Residence DownTown Suites Bělohorská is an ideal choice for short and long-term stays. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the residence. The apartment was in a very good location on the cable car line, and there was ample parking available for a very good rate. The balcony was a lovely feature, and there were restaurants, a small grocery, and nice local bar within walking distance.
Air con would have been nice, as it was warmer than expected for late September, but the windows all allowed for good air flow.

The apartment was spacious and fully updated. The location - right next to a tram stop - was perfect for exploring the city. I loved all the little shops - espresso bar, bakery, corner grocery - that were within walking distance.
There is no on-site staff and there was supposed to be a second room key in the apartment, but there wasnt. Fortunately, we were able to make do with one. Had we experienced a major issue, Im not quite sure how that would work.

The location was nice and we felt safe and the accomodation was clean.
There was only one window in the entire apartment and this window was in the room which was the combined bedroom/living room and there had been a house built a couple of centimetres away from the window which means there was a WALL not even an arms length away from the entire window. This meant it was DARK in the entire flat. We had to put the lights on the entire time or it was so dark as if it was late evening all day long despite it being sunny outside. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped (2 tea spoons, NO tin opener, no Scissors, pots without a handle (!).and no oven gloves, no salad bowl and zero herbs and so on. For 500 Euros for 4 (!) nights this was way overpriced. I stayed in way cheaper accomodations before and they were superbly kitted out. It was also super hot in this flat despite the radiators switched off, so no possibility of switching them off. It was really uncomfortable sadly not what I had hoped it would be

Access to lift in the building. Conveniently equipped with kitchen utensils.
In a double room there was only a single chair. Also there was no convenient place to hang large wet towels. Only one key -- slightly troublesome while staying with someone.

Price/quality ratio was ok. The whole building is made of apartments. The system is without reception free, so you pick up keys from a machine after entering a password. Room was clean and recently reconstructed. However, the cleaning ladies forgot to leave towels. After searching, we called a number and easily negotiated to take towels from another prepared room.
For some reason our password to pick up keys and enter the hotel was not valid, but we called and it was resolved fast

Great location and very clean room! Ice cream right downstairs and amazing restaurants at walking distance. Also the tram is right there!
The only difficultly I found was the elevator was in a weird location, you had to go down / up the stairs to get to it. We had a stroller, which made it difficult. Otherwise it was amazing!
