Room is big
Close by the road, quite noisy;
Facilities are old and no holder for a shower;
Cannot find a plug next to the bed.

Room was clean enough
There is no glass or curtain in the shower all the water goes on the floor.
Breakfast was absolutely shocking, dining area was smelling bad as well at the entrance.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they were also able to keep our bags at reception for a few hours on the day of us checking out. Our room was a little small for our liking but the bed was very spacious and comfortable and we had a great view of Prague Castle (which is within walking distance). Breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. Very easy access to trams - there is a stop just across the road.
Room was a bit smaller than expected, but otherwise no issues.

There is a tram stop right outside and it’s a short walk to the Castle grounds.
My single room was very basic and my bathroom didn’t have a shower but some do so best to ask specifically if you are not a bath person. In hindsight I also think I’d recommend booking closer to the town centre where a lot more is happening.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I chose it for a combination of price, location, and amenities. This time I stayed because I had such a great time the previous time. The proximity to several tram stops, as well as comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast, are amenities that are worth the price.
Compared to the previous visit (a year ago), a banner with the hotel logo overlooking the street has been added. However, clearer signage and an easier entry route would be helpful for first-time visitors.

Excellent location close to the center.
Breakfast was terrible, there was nothing to choose. It was very bad. I don't recommend the worst breakfast in Prague at all. Personal disaster. I recommend replacing the entire staff and improving the breakfast.

The location is perfect. The hotel is in the historical part of Prague, and while most of sightseeing is easily accessible, the facility manages to keep its low-key, quiet and very personal character. Loved that!! :)

The staff was ok, it was near the tram. The linen was clean. Breakfast was ok!
They should consider changing the windows. You can hear everything from the outside. Only one outlet was working, and the curtains were stained. The carpet was not vacuumed.
