It was close to the metro so we could travel within the city quite fast
The hotel is more of a conference hotel with daily changing guests. The hotel was promoting a family room on the website which turned out to have the wording and pictures of a premium suite only. When confronting the hotel after check in they recognised the mistake but made me pay more if I want to have the premium room. As a favour they gave access to the executive lounge, which was anyway included for premium suites following the websites wording.
The rooms are old, the furniture is used. The pictures do not match reality in the rooms.
It is overall way over priced for the comfort you’d expect from such a hotel.

Breakfast, location and clean facilities. Early check in was also great. Staff are very friendly.
No wipes and towels in the gym. Many small kids in the gym. The hotel staff should be more strict because parents are ignoring the no kids signs. 20 Euros for the sauna and spa is expensive. These facilities should be included in the hotel rate.

We got a free upgrade and easter gifts, that was awesome.
train connectivity is not great but Uber is very cheap so its fine. Hotel parking is slightly mismanaged

Absolutely everything about our stay was fantastic, such a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff and facilities.our room was perfectly cleaned every day , the staff noticed that it was my partners birthday and we were left with a note , bottle of wine and an easter cookie , every time that we had a query the staff were helpful and polite
The entrance was beautifully decorated for easter , with easter bunnies handing out chocolates room the guests
