Hotel and room are very clean, comfortable and the decor is mordern. The staff go above and beyound to help you and make your stay comfortable. There is also complimentary wine/prosecco/beer at reception and you can have as much as you like.

Hospitality, design, facilities, cleaning, location. Fresh new hotel, with extraordinary design and facilities (including bathrooms floor heating) and the staff...wow, so helpful and welcoming. You can't ask for more. Thanks for a great stay. Keep doing what you're doing ☺️

Everything was amazing!!! The room was beautiful. The bed was comfy. The ambient and night lighting was a classy touch.
The shower pressure was amazing.
If you needed anything extra - you just asked. Nothing was a problem. Daily water was complimentary in the room.
We loved everything.

The hotel was great! The location is not too far from the main attractions by foot or tram. The room is very clean and comfortable. But the main difference was the hotel staff, the reception (Olga) was very welcoming and caring. Any question or request she was there to help. Making sure you always have what you need to enjoy your stay in Prague
The shower was "complicated" to operate at first and the single blankets were strange

So clean and tidy! Olga at reception was a super host and welcomed everyone into the lobby! She couldn’t do more. What a member of staff!

The staff were incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and nothing ever seemed to much trouble. There was plenty of support in finding our way around, best places to visit, where to eat and local recommendations. Its location just by the Old Town made it easy to get a round and with a tram stop within a 5 minute walk the larger city of Prague was also easily accessible. We had chosen an upgraded room but we were surprised by its presentation, cleanliness and comfort we really didn't find anything with this hotel to complain about. If you have a sweet tooth you must try the French toast for breakfast in the other restaurant not the breakfast buffet room. Their sister hotel within two minutes walk also have spa facilities and again we couldn't fault the price or the treatment.
For us, we couldn't find anything wrong with our stay or the hotel and staff.,
However I would of liked a little less communication through bookings.com from the hotel, prior to arrival details and communication was excellent but to many reminders I felt meant you were deleting repeated e-mails of the same thing.

Everything was wonderful during my stay, clean and brand new with a nice aesthetic, but what really stood out was the staff, ready to serve you with anything you need, very polite, I have to say congratulations, keep it up.
