breakfast was nice, variety of foods (cheese corner was the best) and nice location room was warm, comfortable and clean, with a nice top view location - metro station very close we were lucky to get a late checkout (2PM)
breakfast - on the breakfast some variety between days would help for location during the weekend we spent there the metro line C was suspended. Some busses were added, a bit far from the hotel. It has nothing with the hotel, but please check metro disturbance if you join the hotel for metro station proximity Hotel restaurant - we got once as it was too cold to get in the city, the food was not too tasty and even the name is Grill there are very few grill options/

Exceptional view into the city, all facilities in the hotel were easy to find, reception staff were polite and professional.
Going for breakfast later was better for having less of a crowd but this meant food had been sitting out for several hours and often tasted stale. The Grill restaurant service was a real let down for the trip as a simple missed item took over an hour to be brought out after the rest of the table had eaten and the staff were seemingly incompetent.

Beautiful decorated lobby, very kind, helpful and friendly staff when checking in. Were able to hand bags to porter who stored them for us on the day off arrival and departure. Got a complimentary sparkling wine, white wine and a fruit platter, which made our welcome more than perfect. Amazing variety at the breakfast buffet including lots of local tastey produce. Swimming pool was included in our booking, was clean and amazing views. Metro station very close to hotel. Would stay again!
The bathroom in our room needs a bit of attention, could do with some minor refurbishment, touching up with paint...

The Hotel was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean.
The fact the I couldn’t open the window. At checkout they told us that we needed to ask in reception for them to unlock them. Also the bathroom is a bit small

Kind staff, nice view, comfy bed with double duvet and a choice of different pillow thicknesses.
It was cold at night mid-November. The thermostat wasn't readable and manupulating the settings didn't help. The breakfast omlette was mediocore and once the cook gave me burned from the outside, completely raw on the inside, with stuff I didn't want inside. I found hair on the toilet, bathtub and a tea plate in my room. The room had a locked door leading straight to the other guests' room. I could hear their every sound and word. The bathtub was old and rusty, didn't retain water when bathing, and when showering, one has to hold the shower handle in a hand so the water doesn't splash all over the bathroom. Little place to work on a laptop.
