Comfortable, spacious and clean. Very convenient location. Responsive and obliging staff.
Not a major problem but there was some noise from the street below and from other guests going up and down the wooden stairs (there's no lift).
Need some luggage racks or similar for guests staying longer than a day or two

The location, the cleanliness, the comfort and the beautiful decor.
There is no elevator. We were on level one. It we were on higher it would’ve been difficult as our cases were 20Kg. Ask for the first floor.

Lovely, large, quiet and atmospheric room, very comfortable bed with well-furnished seating area, good amenities and room services, great part of the city, close to everything.
A little on the dark side and no lift, we were on the third floor!

Our stay at Domus Balthasar was amazing. The size of the room, especially for an older city like Prague, was amazing. Extremely roomy and beautiful furnishings. The location in the Old Town was perfect for us.
There were some issues with water supply that were out of the property's control and effected our stay for a day.

Great to be in this heritage building with its elegant proportions and lovely details. Good looks and location - it was everything I needed. There’s no reception, but I don’t need that.
