Location was good, at the top of the old part of town. A short walk gets you to many attractions and then you walk down the hill to the river. Comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, could park our can out the back. The breakfast wad good, lots of options!!

Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Great location
Needs refurb in hall areas. 1 member of staff was lovely. Remaining very disappointing. Due to flight cancellation we booked extra room and were charged much more. When asked were told that it wasnt booked through booking. While most staff is Ukrainian origin there was no compassion about our situation or the fact that we bought extra room. For that reason wouldnt stay there again.

The location was great for us, about a 10-minute walk to the old town and the cathedral, yet outside the tourist area and crowds. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. They have a large parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, although you have to pay extra. Breakfast was fine (eggs, salami, cheeses, pastry, fruit...). It was great that the bathroom has underfloor heating.
The furniture and appearance of the bathroom show that the hotel is older and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, there was some mold in the bathroom between the tiles and on the soap holders. Also the fan in the bathroom was broken, making loud and strange noises.

Wonderful
Good location. Close to all sightseeing places. All within walking distance. Close to the Castle u can walk to Charles bridge and old town with sightseeing all the way.

Disappointing
The reception staff who is there in the morning always said " I'm new I don't know " for any question we raised. If they are new the hotel needs to train them. They even charge for water, but do not let the customers know that it is been charged until checkout. Usually, water is free in hotels (1 or 2 bottles per day). They need to do better for breakfast there is no variety at all. Its just eggs are done in different ways. Overall, I would not recommend them.
