If i can rate this hotel 7 stars, i would definitely do. They are excellent in: location is perfect and near everything (walking distance), cleanliness is spotless, in service they make you feel like a king and a big big thanks to Olga for going above and beyond in helping in everything which made my trip easier as it was my first to beautiful Prague. Finally, thanking the hotel, the staff and definitely Olga for the amazing surprise for my birthday, you made it unforgettable and more enjoyable. See you in few months ??

The property is situated in a very central location with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes near by. The hotel itself is trendy, the rooms are well spaced and the decor is upscale. The customer service is excellent. One of the best I’ve encountered.

The room and property was so clean, so elevated, great location. Very walkable to the main area of the city. The staff was so helpful with everything and so kind. I will 100% be staying here again next time I visit.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Olga - we felt well-cared for. She took great care of us as we arrived early in the morning. The hotel's location was perfect - easy to walk to important sites as well as ease for public transportation. The room was amazing we had a comfort room which had two twin beds and a separate sitting/office area.... Very high tech - Sophistication in everything in the room... They diesigners paid attention to every detail.... even the fitness had a style and class that matched the rest of the hotel

Very nice hotel. You could access most everything in the city by foot. Staff was wonderful. Pictures online accurately reflect accommodation.
Street can be busy/loud at times. Rooms have double windows, thankfully you can't hear the noise if both windows are closed.

It was in a great location - close to trams and the riverside. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. They made me feel like I mattered, which was lovely. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. I liked that they had the rainfall shower, as well as the handheld to choose from. There were motion censored lights under the bed, so if you got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it lit your way for you. I thought that was a great touch.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring Prague. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail made the stay enjoyable.

Despite what the listing says, there is no parking. Driving around a crowded area for 30 minutes looking for parking and then carrying a 55 lb suitcase and a baby half a mile back to the hotel is a very unpleasant experience. If the listing were to just say "there is no parking, if you come in a car stay somewhere else" this would be a fine hotel.

location is perfect between Prague 1 and 2 with easy access to cross the river and a max of 20 min. walk to city center attractions, yet quite surrounding
the room is highly designed for comfort, the shower was perfect
the breakfast was rich and tasty
air condition was a bit low on power, we opened the windows for better ventilation
the gym could had been more equipped

Great location, Olga was fabulous, getting us good restaurants, recommend tours, helping with transportation.
Shower floor slippery, no face clothes, unable to really lower l the room temperature below 18c.
