The room was very comfortable, the location was very good and the breakfast was great.
It could be really busy at breakfast times, with all tables taken, and also there were mugs and a kettle in the room but no tea bags/coffee.

great location, next to metro station.
for vegetarian guest it has no option other then bread and coffee / juices. we requested the hotel manger but he turned blind eye to our request. Vegeterians dont waste money by buying breakfast option.

Nicely appointed rooms with nice full size bathroom, good breakfast with many options, great staff (Adnan(?) at the front desk).
I stayed in two different size rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the hotel AC struggled to keep the rooms comfortable enough for sleeping.

The location was perfect, the breakfast choice was sufficient, the staff was friendly.
The parking space was extremely small and difficult to park in. I would recommend to implement valet parking and use the hotel staff to park the customer's cars.
The room was too warm, the staff could not help because the AC was centrally setup they said.

Location, the price is good, shower water pressure is excellent.
- it was very noisy because of the busy road.
-can’t feel the ac so we have to open the window and that really makes it super noisy.
-wifi is temperamental and not that strong if it’s working.
-the staff looks all DEAD COLD. No warmth, not welcoming, not smiling and friendly. From housekeeping, to receptionist, to breakfast staff.
-lift is very slow and times it is not working.
-only happened ones but the toilet water becomes brownish ???

The hotel is perfectly located, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms and facilities are spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day off right. Highly recommended!
The only downside in our room was the bed, which consisted of two separate mattresses. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable overall.

Great location (nearby National Museum and within walking distance to downtown), a parking spot (with a limited height for the car). A tasty breakfast. Comfortable beds and reasonably sized rooms. Friendly service and a relatively easy check-in process.
Unstable internet connection. A quite old building, but clean.
