Breakfast was the best buffet I've ever had. Completely worth it.
The blowdryer - you have to continually hold the button to make it work, and it still has very low power. I do wish there was a way to know and make a future booking for the spa. I had a really wonderful experience. I only wish I could have booked it for another time if I had known a little more in advance.

Great location near the castle. Creatively renovated joined buildings. Has Jan Neruda history. Wonderful staff. We stayed in the two small attic rooms which were very cozy and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was delicious - so much fresh bread, fruit, eggs and more to choose from. Great value!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and located a short walk from Prague castle. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming, and gave very helpful information. The breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay here again!

Loved the room overlooking the street from above. It was nice to have a bathtub. Staff was excellent and so friendly! Breakfast buffet was very good.
I had booked specifically because there was a hot tub and sauna but did not realize prior to check in that there was a fee of 70 euros (about $80 USD at the time) for 1-hour's use, which is quite steep given that there were no services provided in this base fee.
FYI the property is near the top of a long hill. I did not mind the walk at all, but others might.

The location was in the old town very close to Prague Castle. The host was exceptional and very friendly and informative. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious. There is also a rooftop patio that was very enjoyable. I highly recommend.
The weather was unusually cool for the beginning of August, so no AC was required, but I can see that not having AC could cause the room to be warm. So keep that in mind when booking.

This property does not have functional AC!
On Booking.com it saids it does.
It has a tiny vent in the room that blows out the air.
I addressed this immediately to the staff and she came to the room and I was told it was on .
She was very nice and moved us to another room that seemed cooler but turned out it wasn’t.
Unless we had the additional fan it would have been so difficult to sleep.
Opening the windows were not an option as can hear all the street noise.
I booked this because I needed AC and every where I read stated one must have AC in July!
Booking.com need to address this issue with this hotel!

The location is perfect.
The cleanliness of the room and hotel was subpar. There was a spider and a spider web in the room. There is no functioning air conditioning in the room. The ceiling in room on the fourth floor was super low. I hit my head more than once rising from bed.

Staff was 15/10. Absolute stars. Location is amazing.
The listing says it’s air conditioned but it does nothing in the summer Prague heat over 30 degrees. The receptionist gave me his fan from the reception so we could survive the night, the room felt like an oven and the single tiny window did nothing.

We loved the breakfast spread and the staff’s hospitality.
There was not enough soup and the step-up shower was problemmatic. The drain was slow and caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The curtain limited the shower space. A glass enclosure would have been more comfortable and kept the water inside the shower.

Great location, very close to Prague castle. The staff were friendly, and accommodating
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The pictures of the rooms did not match up with the room that we booked. Our original room was number 33, we asked to be moved due to noise disturbance late at night (we were right next to the elevator). The blinds in the bathroom also had mould all over them, and the room had no storage (no wardrobe or drawers to store belongings or clothes). Our second room (No. 21) was better, matched the pictures of the room I originally booked. Decent enough, but I would not stay again, as I did not think it was great value for what we paid

Free breakfast great. Beds comfy. Great shower.Location great just under the castle.
Nothing to do with the establishment, but if you are not very mobile, or an older person, the walk up the hill from the river at the end of a long day sightseeing could be a bit taxing.
