It was near Old Town so we were able to walk everywhere. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, and there were other great restaurants nearby.

Check out person was not what I would expect at a hotel of this calibre. He wasn’t pleasant. The checkout person is the one who makes that last impression!!

I liked the cleanness and the location of the hotel.
The breakfast wasn't really good and unfortunately all the dishes had bad smelling and we tried many dishes to find the ones without bad smell.

The hotel was easily accessible to Old Town/New Town with transportion about 1.5 blocks away. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming and the front desk staff were always available to answer questions, provide directions or a kindly hello or good-bye. I did not have an opportunity to use the firness center or spa - something to look forward to on another visit. Breakfast was either by menu or buffet style. Both hot and cold options available and there were many options to please all within the group.

Sauna and gym, breakfast/restaurant "Next Door" was easy and we had amazing meals, the heated floors in bathroom when so cold outside was a nice touch, location was perfect so close to many things and easy to access metro, quiet room and calm environment.
True, the beds were a bit soft but the bedding was very nice. Honestly, there wasn't anything else we didn't like. It was a very good experience.

Great location and restaurant.
I was quite put off by the way the currency exchange was handled. Despite the local currency being weaker than the euro, the hotel initially overcharged me. I deliberately paid all additional expenses in cash to avoid this situation, yet I was still charged more than expected. Having just come from Paris and Vienna, where the euro is used, and pricing is transparent, this was particularly frustrating. Although I contacted the hotel and the amount was refunded, I have never encountered such an issue in those cities, and the experience left a very negative impression.

Loved the proximity to old town center square and the walking bridge. The property was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was the best. Staff was great. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, approximately 10 .minutes from old town center. Excellent staff, sizeable rooms with plenty of amenities including small gym and sauna Close to trains, Greta restaurant and cafes and my favorite, jazz clubs. Will definitely book rooms here again the next time i'm in prague
