Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with amenities. The check in was simple. The staff was so helpful. Even though you check in yourself the workers are across the street in the information center. Location is superb. Right in front of Charles Bridge. One of Prague’s main stars. The coffee shop across the street is incredible. The gave us a card for the currency exchange downstairs, what a huge difference it made. Once they seen it we made $25 extra in usd for our exchange. No kidding! We hope to return to stay here again.

The apartment admin is located in information center across the street. They are very nice and helpful. Also the souvenirs in their shop is special. The best experience you can have in Praha!

This unique hotel seems a little odd since reception is in a tourist office across the street. However, the location cannot be beat as you are steps away from the Charles Bridge in the heart of Old Town Prague. The room itself was enormous, with two queen beds, a huge front room a really big bathroom with two shower heads. It was surprisingly quiet despite the all the action outside. If you want to be in the most central location in the city to see all of the best attractions Prague has to offer, this hotel offers a great value an will exceed your expectations.
The reception office being across the street is a bit odd, but once you are checked in, it does not matter at all. Everything can be done remotely, so it is really not a big deal.
