Breakfast was fantastic. I was upgraded to the executive room which had great views. A plate of fruit and complimentary bottle of wine was given even though i don’t drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely hotel .
The only thing is the pillows they were too soft for comfort. The bathroom is a little dated and the water drains very slowly in the bath.

Free fitness and wellness (once a day)
Saunas in wellness are terrible, basically unusable. Since there are a lot of people (because the hotel made it free), and the saunas are very small, they are overcrowded. There is no privacy in the "cool down" area, so most people go to the sauna in a swimsuit, which is unhygienic. The only part that is worth visiting is the pool with a view of the whole of Prague.

great hotel, great value. The breakfast was fantastic. Location as well: the metro in front of the hotel, which brings you in 5 minutes to the city centre.

The staff were simply excellent and looked immaculate. Spent more time in the hotel lobby and bar as it was relaxing and well served and friendly.
The train we needed to get into old town was off for the duration of our stay, but buses were laid on. I couldn't get the tv to work but suspect that was user fault (me) and didn't ask them for help which I'm sure I would have got
