an inconvenient and impractical for guests, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
○ Room Key Card:
During our 3-night stay, we had to visit the reception at least 3-4 times across multiple rooms to have our key cards reset. Despite being cautious and ensuring the cards were not kept near electronic devices or cell phones, the repeated failures highlight the poor quality of the key cards, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.
○ Amenities:
Extremely underwhelming, so it’s best not to expect anything. Additionally, when we requested some basic dishes and cutlery, the management responded rudely and dismissively. To make matters worse, their behavior was offensive and discriminatory, with a sarcastic racists remark implying, "No hotel in Europe provides this, maybe in INDIA you get them.
○ Cleanliness:
Shockingly, we noticed blood stains on the bedsheet, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable.
○ Standard Room Tariff:
The standard room tariff of 19,800 CZK for 3 rooms over 3 nights, including breakfast, felt completely unjustified given the utter subpar services received. We left feeling absolutely cheated.
○ Hospitality (Customer services):
When we explained that one of our group members was unwell and unable to join for breakfast, we politely asked if we could take a fruit and some juice to their room on compassionate grounds. The receptionist responded insensitively, saying, "If the person is sick, then why do you need food?" This response was utterly disgraceful and lacked basic humanity. To make matters worse, the manager joined the conversation and rudely added, "Can't you read the signboard that says no food should be taken out?" Such behavior was both unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
○ Privacy:
It was a significant concern during our stay. Shockingly, 2 out of 3 rooms did not have any latches or locks on the bathroom doors, which is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.
**** Note****
We traveled from Poland and have never encountered such poor service anywhere in Europe over the past 5-6 years. (DO NOT DELETE THIS FEEDBACK)

Breakfast is very bad. I do not recommend it at all. Facility is very old and for the money we payed it is really crap. Location is also far away, you will definitely need a trasportation which will be aprox 30min

Good
The hotel is close to a gas station with a shop open 24/24h.
Close to a bus station that connects you with the rest of the local transports.
No Shampoo / No shower gel / No tea bags (it isn’t a big deal for the hotel to put some, but it’s highly appreciated when they exist)
The shower was not warm, but mere normal. (Difficult to take a shower in a cold weather)
Room for three people is only comfy for two, the third person gets the uncomfortable Sofa.

Disappointing
The hotel was very clean, but other than that it wasn't very good.
The location is very bad, the employees are very indifferent, the bathroom was not clean enough, the sheets were very clean, the price is expensive.

Poor
Not a lot. I guess the heating worked, the elevator worked and the windows opened? Not much beyond what the most basic fundamental requirements are..
The Hotel was more like a blue-collar dorm. The halls reeked musty and of smoke. The room looked like a dorm and the staff was not very helpful. The first night there was no hot water in the shower and when I asked to borrow the only iron they had (at the reception), the receptionist threw a tantrum demanding I bring it back asap otherwise she'll come look for me. As If I needed to keep an old dusty iron for longer than needed. Overall a very unpleasant and shady place, with no 24/7 reception and questionable or otherwise lacking amenities. The thing is, this would all be fine if the stay was affordable but this "hotel" charged 220 USD for two nights. An absolute joke. Shame on me for booking last minute and being stuck with this choice.
