The breakfast was great, and the view from my room was decent.
Kind of a crazy thing to suggest, but maybe charge for the use of the billiards table. There were these British girls, and they played billiards for hours and didn't share the table. I really wanted to play a game or two, but the same two girl used it non-stop.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Prague. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of high quality options to choose from.
The staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only small downside was the Massage area. While it was clean and pleasant, it lacked the same luxurious atmosphere and feeling as the rest of the hotel. Compared to the elegant rooms and overall hotel experience, the spa felt a little less refined.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We would be happy to return in the future.

Location was excellent. Subway was located just outside the property and getting to the highway system was very convenient.

Easy access to metro, spa was alright and restaurant had some good options though pricey.
Unreasonably expensive bar, hotel and room were too hot even with AC working at highest setting. Pool and spa area had a smell of urine for most of the days I stayed there.

Lot of facilities available. Cleanliness. Staff helpful. Enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant
Noise from nearby motorway. A little bit far out of town. No amenities in the surrounding area e.g. small restaurants, interesting buildings, things to see.

The property is a wee bit away from the city center, but well connected by the Metro, very close to it. Awesome views of the city from the room we had. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

It’s an old property. AC was not effective. Bathroom fittings were not modern. Breakfast was not having any live cooking counter.

Wide breakfast selection, close to subway.
Dated rooms with awkward layouts. Basic breakfast with no freshly cooked options. Air conditioning did not fully work and temperature could not be adjusted by guest. The pool was always full. Staff was professional, but not always friendly.

Breakfast was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool had stunning views, and the room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
The coffee machine was broken and leaked whenever we filled it with water. I informed the staff that the machine was wasting the water they provided, and they kindly gave us a few extra water bottles.
