Wonderful
The location was perfect. It was only about 2 blocks from Wenceslaus Square and yet felt like it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Their breakfast buffet was very good and a good value. The hotel was very quiet and I hardly saw other people around. The room was very large and comfortable. Also the staff were friendly and very helpful.
The only negative thing that I can think of is that there are quite q few steps from the front door up to the reception area

The staff is very good:
kind, and attentive, especially Roy.
Although the service is very good, the breakfast does not include fresh bread and pancakes.
The bedroom door could have a security chain.

The room is clean and we feel comfortable. Public transportation is nearby and we enjoy free public transportation. (Czech Republic has a policy of free public transportation within the country for seniors over 65.) The staff is exceptionally nice. A female front desk agent named "Sophie" personally came to our room to fix the heating system and the safety box. The hotel gave us two bottle of wines and a warm letter to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were large and very well furnished. Hotel front desk were very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I wish I had known was to ask for a courtyard side room not the street side because of the noise at night. The hotel has a nice B'fast for a minimal price that is tasty. One of the best things of all is the Pub next to the hotel. A lot of the locals eat there, prices are excellent and it is family friendly so if you are traveling with children it's fine.

The location was great. The hotel is so decadent feeling yet well priced. The staff super helpful, safe luggage room that I used for pre check in and post check out. The room was huge! There was a sitting room with what I think was a pull out bed but I didn’t need it. A sink, fridge. Then another room with the bed and huge closet. My only regret was that I hadn’t stayed there my whole time in Prague.

The manager Roy was very helpful and I had a great experience, he explained me the area to visit and activities, unfortunately I cannot rate the breakfast because I left very early to catch a flight. The room was clean and comfortable, it's a quite beautiful hotel.
The area is quiet and there is a restaurant next door.
Maybe they should consider room service but there was a restaurant next door so it was convenient too.

The centric location and access to the major transportation systems, also a walking distance from the iconic landmarks in Prague.
No climatization or A/C. Outdated TV's non smart, no iron press, no closet to unload the clothes outside the luggage. Besides that everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing in particular, everything was fine. No complaints, I was satisfied with my stay. Everything met my expectations.I can’t think of anything I didn’t like — my stay was very pleasant.

The hotel’s location was excellent. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. It’s also very close to public transportation. The staff in the lobby and restaurant were friendly.
There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t necessary. Prague doesn’t get very hot in the evenings in June.

There wasn't really good chair to sit at the room. Rooms were a bit old. Even tough breakfast content was good, the breakfast place is at -1 floor which is not nice at all

I must say the stay was just beautiful specifically the 3 person room that we got. It was a loft suite like a proper apartment suite, spacious and absolutely homely feeling. I would recommend this option for anyone traveling with 3-4 people, and we got it at a great price. Breakfast buffet was good with many options, and right in the city with commute options.

Everything was perfect, but there was no AC. Coming from North America region, not having an AC in the room is not normal. That was the only missing part, and they didn’t have single rooms with AC. Overall good service and great stay ! Most importantly, breakfast buffet was a good spread.

Wonderful
The room was big and the bed comfortable. The area and bathroom was clean and neat.
I wish is was air conditioned. At least the windows opened and a fan was supplied to move the air.
