The location is amazing as well as the staff. We had a great stay with all the commodities and services. The position of the hotel is very strategic because is central. We loved the room and the atmosphere in there!!!!!

Exceptional stay
The hotel had such a sleek dark vibe, very clean and spacious. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Very quick and great with restaurant recommendations. For the price it’s a luxury stay. Would definitely rebook when returning to Prague. No complaints!

Complimentary drinks on arrival and throughout our stay were such a lovely touch. It was really nice to head down to the lobby and enjoy the cosy atmosphere with a glass of wine, prosecco, or beer whenever we wanted — it really began our evenings on a high note.
We received great restaurant recommendations from Olga, all situated around the hotel, which meant that despite its slightly more southern location, the best restaurants we visited were only a 10-minute walk away. I’m sure in summer it’s especially lovely to be slightly separated from the busy central streets.
The room was great — spacious, clean, well-lit, with a modern bathroom. Everything felt well looked after and comfortable. On our last day, we had breakfast, which was lovely, and once again the staff were fantastic. In fact, every staff interaction we had was warm and welcoming.
We also tried the sauna at Mosaic House next door, which was great value and super easy to book online and pay for at checkout.

We booked a junior suite, nice comfy bed and plenty of space with good soundproofing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was handy for all of the sights
The only minor issue was that the screen mirroring functionality would not work on the TV. Someone did try to resolve it but without success
