Fantastic location and great price, clean and spacious, looked just like the pictures, many amenities, kettle, tea, coffee, minibar, toiletries. I would highly recommend to everyone and would definitely book again.

Location was excellent - close to the city centre, safe and well signposted, the room was as pictured, and exceeded expectations. Room was cleaned daily, coffee replenished, excellent decor and furnishings. Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return to Domus Balthasar for another stay in Prague. Superb!
Nothing !! The stairs are extremely steep - may not be suitable above 2nd floor for less able guests

Good central location, You could walk or catch the tram to all sights and museums

Location was awesome, it was right beside Charles Bridge and near the popular sights.
The room was spacious and stylish; great value for money!
Block out curtains would be nice specially that the windows are huge.

Very smart and clean in a perfect location.
I’m being picky but the duvet was SO HOT! I couldn’t get the tv to work and nothing was done to help despite asking.
Really could have done with a full length mirror.

we wanted to book a hotel that is not a boutique hotel (as they call themselves) : no reception, no service, no restaurant. It is just a door in the street that you ring then someone opens the door and shows you the room...we asked them tp do a refund cause we left the place to stay somewhere else but they replied with arrogance " why should we make you a favour" ...very sad :(
the way people talk to you....cold and not nice at all in front of unhappy customers trying to find a better solution when being not happy with the place...

Spacious. Great decor. Quiet
No rack for suitcase, no hooks for a robe in the bathroom, no shelves or dresser for clothes, the shower head was pointed the wrong way and the floor got all wet

The location is fantastic, and the room is spacious and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The absence of an elevator made it challenging to manage our luggage. Additionally, the reception is located across the street within the information office... While the staff were very kind, we found this arrangement a bit inconvenient.

Perfect location! The hotel went above and beyond by organizing a virtual parking permit for us, allowing us to park directly in front of the door. This made our stay much easier, as we didn’t have to worry about parking in a new city. A seamless and stress-free experience—thank you!
The apartment was very clean and fresh, with a lovely view of the quiet street, despite being in a lively surrounding area. It was a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city's vibrant atmosphere—highly appreciated!

the location is excellent . the apartment is clean and comfortable. it is lovely to have an array of tea selection and the coffee machine
there is no elevator but that is expected in historical buildings. Hotel staff are happy to help with luggages so that is not a problem for us

I liked the space and the bed was comfortable
I didn’t like that it didn’t have a shower. I didn’t notice this in the description (only that it had a bath). I could hear the people downstairs very clearly. It was very hot and the air con was too noisy to leave on at night.

Boutique, stylish, brilliant location, and great staff. If you like unique rooms, space and stylish accommodation, without having to interact with many or and other people, this is the one! Well designed and super comfy
My only small note would be you can hear the noise from the street well into the night and the morning, not drunks, just people and the odd bin men noises, especially if it’s hot and windows are open
