Small, quiet, and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Two breakfast options in restaurants on each side of the hotel. SPA (Finnish sauna) available in nearby sister hotel (for extra cost).
The location is excellent, not too crowded, but close to anything in center you want to visit. Overall, great experience.

I would have given it a five-star score if the following didn't happen:
1. The bathroom and the toilet are separate and there are NO water drains in the floors of both rooms. The bathroom has an electronic Japanese bidet and it broke one morning and water kept coming out and the toilet room was flooded, all the way into the sitting room. Nobody knew how to turn off the water until the hotel manager came over. Our suite is located on the fifth floor. We hope there isn't any water leaking down onto the room down below.
2. The water faucet in the bathroom is also broken and we couldn't turn it on for water.
3. The trash can in the toilet room is broken and we couldn't open the lid.
They managed to send someone to fix all these problems immediately but it shows the hotel is barely maintained to the minimum.
Service is very good and our room is spacious and well decorated.

What set this hotel apart was the amazing service and hospitality from the front of house team. We arrived early and the team let us settle and offered us a Sparkling Wine whilst we waiting for our room to ready.
The property was clean and modern and comfy beds.

Excelent location outside of the main turistic core, perfect for exploring other Prague areas. Super friendly staff. Perfect street noise isolation
Bed and pillows could be better, also the bathroom sliding door, a good idea but wasnt working and need a good push making a lot of noise.

Hotel & Staff were excellent, staff were friendly & so helpful.
Complimentary drinks were a bonus, we didn't expect.
Room was lovely as was bathroom.
Towels could be improved, larger & softer.
Hot Breakfast items could have been hotter.
Otherwise breakfast selection was great.

This hotel is perfect - staff so friendly, facilities amazing - free drinks (wine & coffee) everyday and large bottle of water left in your room. Hotel smells amazing too.
