We had a lovely stay! The room was peaceful and had an amazing view of Prague. The location is perfect, with the metro station right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get around. The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The location Very near to the Metro Staff are nice and very helpful
The room AC was full of dust There is smell of dust everywhere I didn’t like the room service at all very poor only one time they provided us the coffee and tea during the whole stay Also the breakfast options are not changed it’s the same every day limited options The overall experience was not matching my previous experience in this hotel as a 5 star hotel

Everything was great, helpful staff and great customer service, stunning interior and views; awesome breakfast selections; relaxing Spa. The hotels location was within proximity of a frequent metro, lots of good quality restaurants and beautiful walking routes.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and major roads, and the staff were very friendly. Although the hotel is pleasant overall, some areas would benefit from updating or renovation.
The pool was a bit small in comparison to the size of the hotel, so it gets quite crowed during the weekend.

The hotel is located adjacent to a metro station which provides regular interlinked services to the old and new towns, the train stations and airport. On arrival we received a very warm welcome. Our room and indeed the whole hotell was very clean and very comfortably and tastefully furnished. Staff throughout our visit were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a great affair with an extensive range of hot and cold dishes beautifully presented. The spa and wellness centre on the upper floors was a great place to relax. Chech-out was seamless.
