Overall. We love this hotel.
Hotel offers free drinks at the lobby
Room was spacious and clean
The bed and pillows were very comfortable
We love the buffet breakfast.
Location was great. Tram was 3-5mins walk and a lot of restaurants nearby

The hotel is brand new and the receptionist Olga is amazing. You feel welcome in the hotel and she makes life easier. The proseco as complementary drink, brillant idea.

Liked that is was a boutique hotel, such a personal touch, staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations, the attention to detail in the finishes was top class, very comfortable room & bed. The whole place was spotless and our en-suite was finished to a very high standard, good strong water pressure from both the rain shower and normal shower head. Clever use of space in the room. Double windows to prevent noise from the street. Complimentary Prosecco, wine, juice & snacks available any time of the day in main reception. We would 100% stay there again when we visit Prague again.

An incredibly warm welcome. Olga and Anton were consummate hosts! Superbly clean and comfortable everywhere in the hotel, love the quirky decor and fabulous books in the reception area. Much thought has been given to the comfort of their guests, little touches in the rooms and of course the drinks served which almost make you not want to leave the hotel!! Thank you

The hotel is fantastic - convenient location, friendly staff, stylish design, perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, delicious breakfasts, all the little things are thought out so that you are satisfied. We were another 2 days in Prague in another 5* hotel - The Manes is better!

Hotel was absolutely amazing. Loved the room, the customer service, it was just incredible. Olga and Nadia were also so friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here when I come back to Prague.
Just needs more variety for breakfast. Continental would have been nice.
