Far from Prague city center. Almost in the city border. Apartment was very cold despite two radiators worked on high power. Water pressure was low and it took two minutes to fill one and half litter bottle.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, also excellent location near the bus stop with which it is easy to leave to the center. Friendly staff and cleanliness of the room.

The advantage of the location was that there is a public transport terminus stop nearby that can take you to the center of Prague.
I did not understand why the parking fee was charged, because it was not a garage, it was not guarded: we paid for the space opposite the garage door... The balcony was dirty, the drain was clogged, so water had flowed from the balcony into the room after the rain. There was a hive of wasps on the balcony, so we kept the windows and the balcony door closed. In the bathroom, the shower handset was damaged, taped. The closet door in the room was broken, when it was opened, it fell into the closet. Taking into account all of the above, a security deposit was reserved from us for damage to the inventory. Apartment owners would be advised to critically evaluate the condition of their property, change the photos to real photos and review the fees charged for the stay.

The accommodation was great! The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, creating a good atmosphere. Everything you need to stay in the apartment is there, also getting anywhere is no problem as the bus stop is very close to the house. Also a big thanks to the friendly and attentive hosts who allowed me to check out half an hour late.

The bed was huge and very comfortable.
The guy gave me an extra blanket when I asked.
The heating was constantly on which was great as it was very cold in Prague on our visit. You can just turn the temperature down on the radiator if you want it cooler.
There's a bus stop just a 3 minute walk from the apartment which is handy.
There was no signal on my tv the whole time. Guy tried to fix it for me and it worked for 1 minute then went off again. I took my tablet so used that instead.
There was one small towel for the bathroom which was rough material.
Was that booking. Com states the deposit was 35 but when I got there it was over 47.
But I think that's down to booking. Com details and not the apartments fault. But I received my damage deposit back in full a few days after leaving.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with a bus stop right outside the house, so getting anywhere was no problem. Very hospitable hosts who checked me in immediately upon arrival and explained everything, no problems whatsoever. Also no problems at check out, just handed them the keys and went to do my business. The apartment is totally worth the price.
