Pleasant
The room itself was nice, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. I especially liked the Japanese-style toilet and the large bath tub. The automatic under-bed lighting was really nice as well, so you didn't have to turn on a light to go to the bathroom in the night. They also had really good air conditioning inside the room. The location was nice, not too busy of a road and plenty of food nearby and easy walking distance to the Dancing House. They also offered us drinks as soon as we checked in, which was a nice touch.
We had breakfast in the hotel after staying our first night. The price was quite steep for the limited offerings, and the tea/coffee station was in a high-traffic area with long queues, which blocked people from moving around the room easily and made it feel cramped. The man who checked us in at the bar and took payment for the breakfast was nice at first, but when I went to pay, he asked where we were from and then made a snide remark about my nationality when I answered him. The interaction spoiled the rest of my morning and was enough to taint our view of the hotel less than 24 hours of being there, but thankfully the rest of the hotel staff were nice. We also noticed there was little to no sound-proofing from the upper floors. We stayed on the 5th floor and our upstairs neighbor on the 6th floor was stomping around in the late hours while we were trying to sleep. It was especially bad on our second night, I barely slept even with earplugs in, because they were stomping around between 11pm - 3am.

What a well-designed place that also covers 3 issues that are always neglected by a wide range of hotels: lighting, pillows and room doors.

Everything is great! The staff is excellent: very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful. The room was comfortable. Big soaking tub. Strong AC. Good coffee pods. Lots of windows that open. Rooms accessible by stairs or elevator. Nice bath products. A clothes steamer in the room was a very nice touch. Soundproof room so it was very quiet.
The mattress was a little too firm for me but I like super soft mattresses so it’s probably fine for most people. I still slept well.

This hotel is beyond incredible. I'm serious. If you've got multiple tabs open and you're trying to decide between hotels in Prague, close the rest of them because this is it. Firstly, the location is phenomenal. It's 2 minutes away from two different major tram lines, and walking distance from Old Town and Wenceslas Square (they're about 900 meters away give or take); but it's on a street that doesn't get too busy so it's quiet at night except for the rare loud tram riding by as we had a room with a balcony overlooking the main street. There are eateries and shops all around, but the buffet breakfast was incredible and had everything: bread and accompaniments, pastries, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), eggs, breakfast meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, and even salad and vegetables, with the option to sit inside or on the lovely patio outdoors. Upon checking in, the wonderful ladies in reception offered us a complementary drink and chatted in perfect English. The room itself modern, extremely well equipped, and it seems like the walls are padded because we couldn't hear a thing from our neighbors. As we were leaving, they offered for us to keep our bags at the hotel while we did some shopping. Top notch service, top notch facilities, and top notch just everything. Do it. Book the Manes.
