Breakfast, bed, location all perfect.
I did book for a slight upgrade on the room and there wasn't a separate shower / the bathroom was very exposed. Additionally the ceiling was low and we hit our head a few times haha.

Great location near the castle. Creatively renovated joined buildings. Has Jan Neruda history. Wonderful staff. We stayed in the two small attic rooms which were very cozy and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was delicious - so much fresh bread, fruit, eggs and more to choose from. Great value!

Check in/out was easy. Staff availability 24/7.
Breakfast was good and buffet was always full and rich.
Hotel staff noticed that we are celebrating birthday and we got a muffing with a candle as a surprise. That was sweet.
Thanks a lot.
To our wish we got some extra coat-hangers as we had only 3 to start with.
Water to take away was always available.
The room and facilities were a bit off. Not something we would define as a 'designed' Hotel.
Bed was a bit too soft for us but clean and big as in the description.
Bathroom was somewhat uncomfortable with very small shower cabin and a semi clean curtain, which didn't prevent water running out on the floor.
Mini bar was water only included.
All in all a bit too less for the money.

The breakfast was lovely and the room was amazing. The location of the hotel was fantastic as it was right next to the castle and tower petrinska. The staff were really nice and let us keep our luggage there for hours in addition to a water station and free snacks.
Lots of water would get on the bathroom floor whilst showering as it was only a curtain.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and located a short walk from Prague castle. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming, and gave very helpful information. The breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay here again!

Staying at Neruda Hotel was beyond our expectations! Every staff member was gentle and kind, the breakfast was amazing — we discovered something new every day. We spent five wonderful nights there.
The location is highly recommended: it’s not in the middle of the busy areas, but close to everything, in a cozy and charming neighborhood.
When I return to Prague, I’ll definitely stay at Neruda Hotel again!

Beautiful in a non traditional hotel style, really nice boutique style of an hotel. Nice, clean and comfortable. Our room was like a fairytale dream.
Our breakfast on our last day (we arrived shortly before closing which might contribute) wasn’t as good as it was the previous two days.

Excellent location. Good breakfasts. One of the lady-receptionists was very supportive. Due to her efforts we didn't leave hotel early.
The superior design room was not meeting the standards described on the site. Poor A/C on the ground floor where we were not able to open windows due lot's of people and street noise. No possibility to relax.
The designers' lights were covered by dust and spider webs. Also some towels and bed sheets were particially torn.
