Our room was not attended to properly. Never had clean glasses,etalso was charged a deposit fee that exceeded my actual stay. They said my account would be credited. But, has not happened to date.

I made reservations using twin beds options ... it was my request because there is very difficult have a good night in double beds if you are two guys over 100kg.... but when we arrived there was problem... hotel doesn't have twin bed rooms at that moment ... it was too late and booking already take the money from my account... so, it was very rude and unprofessional...

Awful staff and far from a 5-star attitude. Everything was wrong with the whole reservation process, check-in process, the stay, and mostly the check-out process! Upon reservation, they charged my card with much more money than the actual reservation! When we arrived they were unwilling to solve it even after my many messages through booking. Also, I have booked twin beds and they have confirmed it, but on arrival, there was only 1 bed. In the end, they said that they are sorry and they will give me a complimentary parking, but at the check out there was another staff member and they made me pay 40 euros more and said their colleague never offered complimentary parking. All in all, the hotel was very old, smelly, and had dirty carpets, the room was very dark and had a strange noise inside. Stay away from this hotel, if you don't want to ruin your vacation or business trip, as in my case. Instead of having a rest from the long travel I had to deal with some stupidity and uncooperative staff. And not only that but they made me pay something like 8 euros for a bottle of water I drank in my room, which was left on top of the desk. It's the first time I've stayed in a 5-star hotel that doesn't provide complimentary water to the guests. For me, this is not more than a 3-star hotel, even a 2-star based on Western European criteria.

The property was centrally located and easy access to all major attractions. It also offered a very good breakfast and great amenities. Excellent customer service with early check. Which was really appreciated.

Good rooms, beautifully decorated rooms.
Didn’t like the breakfast, not very good. The woman receptionist when we arrived was extremely rude and not accommodating. Not the best location either.

Staff were really helpful and kind and the room is nice and clean and price is good for the location and room. Check in process was very smooth and staff were really willing to help and show you around
The complimentary water in the room is not complementary! And there is no coffee machine only a boiler. I expected more than that for the rating of the hotel and the price we are paying
