The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring Prague. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail made the stay enjoyable.

Despite what the listing says, there is no parking. Driving around a crowded area for 30 minutes looking for parking and then carrying a 55 lb suitcase and a baby half a mile back to the hotel is a very unpleasant experience. If the listing were to just say "there is no parking, if you come in a car stay somewhere else" this would be a fine hotel.

location is perfect between Prague 1 and 2 with easy access to cross the river and a max of 20 min. walk to city center attractions, yet quite surrounding
the room is highly designed for comfort, the shower was perfect
the breakfast was rich and tasty
air condition was a bit low on power, we opened the windows for better ventilation
the gym could had been more equipped

Great location, Olga was fabulous, getting us good restaurants, recommend tours, helping with transportation.
Shower floor slippery, no face clothes, unable to really lower l the room temperature below 18c.

The room was nice, the location convenient, the staff friendly and attentive! Great breakfast!
The shower pressure was really low, making the rain shower disappointing. The bed headboard was metal and every time I accidentally touched it it would make noise and wake me up.

No parking ?️ as advertised!!!
I drove from Amsterdam to prague and arrived close to 10pm. I picked this hotel because it claimed they had Parking ?️ when I arrived they said it wasn't available and that I have to figure it out myself. I spent 90+ minutes before I parked. It was a nightmare. 1/5 of my journey was parking the car. circling the block and when I found something it was handicap parking. Then I unloaded the car and parked in residents only. One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I was so tired and just wanted to go to sleep. In the end I went sleep at 1am.
- the gym is also super cramped. It's max for 2 people and it was really busy.

Small, quiet, and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Two breakfast options in restaurants on each side of the hotel. SPA (Finnish sauna) available in nearby sister hotel (for extra cost).
The location is excellent, not too crowded, but close to anything in center you want to visit. Overall, great experience.

I would have given it a five-star score if the following didn't happen:
1. The bathroom and the toilet are separate and there are NO water drains in the floors of both rooms. The bathroom has an electronic Japanese bidet and it broke one morning and water kept coming out and the toilet room was flooded, all the way into the sitting room. Nobody knew how to turn off the water until the hotel manager came over. Our suite is located on the fifth floor. We hope there isn't any water leaking down onto the room down below.
2. The water faucet in the bathroom is also broken and we couldn't turn it on for water.
3. The trash can in the toilet room is broken and we couldn't open the lid.
They managed to send someone to fix all these problems immediately but it shows the hotel is barely maintained to the minimum.
Service is very good and our room is spacious and well decorated.
