My stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers was overall very enjoyable, with several highlights that made the experience memorable.
The hotel’s location is excellent, offering quick and easy access to the metro, which made getting around Prague very convenient. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lobby—it looks elegant and even smells amazing, creating a great first impression.
Breakfast was one of the standout features. There was a wide variety of options to suit everyone, and I especially appreciated the separate breakfast room for kids, stocked mostly with sweets—definitely a fun touch for families. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and accommodating, which added to the positive experience.
The complimentary SPA was a nice bonus. While it can get a bit crowded, the reception clearly informs guests about busy hours, so it’s easy to plan your visit accordingly. My room was clean and offered a gorgeous view of Prague, with blackout curtains that ensured a good night’s sleep. The beds were also very comfortable.
There were a couple of minor downsides. The closet in the room looked a bit worn and could use some updating. Additionally, the bathtub in the bathroom was quite narrow, and the sink was slightly lower than expected, which may not be ideal for everyone.

We had excellent breakfast. Great fitness facilities and incredible staff. Metro station next door. Vyšehrad area is 10 minute walk from hotel. Very comfortable bed. We booked another night.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We received a warm welcome at the reception, and special thanks to Mr. Daniil, who assisted us with great professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly, always with a smile and genuine kindness, and made sure that our stay went smoothly.
The rooms were perfectly clean and offered a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, served in two restaurants with a wide selection. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly, whenever we asked for something, it was provided quickly and with a smile.
I can confidently say that the level of service at this hotel is among the best I have experienced. I highly recommend it to everyone, and if I visit Prague again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel room was the best place we have ever stayed! It was a huge clean and comfortable space on the 23rd floor. We also loved that there was a giant massaging bathtub in the bathroom. The elevators were incredibly fast, we never had to wait for them more than 10 seconds. The breakfast was exceptional! Wide variety of delicious meals were provided. We were surprised to see that there was a separate room for children with food only made for kids. The executive lounge also had great sandwiches, cakes, cookies and drinks. The whole staff was very friendly and they gave many presents to our child. The wellness pool on the 24th floor was insanely good--we enjoyed the view.
Our stay was so good we even extended our stay in the hotel--the staff helped us to achieve that.
We are definitely looking forward to visiting the hotel in future!

The hotel is in an excellent location next to the subway station, just 2-3 stops from the city center. We had a very spacious superior room on the 20th floor with a beautiful view of the city of Prague. Spacious parking in the hotel garage was included in the price.
Wellness and swimming pool were also included in our booking and we did not experience the issue of having to pay extra as some of the guests reported in their reviews.
The hotel has an excellent gym, equipped with various Life Fitness cardio machines, rowing machine, a pull up bar, and all sorts of free weights like barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells. A very good selection of food was offered at breakfast, we also dined at the hotel restaurant in the evening and can recommend it too.
We were not able to book a room with the modern design bathroom as these were sold out at the time of our booking, so had the regular bathroom with a little dated tiles design. However everything else in the bathroom like the bathtub, sink, tap, toilet was modern and of good quality, brand names like Kludi and technically in perfect condition. The furniture in the room offered many spaces for storage and putting things away and was of solid quality. The room and all appliances were very clean.
The young staff at the reception were very polite and friendly. We received a bottle of house wine upon arrival and 2 bottles of water for our journey back home, which was a really nice gesture as we did not have any water with us for the trip back.

It’s was absolutely amazing!! The building is older, but it beautifully maintained. Lisa at the front desk was exceptional! The room was incredible with an awesome view of the city! So very clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was SPECTACULAR! So many options and everything was delectable!!

It's just a personal preference but the system of 2 valves for hot and cold water is really hard to set a good temperature. The evacuation water of the bathtub is kinda broken, we have to use our hand to lift up the plug.

Good location but you need a car. I had a car but even though they say free parking, it is extremely difficult and disorganized. Nice towers and good staff but the rooms are small. The grill restuarant is great. The biggest problem is no heat in the room. It blows cold air even when the heat is on.

The amazing location right next to the metro was fastastic. Staff werr beyond exceptional, Sarka was so welcoming! Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this location for a wonderful stay away from busy crowded tourist section yet access to metro to any location.
