Excellent location. Good breakfasts. One of the lady-receptionists was very supportive. Due to her efforts we didn't leave hotel early.
The superior design room was not meeting the standards described on the site. Poor A/C on the ground floor where we were not able to open windows due lot's of people and street noise. No possibility to relax.
The designers' lights were covered by dust and spider webs. Also some towels and bed sheets were particially torn.

breakfast is incredible, varied and tasty (omelette or eggs, porridge, pancakes, yoghurt, and the best selection of nuts), also the option of sauna & jacuzzi which is very intimate. They were able to provide the specific room i requested, with a tub by the window
the room felt smaller than expected, bathrooom as well in our specific room, but worth it because of the tub. Toilet paper frustratingly thin. Massage sadly unavailable on the days we asked, better book in advance.

Charming area, cool design, very good breakfast, kind staff, everything was close, the room was spacious, comfortable, and quite clean.
We chose this hotel specifically for its location and air conditioning—a must during an awful heatwave—and we booked two rooms. However, one room had no AC at all, and in the other, it wasn't working. We were told we could change rooms in the morning, but we were leaving for a pre-booked tour and couldn't waste 30 minutes to move our luggage.
We had also booked valet parking, which wasn't cheap. To our shock, our GPS locator alerted us in the middle of our stay that our car was being moved for some unknown reason, and nobody ever told us about it. Suddenly, someone took it from its parking space and drove it 2 kilometers across the city.
Finally, we asked for the car to be brought to us at checkout, but it didn't arrive on time. We had to wait with our luggage for another 50 minutes. What's even worse, they lied to us. They claimed the delay was due to an unexpected police stop, even though we could clearly see what was happening on the app. The staff knew we could see this but kept lying. We later checked the camera recording, and there was no sign of any issues with the police.

It was on a lovely street, very central and my room was right across the building with the two suns. The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated that there was complementary water and a coffee machine in the room
This is not something bad about the hotel, but since the shower was in the room, the ventilation takes a while to stop after you use it so if you are bothered by noise you might find it a bit unpleasant.

Loved the room overlooking the street from above. It was nice to have a bathtub. Staff was excellent and so friendly! Breakfast buffet was very good.
I had booked specifically because there was a hot tub and sauna but did not realize prior to check in that there was a fee of 70 euros (about $80 USD at the time) for 1-hour's use, which is quite steep given that there were no services provided in this base fee.
FYI the property is near the top of a long hill. I did not mind the walk at all, but others might.

The location was in the old town very close to Prague Castle. The host was exceptional and very friendly and informative. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious. There is also a rooftop patio that was very enjoyable. I highly recommend.
The weather was unusually cool for the beginning of August, so no AC was required, but I can see that not having AC could cause the room to be warm. So keep that in mind when booking.
