The staff were super friendly and helpful! 10/10 service . The Hotel is equipped with everything you need for a short stay in the city. Well located with loads of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity!

Just some little things, like not being able to ask for a water (having to go down to reception to pick up things like a bottle of water or the key card many times not working). However, the place is beautiful!

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, we could reach everything on foot or by public transport. The staff of the hotel was really friendly and welcoming. It was lovely to unwind and have a glass of prosecco in the lobby at the end of a long day. The rooms we had were comfortable and clean.
Our rooms were facing the street and we could hear noise from the traffic in the evening. We tried the breakfast at the hotel once but we didn't find it exceptional so we didn't bother the other days and just had coffee and pastries from the cafe downstairs instead.

The hotel was very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The room was clean, and I had no issues with cleanliness during my stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
My only criticism would be the breakfast. I booked a rate including breakfast, but in my opinion, it was not quite good enough for the price. There are several cafés nearby where you can probably have a better breakfast for less.
