The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly giving restaurant recommendations and booking one for us. The beds were very comfortable as were the very soft feather pillows and duvets. The addition of complimentary drinks in the lounge area was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Late check out of 12pm was fantastic as it didn't feel like a rush to leave and meant we were far more rested which is what you want from a trip. Overall a fabulous hotel and experience.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

My two friends and I stayed in the Family suite. The room was clean, modern and very tastefully designed with a huge skylight. The bathrooms were spacious. There was a king-sized bed on the first floor and two twins on the second. As we were there in early November, it was a lovely bonus to be greeted by a "fireplace" on the televisions. The only possible downside was that there was not enough space for us to sit around and chat.. We had to do that on the king sized bed. The buffet breakfast was good. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complementary drinks (alcohol, coffee, juice) for guests at the lobby throughout the the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had nice chats with them.

I don’t think I’ve ever received such good service at a hotel at this price point. The staff was amazing, so warm and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and clean! The heated floors and the Japanese bidet were a plus in cold Prague. Loved my stay at the Manes!
