Everything was superb. The hotel staff was very friendly, they even gifted us a nice wine on our arrival. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly a five star experience, from the decoration of the lobby to the live piano that accompanied our breakfast. Breakfast was amazing with truly great variety. Another lovely aspect of our stay was the free inclusion of the spa facilities. We visited the spa 2 times and truly felt relaxed and energized. Last but not least, the hotel is 100 metres away from the metro station, which is a very big plus.

Everything has been perfect A perfect stay; although some of the furnishings were a bit dated, the hotel fully met all my expectations. I also received a free room upgrade that offered an exceptional view.

Everything! Use of the beautiful pool with astonishing panoramic views of the city, the comfy bed, immaculate room overlooking the castle, the breakfast, restaurant, bar....all of it.
The staff were so lovely and friendly too. Absolutely perfect.
Breakfast without a live pianist won't be the same!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We received a warm welcome at the reception, and special thanks to Mr. Daniil, who assisted us with great professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly, always with a smile and genuine kindness, and made sure that our stay went smoothly.
The rooms were perfectly clean and offered a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, served in two restaurants with a wide selection. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly, whenever we asked for something, it was provided quickly and with a smile.
I can confidently say that the level of service at this hotel is among the best I have experienced. I highly recommend it to everyone, and if I visit Prague again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel room was the best place we have ever stayed! It was a huge clean and comfortable space on the 23rd floor. We also loved that there was a giant massaging bathtub in the bathroom. The elevators were incredibly fast, we never had to wait for them more than 10 seconds. The breakfast was exceptional! Wide variety of delicious meals were provided. We were surprised to see that there was a separate room for children with food only made for kids. The executive lounge also had great sandwiches, cakes, cookies and drinks. The whole staff was very friendly and they gave many presents to our child. The wellness pool on the 24th floor was insanely good--we enjoyed the view.
Our stay was so good we even extended our stay in the hotel--the staff helped us to achieve that.
We are definitely looking forward to visiting the hotel in future!
