Exceptional
The amazing location right next to the metro was fastastic. Staff werr beyond exceptional, Sarka was so welcoming! Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this location for a wonderful stay away from busy crowded tourist section yet access to metro to any location.

Breakfast was amazing! Especially, Czech national food.
Is this really a five-star hotel? At best, it deserves four stars.
The building itself looks poorly maintained and far from what you would expect at this level. The service is also disappointing — the staff tends to forget guest requests. For example, I asked for soap in my room because it hadn’t been provided. I was promised it would be delivered, but I only received it after reminding them a second time — the next day!
Blackout curtains? Forget it.
There are no basic power outlets near the bed, which is extremely inconvenient.
On top of that, noise from the corridor is very clearly audible, making it difficult to rest.
Overall, not the five-star experience it claims to be.

The location to the Prague conference center and the metro were both only minutes away, the executive lounge was very chill and the staff were very polite and kind. The whole hotel was spotless We had a good breakfast every morning also. We will definitely stay again.
Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t cool the room and the room service menu was very limited.

The room and its view was fantastic, the staff was helpful, they have offered me a room upgrade for free and the location was perfect.

Great location, next to the metro station, only 2-3 stops away from the city center. The hotel provides free parking during the stay, which is great (other hotels in city center charge 20-40 EUR per night).
The hotel is a bit old-ish (can feel it on the bathroom for example), but rooms are ok, kept nice and clean.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of foods, everybody will find something nice to eat for sure.
The hotel offers wellness services on the very top floor with an exceptional view.
The wellness section offers saunas - this area is accessible to anybody, incl kids (however the sauna itself is limited for 16+ years, which is ok). The sauna rules say you have to be dressed (swim suit) or covered by towel in the sauna, but despite this rule, several people were fully naked in the sauna and in the sauna area as well: walking around, taking shower, going in the cold water pool naked. This was very disturbing for my teenage daughters. The wellness receptionist said to send someone from the hotel stuff there, but nothing happened. I don't have any issues visiting naked sauna/bath, if by-design (and rules) it is that type of sauna - but here it was not the case. Hotel should make sure people keep the rules.

The parking was free. The lobby was nice and festive.
The parking was chaotic and confusing. The carpet was old and made my feet itch. The bathroom was outdated and horrible. The property room didn’t look anything like the photo. The rooms were outdated. I paid for a panoramic view and could only see an ugly rooftop below. I asked for a higher level and was on 9 of 26. I see why they make you prepay because I would not have stayed otherwise.

We just stayed one night, but definitely for the next time visiting Prague I will book this hotel again. It has a big parking lot, and the Metro station is next to the hotel, and within 2 stations you reach the city center. Also, we got a very big room with panoramic city view, which was amazing. Also, dinner at the hotel was good. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional.
Also, breakfast was amazing, and you can find lots of options.
Check-in time 3, I think it's a little bit late. But I parked my car and went to the city, and in the evening came back to the hotel again.

Free wine was a nice touch to welcome us in our room. I love the beds and the hotel is very accessible by public transport. Free swimming pool access. The staff were very welcoming and nice.
The chair lounges in the swimming pool were very limited. It can get crowded.

Comfortable and large room, great view, nice swimming pool, and very helpful staff at reception.
The housekeeping staff entered my room twice while I was inside my room. Both times they knocked, but very quietly so I didn't realize who they were and that they were going to enter my room. Also, both times my room had already been cleaned. So maybe they need a better system for organizing the room cleaning.

Great Hotel, 30 seconds walking distance from the reception to the metro station (direction -> old town). Staff is very friendly, attentive. View is awesome, clean and spacious room. Big breakfast buffet. Great lounges. Nice pool on the 25th floor. Worth it!!
