Housekeeping came very late in the day (3:00-4:00pm) which did not work with our schedule and when we put the sign in the door to not disturb because we were resting, we got a phone call to our room which woke us…

We stayed in standard room. It was small by American standards, but normal for Europe standards. The room was very nice and cozy. When you entered the room the TV automatically turned on to show a burning fire place. The room had a nice ambiance and was very functional. The lobby was lovely, and guests could enjoy a glass of house wine or beer while relaxing by the fire there. The staff offered excellent service. The attached restaurant was a spanish style tapas bar with great food we enjoyed our first night. The location was great and we were able to easily get around by foot or tram.

We loved everything. The reception lounge was so cute. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free wine and beer by the fire was amazing. We loved our room and the bed was super comfortable.
Everything was so perfect I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

The hotel was excellent. The staff, especially Olga were so friendly and helpful and they give you free coffee and alcohol in the lobby. The room was amazing, we didn’t want to leave. The buffet breakfast was so filling we didn’t even have lunch both days

Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean and lovely, friendly staff. Our room was delightful and even better than I’d expected. The hotel is a little further but we found everything very walkable and easy to access.

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, stylish decor, staff were fabulous especially the ladies on reception who were fantastic.
We had no idea that it was free wine & beer, tea coffee etc in the bar which was a nice surprise.
Only very minor quibble was the sliding door on the bathroom had rather large gaps when closed meaning no privacy for your bathroom breaks.

The beautiful room with a Cosy feel and surprisingly comfortable kind size bed , the unlimited drinks at the reception area. The front reception staff is excellent , always ready to serve with a smile.

The front desk gentleman was shockingly rude and insensitive. There are other issues with the facilities, but even were this the best hotel on the planet and rooms were free, given what I experienced from him I would NEVER stay here again.
Maybe you’ll like it more. Maybe you’ll engage with a staff member who can pretend to care about guests. Good luck to you.

Exceptional in every way and I am usually very critical. Great location, very modern, great breakfast, super friendly staff, comfortable room and bed (we had booked a junior suite). They had our room cleaned while we were at breakfast! Can’t say enough positive things about it.
If I have to complain about something I’d say the exhaust fans in the bathroom and toilet didn’t work.
