Wonderful
The room was modern and very clean.
It was a good size and comfortable.
The Japanese toilet was a nice feature.
The staff were amazing and very helpful.
The location was excellent.
The breakfast was high-quality and tasty.
Slightly noisy from the ground bar until midnight in the room
Breakfast options are limited.

Walking distance from central Prague. Valet parking available (very convenient). Good breakfast and nice room. The two girls in the reception were the kindest and most helpful ever (really!). Complementary drinks, information - like arriving to old friends. Eastern Europe was not particularly service minded years ago, this experience was 180 degrees different.

Lovely contemporary style, very well looked after property, well equipped rooms and excellent staff. Location good, out of the centre but a nice walk along the river into the city and quiet as a result. Reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Olga and Marianna

The hotel and staff lived up to the excellent previous reviews I read.
Breakfast could be more varied day to day perhaps, but there was enough choice to mix things up. Some items were a little too salty for us - avocado for example. But Czech people seem to love salt.

The room was beautiful, the location was excellent and the free, prosecco, wine or beer in reception was amazing. A perfect place to explore an amazing city from.
Everything was excellent. No complaints or improvements possible.

Excellent location in Old Town Prague. Very easy to walk to the main sites. The hotel staff went above and beyond and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast, in the adjoining restaurant, had a variety of options.
