Fantastic location. Walking distance to all attractions. The management of the hotel was excellent. We had a small problem with a blocked sink and it was resolved quickly.
There was some construction work which started around 7:30am. Just bad timing I guess.

The room was lovely; spacious & really clean. The hotel was really well located and really enjoyed our stay.
Missed having a reception/someone in the building but it isnt far away!

Beautifully laid out! With tonnes of character! Perfect location in the town.
Nothing we didn’t like! Only suggestion I’d say is maybe some milk pots for the tea and coffee. Also maybe an extension cable to plug the kettle in to the socket behind the unit. We had to have the kettle on the floor as it was the only place we could plug it in.

Property is in a great location with direct views of the Charles Bridge. Staff were really accommodating in helping us change room from the one originally booked and also letting us check in early. The room is beautiful, modern, clean and warm. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Only two small complaints would be the shower lacked power and so whilst it looked beautiful, was more of a trickle than a powerful stream but understandable in a large older building.
Our room faced the street and was a little noisy at times, woken up early by the bin collectors one morning, but ear plugs are provided if needed.

The bathroom and room were super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent, right by Charles Bridge.
We had to ask for an iron although the advert states that one is included with the property. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were two king size beds. Large bathroom. Small fridge and coffee machine which was handy in the living room. The apartment is on the doorstep to the old town and close to the Charles bridge.

The property was a great location right in the thick of everything, but once inside the property it was extremely quiet. The property was very well kept, clean, and the staff was excellent- very helpful, always smiling and friendly. We would hands down stay here again!
