The hotel is located directly with the metro station to say. You walk out of the the hotel and directly into the metro station. There are also plenty of parking spots available you can just park here and use the day ticket to roam Prag very practical and cheap. The facilities like swimming pool and spa are great and easily available. We also liked the breakfast. Each day they have a variety of food items including fresh fruits, drinks and breads. They also play live music. Even though we did not spend much time in the hotel itself but even if the weather is bad I believe we could have just spend one whole day in the hotel itself. On top of that the staff is super helpful and can answer any questions you have. They can even plan your trips if you haven't had one.
There is little to complain about here. The price while booking we thought was a bit pricey but we got I think we got every penny worth. One remark on the swimming pool the view is great but the pool is small if you do plan to swim try to go at off peak hours as it could be full.

Very near to the Metro

The room AC was full of dust
There is smell of dust everywhere
I didn’t like the room service at all very poor only one time they provided us the coffee and tea during the whole stay
Also the breakfast options are not changed it’s the same every day limited options
The overall experience was not matching my previous experience in this hotel as a 5 star hotel

the hotel is very old and it used to worth 5 stars somewhen 20+ years ago. bathroom staff very old. double bed was provided instead of requested 2 single beds

It was a wonderful experience; the room was very clean and they cleaned it and changed all the towels every day. The spa and swimming pool facilities exceeded our expectations.
We also received a number of complimentary extras, which we really appreciated.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We highly recommend this hotel!

I faced a problem with my scheduled accomodation so I had to change it urgently. This hotel has accepted me even though I scheduled it at the same day and the very last moment. They also prepared the room very early so I could move in right immediately. Apart of that, the hotel features a swimming pool with a nice panoramic city view at one of the top floors, a very good restaurant and a huge food selection for breakfast. It also features a private subway station, taking you to the center really fast. The room was clean and comfortable.
