Everything is great! The staff is excellent: very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful. The room was comfortable. Big soaking tub. Strong AC. Good coffee pods. Lots of windows that open. Rooms accessible by stairs or elevator. Nice bath products. A clothes steamer in the room was a very nice touch. Soundproof room so it was very quiet.
The mattress was a little too firm for me but I like super soft mattresses so it’s probably fine for most people. I still slept well.

This hotel is beyond incredible. I'm serious. If you've got multiple tabs open and you're trying to decide between hotels in Prague, close the rest of them because this is it. Firstly, the location is phenomenal. It's 2 minutes away from two different major tram lines, and walking distance from Old Town and Wenceslas Square (they're about 900 meters away give or take); but it's on a street that doesn't get too busy so it's quiet at night except for the rare loud tram riding by as we had a room with a balcony overlooking the main street. There are eateries and shops all around, but the buffet breakfast was incredible and had everything: bread and accompaniments, pastries, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), eggs, breakfast meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, and even salad and vegetables, with the option to sit inside or on the lovely patio outdoors. Upon checking in, the wonderful ladies in reception offered us a complementary drink and chatted in perfect English. The room itself modern, extremely well equipped, and it seems like the walls are padded because we couldn't hear a thing from our neighbors. As we were leaving, they offered for us to keep our bags at the hotel while we did some shopping. Top notch service, top notch facilities, and top notch just everything. Do it. Book the Manes.

This was definitely one of the nicest hotels we have ever had the privilege of staying at. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for exploring the city, the breakfast was outstanding. I traveled with my two teenage children and my husband and they were all very impressed. The family suite gave us the perfect amount of separation with its bedrooms on separate floors. The high ceilings and skylights were a feature we all appreciated. Very stylishly decorated and well appointed in every regard. Do not hesitate to book a stay here!

Great place, great location.
A bit inconvenient, at first, to pass the car to the valet. Had to park the car in the side street, I didn’t think I can park the car next to the sister hotel.
