Location of the hotel is just perfect. Away from bustling streets of Prag, very close to castle...
Rooms are spacious and very clean.
Staffs are friendly.
Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staffs was extra sweet...
Dont hesitate to stay here...

Super location close to the castle and Charles Bridge. The room was relatively spacious for a city centre hotel and it was great to have facilities such as a fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the staff excellent.
The room was maybe a little dark and I would prefer to see the end of soaps and lotions in tiny bottles to reduce plastic waste. These are just suggestions and we have no complaints.

The location is not so good as its not close to the city centre at all. Its about 30 min walking and the hotel is up the road, difficult walking everyday while the
nearest metro station is 20 min walking distance

Really cozy and the staff were great.
The room I booked looked very different on Booking.com compared to what I actually received. I was given a small, box room with no separate bathroom, which meant that it was completely overpriced for what it was. After complaining, they upgraded me to a much better room that fairly reflected what I paid and expected.
The next day, I actually overheard another guest making the SAME complaint about the SAME discrepancy between the room and the photos online. It seems the hotel’s rooms vary too widely in quality and value, and this inconsistency creates a frustrating experience for guests. The hotel should address this issue to ensure guests receive what they expect and avoid leaving a bad taste. The staff did handle it excellently though if they were unable to give me a better room I'd have drastically escalated this.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was superb with large choice of tasty options. Location of the hotel is deal.
The room wasn't as described and as shown on photos. It was too tight with low ceiling over the bed and table, which is not ideal for tall people.

Great location next to historic sights, nice design features, very good breakfast.
Some of the room features were lacking, for example there was no holder for the shower head and no good work desk. I stayed in the attic room so the window was very small. However, overall I would say it was good value for money.

I liked the room and bathroom size. Buffet breakfast was fresh no matter what time you went. Plenty of options as well. Location is close to monuments, restaurants and bars.
