Good location The staff at the reception was in general good, offered other room when we complained about mould in the first room that we got.
Breakfast was very poor for 4 star hotel, the hotel divided for 2 parts, one renovated and one very old part of hotel, where we had very poor room with 2 strange flat pillows and mould all over the bathroom area, you could literally see it in the toilet :( But the reception changed for new room in new part of the hotel and it was fine and appreciated

The central location is great.
The rooms where not clean, dust everywhere, some lights didn’t work and some pieces of furniture were broken. The water boiler was unusable because it was very dirty.

- Location is excellent, very close to city center and also there is a very close tram station (Tesnov) from where you can go anywhere you want. - We really liked the building’s architecture, the room is very soecious and very hig ceilings. Staying in a building with such local architecture makes your Prague visit even more special. - All stuff is very very helpful and friendly
I can not say “I didn’t like” but some small observations; - there is no sensor in the elevator and doors are opened as soon as you press the floor number, our child almost got stuck. - room’s door is opened with password, I prefer regular cards which seems safer to me.

Rooms are sufficiently large.
The windows are rather tiny so the rooms very dark even during day time. Some of the rooms apparently are nicer and refurbished whereas others are not. Most disappointing are the staff. The totally ignore those who pay their salary. There is simply no interaction with guests. They do not greet, they do not ask whether they can take dishes during breakfast. They pretend that you do not exist at all. It is really are very strange experience. None of these people are qualified to work in a hotel.

The location was really good. Just 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was good. The staff helped me arrange a very early taxi and an invoice for my company from the taxi company.
It felt that the walls could be a bit thicker. When somebody was speaking in the small hallway, I would prefer a noise silencer.

The location is good, you can walk on foot to many locations. It wasn't too loud but you could definitely hear some sirens and similar. The size of the suite was very good. They have parking near by. It was very warm which I really appreciate. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad at all, maybe some more chicken options would've been nice.
It says you have to pay if you consume from the bar but it was empty. Spa wasn't working, bar wasn't working, even coffee machine for breakfast wasn't working. Overall it could've been better, there were no robes in the bathroom, no single use slippers. The cleanliness could've been better because bed sheets had some black stains on them and one towel had some hair on it.

Wonderful
I liked hotel's interior, everything was designed with great taste. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Location was good too- plenty of shops and cafes around, also different historical objects and river Vltava near to hotel
TV set in the room was not working, I discovered it too late and did not want to disturb people in reception.
