Everything was spectacular. This really is a Grand hotel. The hotel is spacious. The lobby is stylish and grand. The executive lounge is private and cozy with amazing views. Spa, wellness and gyn on the top floor is fantastic. The location of the hotel could hardly be better- it is slightly away from the center, but very close to everything and the metro is literally 40metres from the front door. I love this hotel. Everytime I'm here, the experience is fantastic. Including the staff. Very professional, discreet, but on the point with everything. I wish every hotel was like this. I had the suite which was very spacious and nice. I'm not even mentioning the breakfast which offers everything you would expect.
I did not like that I had to leave.

Very clean, nice spa. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, though the tub/shower was quite small. The breakfast amazing. It was a little far from the center of things in Prague requiring a car to get there.

Staff was very accommodating, we had a large van and 5 band members. Rooms were exceptional price was exceptional. We will definitely be back! Breakfast was also reasonably priced and exceptionally stocked with more choice than one would need!

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were amazing and the restaurants were great. We had the time of our lives!! Loved the 23rd floor where our room was. ?

Hotel was clean, view from the window was amazing. Breakfast is very good. Metro station close by is a big plus. We enjoyed the bar with piano player. Overall we liked our stay.

I stay in the Prague Towers Hotel quite regularly for work and they always offer great service. Employees are nice, the facilities are clean and the breakfast is very very complete.

The service was not satisfactory. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, including the room, bedding, and bathroom. The bed linens were not changed regularly, and the bathroom cleanliness also needed significant improvement. Overall, the level of housekeeping and service did not meet the expected standard.

The hotel is located directly with the metro station to say. You walk out of the the hotel and directly into the metro station. There are also plenty of parking spots available you can just park here and use the day ticket to roam Prag very practical and cheap. The facilities like swimming pool and spa are great and easily available. We also liked the breakfast. Each day they have a variety of food items including fresh fruits, drinks and breads. They also play live music. Even though we did not spend much time in the hotel itself but even if the weather is bad I believe we could have just spend one whole day in the hotel itself. On top of that the staff is super helpful and can answer any questions you have. They can even plan your trips if you haven't had one.
There is little to complain about here. The price while booking we thought was a bit pricey but we got I think we got every penny worth. One remark on the swimming pool the view is great but the pool is small if you do plan to swim try to go at off peak hours as it could be full.
