I don’t think I’ve ever received such good service at a hotel at this price point. The staff was amazing, so warm and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and clean! The heated floors and the Japanese bidet were a plus in cold Prague. Loved my stay at the Manes!

Location - just outside of the craziness and crowded Old Town.
Comfortable- beds & shower
Breakfast needed to have a variety. Options were the same every morning.

Hotel was charming and decor was lovely. It was great to have a couple of good cafe's in close proximity. Staff at reception upon arrival were lovely and the offer of a beverage while we checked in was well received!
A cosy bar area would have been nice but the cafe was lovely. Went to the sister hotel that was behind The Manes for a drink which was also ok. Little bit of a walk to the main old town.

Excellent service, fantastic location and a cute and warm place for our Prague stay. All of the front desk staff were very accommodative. Enjoy the complimentary wine and beer at the front reception area.

Really enjoyed the area next to the check-in desk. The location to many of the sites and restaurants is easily walkable.

IT was exactly what we were looking for and the location was excellent. Not right in the middle of the tourist area but close and just a block or so off the river where all the action is. The free beer and wine was a nice perk. We loved the staff and breakfast was great. It was nice the restaurant that served breakfast for the hotel was also a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. It had little cafe tables outside. I would stay here again next time we are in wonderful Prague.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel draws a nice clientele. Each night, I met interesting people while having a glass of wine in the lobby.
