We rate this hotel as good considering how much we paid and what we got. The hotel was very close to the metro, the pool was a great bonus for us, the breakfast was varied and tasty.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with excellent service. Location is right at the subway to be able to go anywhere. Rooms were very large with all the amenities you could ever want. The breakfast was delicious!

Good location, just 50m from the C-line metro station Vysehrad. Panoramic city view from the window - we had the room on the 20th floor. Rich and tasty breakfast. Live piano music on the restaurant floor. Finnish (dry 90C) and turkish (steam 60C) saunas in the SPA. Swimming pool with the stunning rooftop view in the SPA. Underground parking (garage). A nice gift from the hotel and a free room upgrade for our wedding anniversary. I mentioned the anniversary in advance when I booked our stay. High-speed elevators, never had to wait long.
There weren't enough outlets in the room. I had to turn off the bedside lamp to charge my phone. The bathroom faucet needed repair. We reported it to reception, so it will definitely be fixed before the next guests arrive.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good quality. The location for us was fantastic right next to a metro station with direct short journeys into the heart of the city. The rooms were clean comfortable well heated with plenty of hot water and a great view.

I would recommend freeing up a space for guests arriving by car, so they can stop briefly, enter the reception and receive information about parking -or at least informing guests about this during the reservation process. It was not convenient.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel & the spa and pool facilities were exceptional with a great view of the city while you're relaxing. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good as well and also on checkout was giving a complimentary bottle of water that was a very nice touch to a very pleasant experience would highly recommend Grand hotel Prague towers to others
The rooms might be a little outdated but was not really an issue and the shower was a bit too small for someone of my size

The hotel room's cleanliness was second to non. The facilities with the hotel were fantastic and there was plenty available. The links to transport to get into the city centre were perfect and just a 2 min walk from the entrance across the front and you're there. Couldn't ask for better. The staff are really friendly and willing to help with anything. They were all so polite and very welcoming.

The stuff was super nice and helpful. The service was extraordinary. The location was great. Right by the train. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
The shower was mediocre. It needs refurbishment. Was hard to manage hot and cold water.
