It was the best trip ever..the hotel is clean and comfortable.
When we were looking for a table in the restaurant at breakfast, most of the tables were not clean, so we asked the staff to clean a table, and he told us to look for a clean table! He was really rude.

The hotel is generally nice, hall and entrance feels luxurious.l
1.I booked a double bed, they first put me in a two single bed room, went down, tried to tell me there is no more rooms...I insisted that I payed to have a double bed, if not I would've booked another hotel... so they changed my room, though to lower floor which had a double room, darker, noisy from the road and no view really, went back down finally changed to similar floor to the first one but double bed. So was alright.
2.the rooms are kinda dark, no ceiling lights, which is kinda weird but ok
3.the hotel feels old, and it is
4.the most annoying was the pool, on the app they don't say there is an extra charge, while when we wanted to go to the pool they said we have to pay... luckily for them the it rained most days so we didn't feel like pool and only found out short time before leaving, cause one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool.
5.wanted to charge me more at the beginning, had to send them the confirmation from booking, in the end was ok, but unnecessary effort from my side.
So... yeah I don't think it worth the price even though it's super close to the metro and conference center...

Subway station nearby with two stops to the Vaclavs Sq. The swimming pool on the top with a commanding view.
This is a modern hotel lacking the charm of Old Prague. But it was clear from all information provided so its not a complain but warning.

Very comfortable. Rooms are very clean and tidy. You have everything you need inside. Room service is very fast and of high quality. The price is quite good given the high standard service.
If the breakfast menu can change day by day, that will be much more great.
