The property was a great location right in the thick of everything, but once inside the property it was extremely quiet. The property was very well kept, clean, and the staff was excellent- very helpful, always smiling and friendly. We would hands down stay here again!

Our stay at Domus Balthasar was amazing. The size of the room, especially for an older city like Prague, was amazing. Extremely roomy and beautiful furnishings. The location in the Old Town was perfect for us.
There were some issues with water supply that were out of the property's control and effected our stay for a day.

Location, Clean, Spacious, modern yet withheld the look of the area, loved all the windows and exercise from the stairs. The Nespresso machine was great and this hotel is next door to a grocery store.
Everything was great but I think one more fan would help with the heat.

Conveniently located next to Charles Bridge, and accessible to key attractions and restaurants by foot
Kept bumping my head cos of the low ceiling. The aircon and mini fridge are loud, won’t work for light sleepers. Sometimes the sensor lights along the stairs don’t work very well.

Gorgeous, large room. Extremely clean, well designed, comfortable. Truly a unique place to stay. It's rare when your hotel room is so lovely that you want to spend more time in it (vs. exploring the city). Note, great restaurants nearby including good coffee. Also a fabulous laundromat that serves wine if you are in need of clean clothes....
Good for travelers to be aware that this is a historic building with NO ELEVATOR. Staff will kindly try to help with luggage but be careful what floor you book (we were in the attic and even with carry on size luggage it felt challenging). I'd still stay there again but wasn't expecting this.

This hotel was probably the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in. Spacious and beautiful old architecture. I booked a room with two King beds for me and my friend, which was great for allowing us our own space. Additionally, the bathroom was beautiful and spacious. The hotel is located right above a specialty coffee place and right next to the Charles Bridge and the water, great for getting to the sights and wandering around.

The location of the property is perfect, literally on the edge of Karluv Most. The building is beautiful maintained, full of period features, with the added benefit of modern facilities. Exceptionally presented, spotlessly clean, and super friendly staff. I couldn’t fault this hotel.

The location was perfect, a short walk across the bridge to the old town. The room had all the facilities and more, robes and slippers were a nice surprise. The room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Communication with staff prior to our arrival was very easy and they responded promptly. Very helpful! We had a wonderful stay.
Just a little noisy at 6:30am each morning when the bin collection happens on the street outside.

It's advertised as a 4* hotel, which it isn't. One definition of a hotel is one that has a reception and services to support your stay. Although a great location, and the rooms are very nice, be aware that you're booking an AirBnb-style apartment with almost no service aside from a few people behind the tourist information office across the street who appear to manage the property but are not available. Very poor check-in experience; we weren't told how anything worked; no idea if they even served breakfast or where it was—so we didn't bother.
No assistance with parking (it's practically impossible to get there by car; the nearest parking garage is 1 km away). No one helps with luggage either. So you have to unpack your luggage in a public underground parking garage and then somehow find a taxi yourself.

Lovely place to stay in, very close to all the Prague attractions, walkable distance to anywhere really, comfortable beds, sofa, spacious room (we had one with 2 double beds), great housekeeping service (daily), plenty of sockets (I mean sooo many!) , spacious bathroom as well (we had 2 showers)
Overall very stylish and aesthetically pleasing, vintage but modern, loved it ? (fyi has no elevator ?)
The only thing I would spot, our cupboard only had hangers , no shelves in it (but that’s personal preference), also as it’s right next to Karls bridge it was quite noisy in the evening especially as we encountered few loud and screaming people under the windows on the street, but if windows kept closed it wasn’t that notable, other than that our stay there was perfect ? very welcoming and friendly staff, helped even with bag storage when checked out as we still had time until our flight ✈️

Absolutely gorgeous room in a lovely property in a great location. Couldn’t fault it. Really clean and well appointed, great amenities (coffee maker, pods, kettle, teabags and all the toiletries you could possibly need).
Nothing we didn’t like. It’s a central location on a main thoroughfare so it was a bit noisy at times (late evening/early morning) but that was to be expected and not a problem.
