Everything was wonderful during my stay, clean and brand new with a nice aesthetic, but what really stood out was the staff, ready to serve you with anything you need, very polite, I have to say congratulations, keep it up.

We had a really great stay in the Duplex Suite. The suite was clean, modern, and really spacious, it felt comfortable and well set up for relaxing.
The location was great, in a beautiful area that was easy to get around and enjoyable to explore. The hotel itself was lovely, well designed and nice to spend time in, which added to the overall experience.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to help and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Comprehensive breakfast choice, the hot food was a little cold.
The beds were a little small but bedding and facilities in room was high quality
Very impressed that they provided complimentary beverages in reception.
The reception staff were excellent.

Room was lovely and beds very comfy. Reception staff very helpful and the complimentary drink was a really nice touch.
The only thing we didn't like was the slightly see through bathroom door.

I loved everything about the property. It was quaint, elegant, luxurious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to all the main historic sites in Prague, and the staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding - a wide variety of freshly made, delicious items for every palate.

Beautiful hotel in a great location close to multiple tram stops. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. However the real gem are the staff. They were very friendly. They just can’t do enough to help. I have to mention Olga in reception who was very friendly and efficient. Also lovely touch of complimentary drinks all day!
