Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and delicious food. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Location was excellent, close to the castle, with excellent views and near lots of restaurants.

Staff were lovely, rooms were to a high standard and very clean, facilities were also great. There were great options for breakfast.

Stayed over one night for our anniversary, this place had absolutely great service that helped us book the exact room we wanted! The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was easily the best night we slept in Prague.
There weren’t a lot of shampoo that was included, but for one night it was enough for us

- The room 108 didn't look anything like the ones we saw on the website. We felt mislead. The room had little natural light and felt like a cave with the grey walls.
- The bed was hard and the bedding made us sweat a lot at night.

- The bathtub was nice but there was nothing to prevent the water from splashing all over the floor when showering. There was no drain for loose water either because the tub was connected directly to the plumbing. The floor/wall under the tub looked mouldy and dirty.
- The lamps in the room were dusty.
- The towel rack didn't heat up because it was likely broken. I like to wash my socks & underwear in the sink and dry them quickly on the hot rack. Now it wasn't possible at all.
- The room key came with a sack that was very inconvenient. We ended up taking the key apart and hoping we wouldn't lose it.

Great breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Some excellent details like given free water everyday.
From the near public transport to the hotel you have to walk a long and inclined road. It’s walkable but it’s important to know this if you have some physical condition, a lot of bags, baby carriages…

The staff were very nice and helpful the and bedding were comfortable. Great location
The limited parking availability and the lack of lactose-free options during breakfast were somewhat disappointing, despite the presence of alternative plant-based products, which I personally do not favor.
