Great location, excellent breakfast. The guy at the reception was very welcoming and i could store my bag there before checking in and after checking out.
I expected to have a bathtub as was shown in the booking- but there was no bathtub in the room.

It was clean, looked beautiful inside and had good location nearby the inner city
I asked for a coffee in the morning because the coffee machine was broken and it took almost an half an hour for it to get delivered to me. The staff forgot it several times.

There is one room (14) which is internal - the ‘window’ opens into the interior corridor so every other guest would look straight in your room

Excellent location and the staff were exceptionally accommodating with change of room. Delicious breakfast too.
One of the rooms has a window that opens out onto an internal corridor with people walking past, therefore curtains need to be closed at all time for privacy.

The location is superb, the staff is friendly and breakfast was nice. The mattress was comfy
There was no sound isolation in the room at all. We could here all the other guest and the sound of vacuum cleaner when cleaning was done in the other rooms. Overall the room could be renovated and refreshed.

Everything! All the staff - so polite and helpfull. They just made our stay very special - just for the staff I want to add 10**********. The rooms - quiet, cosy, ah so comfortable. The breakfast - very good. The location - could not be better.
Just little bit better sign above the main entrance.

Location is perfect. Right in the old town at the foot of the castle. Private spa was great.
Bathtube could be updated/fix. There were humidity spot on the ceiling
