Exceptional
Location was amazing. Liked knowing people needed a code to get in when there was no one in reception. Woman working at the desk my first day was very informative and help me track down things I needed my first few days. Good shower pressure warm water and although I’m not a fan there was a tub and it was very clean
It was a little dated but considering I just used room for sleeping it’s not that important

The location was good it’s close to the city center and easy to reach everything.
The price didn’t match the value; it felt expensive for what it offered.
There was no internet in the room, only in common areas.
The room wasn’t soundproof, so it was quite noisy at times.

Little clean
Unfortunately, Booking.com has lost credibility in hotel ratings. It seems that any hotel can add as many stars as they want and also negotiate with guests to raise the rating. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, but rather a 3 star hotel or lower. As shown in the attached photos (the phone is disconnected and the console is old and broken). The hotel plays music from 9 am to 9 pm and guests can hear it from inside the room.

Healthy and tasty breakfast. Great staff at breakfast.
Door was not very sound proof and I could hear late drunken talks from the room against mine. One of the receptionists watched Russian movie on PC.

The parking lots in front of the hotel are great and free of charge for customers. Easy check in and overall great location to reach the centre of the town on foot.
Minor things are some stains on the floor in the hallways and in the room. They're not a big deal, but for the price, I would expect more cleanliness. The saunas were not operating during our stay, which was also a letdown.

Room cleanliness and overall quality is more or less reasonable value for money, but overall everything is very old and not well-maintained. Breakfast was great, location is also nice, 10-15 min from city center.

Not 24 hour reception as booking.com advertised. Had difficulty on arrival accessing the premises. (As did some others who were trying to access their parking ) 24 hour reception should not be advertised as they do not provide the facility.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has an excellent location – just a short walk from Wenceslas Square/Václavské náměstí. The price was reasonable, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. We’d be happy to come back next time we visit Prague!

Wonderful
The staff was very flexible and handled the best way our early arrival and early leave. The breakfast is really diverse and abundant. The hotel takes place in the city center, so most of the sights can be accessed quickly and very easily on foot as well.

The room was everything we needed. It was a good distance away from everything we wanted to see. The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. We were able to check in early which was brilliant. The only issue was the temperature of the room. It was very warm and setting the fan to cold didn’t help much either.
