The hotel it’s state of the art, beautiful and very innovative, however the staff by far was the very best part of our experience in Prague. The girls at the lobby where not only extremely welcoming but amazingly detail and service oriented, we had an amazing time

Super location allowing easy walking access to all major sights. The room was modern, stylishly decorated & very clean. Availed of the buffet breakfast which was excellent. Special shout out to Olga who was extremely helpful, offered us a welcome drink on arrival..a lovely touch!

Great location, excellent breakfast, and spacious, spotless rooms. A lovely touch was the complimentary wine, coffee, and juices available throughout our stay. The staff was exceptional — very friendly, always helpful, and they gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to eat in the city. They really made our stay even better.

The room was nice, the location convenient, the staff friendly and attentive! Great breakfast!
The shower pressure was really low, making the rain shower disappointing. The bed headboard was metal and every time I accidentally touched it it would make noise and wake me up.
