Exceptional in every way and I am usually very critical. Great location, very modern, great breakfast, super friendly staff, comfortable room and bed (we had booked a junior suite). They had our room cleaned while we were at breakfast! Can’t say enough positive things about it.
If I have to complain about something I’d say the exhaust fans in the bathroom and toilet didn’t work.

We stayed for three nights and loved everything about our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location felt quiet and safe. We were even surprised with a bottle of prosecco for my partner’s birthday - such a lovely touch!
They also offered complimentary drinks all day, every day, which was very thoughtful.
The only downside was that the shower pressure could have been better.

I don’t think I’ve ever received such good service at a hotel at this price point. The staff was amazing, so warm and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and clean! The heated floors and the Japanese bidet were a plus in cold Prague. Loved my stay at the Manes!

Location - just outside of the craziness and crowded Old Town.

Hotel was charming and decor was lovely. It was great to have a couple of good cafe's in close proximity. Staff at reception upon arrival were lovely and the offer of a beverage while we checked in was well received!
A cosy bar area would have been nice but the cafe was lovely. Went to the sister hotel that was behind The Manes for a drink which was also ok. Little bit of a walk to the main old town.

Excellent service, fantastic location and a cute and warm place for our Prague stay. All of the front desk staff were very accommodative. Enjoy the complimentary wine and beer at the front reception area.
