Residence DownTown Suites Kodanska is an ideal choice for short-term and long-term stays. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the residence. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with great transport access – it takes only 15–20 minutes to reach the Old Town from there. Getting to the main railway station is also fairly convenient, though you may need to walk a bit to reach the right stop (or perhaps I simply chose the wrong tram). There are plenty of public transport options, and you can easily get to any part of the city. Several stops are conveniently located close to the apartment. Within a 10-20 minute walk, there is also a great selection of cafes and restaurants, perfect for either dinner or brunch. Self check-in and check-out were extremely easy – the company provides clear, straightforward instructions. They were always available and responded quickly to all my questions, which made the stay even more comfortable. For those traveling with a dog, there are many green areas nearby where your pet can do its morning and evening routines and play with other dogs. The apartment itself was also very quiet – no noise from neighbors or the street. The bedroom windows face the courtyard, which is peaceful. Everything in the apartment worked well, and it was warm and clean.

Comfortable stay in Prague for a few nights. No air conditioning in the apartment but I had a window I could open for cross-breeze and fan. Huge apartment for one person with kitchenette, dining area, and large bathroom. 20-30 minute walk from central parts of Prague in a cute area with lots of great restaurants. Public transportation is also easy to navigate.
elevator broke so I had to cart my bags all the way down from top floor. laundry machines do not work very well and need to be maintenanced. self-check-in is a bit confusing and could be better.

The apartment was very clean. Once we figured out how to get in loved it.
I think I could of get closer to apartment to old town for the same value. Being first time in Prague did not realized that 1 or 2 miles with car could take up some time. Uber was excellent.

Location is super nice and is still in good value compared with other establishments.
There is a bit of drop how clean it is and also the bed I had on the left side was almost broken. I have stayed there 5 times and definitely it was drop the quality. Honestly I would focus on spotless cleaning rather than anything, if it would be super clean I wouldn’t complain for the bed.

We ended up her due to a computer glitch. We were greatly impressed. Great location for transportation. Lots of space when traveling with family. It is very modern and fully supplied with anything you could want... even an elevator and rooftop terrace. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Self check in was weird for an older American, but the online assistance was great!

Communications with the staff via booking messaging or WhatsApp was very good and fast. Apartment was easy to find and we liked the location, steps away from a tram stop and just a few stops to the center. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. It's very spacious - plenty of space in the bedrooms, living/dining area, and bathrooms. It was very comfortable. Our windows were facing the courtyard - very quiet neighborhood. Recommend for families or a group of friends on your visit to Prague.
Laundry facilities were not cleaned well, but it was taken care of shortly after we contacted the support staff. Retrieving your key is a bit of a challenge - different lock boxes for apartments, parking area, and laundry. Pay attention to the instructions provided.

Very nice and big apartment, renovated and well equipped. We asked for earlier check-in (1hr earlier) it was accepted but they forgot us so entrance code didn’t work until contact reception. Place was not comfortable for stroller. There are stairs after building entrance, before elevator and from elevator to apartment. Plus door to the street were quite narrow to fit stroller easily. Quite hard to get out and in for one person with baby and stroller.
