Lot of facilities available. Cleanliness. Staff helpful. Enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant
Noise from nearby motorway. A little bit far out of town. No amenities in the surrounding area e.g. small restaurants, interesting buildings, things to see.

The room was big enough for the two of us and very clean. It is a bit dated, but absolutelly great for our long weekend stay. The Metro is right at the entrance of the hotel which makes travelling to and from the town is amazing. The provided breakfast have a huge selection of items and everything is constantly topped up during the opening time. The swimming pool is a great addition, but bit crowded during late afternoon. They provided free luggage storage for half a day after we checked out which was also great as we had a late flight, so we could go back to town again.
The climate control is basic like only on off is available, but did a OK job during the end of May weather. The TV is web based and for whatever reason it kept loosing the connection, but a quick reconnection of the LAN cable at the back sorted it out.

An amazing hotel with 25 floors. We stayed at 23 floor with an stunning view of Prague. The bed where comfortable, one time Spa was included but we didn't have enough time to go, alot parking spots in Garage and open area. The Grill Restaurant was also nice with tasty food. The kiddness and the Service was extraordinary. As welcome in check in they gave as a bottle of wine for free,at the check out they gave us free bottle of water. The best Service I had in a hotel and one of the best hotel I ever stayed. We will definitely come back thank you for everything.
Maybe the prices could be more afforable to the cafe bar at the lobby area.

Staff were really friendly and attended to me very quickly when I called to request something. The rooms were also very spacious and the metro is just 2 minutes away, connecting us to the town very easily!
Rooms were a bit warm but besides that it was great.

The property is a wee bit away from the city center, but well connected by the Metro, very close to it. Awesome views of the city from the room we had. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
Very limited vegetarian options in dining.

It was a perfect stay for us. Room was clean and nice city view. Breakfast is good and serviced as many alternatives. Location is also perfect,only 1 minute to the tramway. All staff is very kind and helpful, especially Alberto helped us too much. Thank you
