We truly appreciated the room on the 20th floor and the view from there was amazing!
The location was good because, even if we weren't in the center of the town, we could easily get there by taking the subway right in front of the hotel, and this makes the hotel a peaceful place to relax and rest well.
We loved the spa, but we would have preferred a better organization for the week ends, for exemple, there weren't enough places to lay down because it was full. The floor was always wet and with the hotel' slippers you could slip very easily.

Hotel is amazing! I really recommend it. Rooms are very good, SPA and fitness centre are fantastic. Stuff is very kind and helpful.
It was too many people during the breakfest, kinda crowded. But I guess, it didn't create any issues.

The facilities are excellent. If all you’re looking for is a comfortable bed and a hot shower, this place will meet your expectations.
Good luck finding a parking space. The hotel promotes luxury and exclusivity, but the service is far from that. The staff seem like they’re just there to finish their shift and get through the day. The room service food quality is disappointing, and the delivery time is around an hour. The TV channel selection is also very limited, especially if you’re not a local guest.
During check-in, I wasn’t feeling well I had a strong headache after five hours of driving. I provided my ID and completed the payment, but my wife’s and daughter’s passports were still in the car. I showed their residence permits, which include photos and addresses, and asked if we could access the room while I briefly went back to retrieve the passports.
The receptionist was unfriendly and showed no flexibility. He stated that we were not in Germany and that the residence permits issued there were not valid in the Czech Republic, despite them being official EU documents. I chose not to argue further, as he appeared young and somewhat dismissive, and I preferred to avoid escalating the situation.
Right after that, we planned to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but it was closed due to a private event. Unfortunately, this wasn’t communicated in advance. Luckily, there are several restaurants within a 15 minute walk, so we were still able to find a place to eat.
The stay itself was okay overall, but would I book this place again? No, I wouldn’t.

The food very limited options. Did not like the taste.Personally felt food lacked flavour.
The WiFi was not working in my room most times,had issues with miracast.The first time I connected it connected to the room next door.The person came to knock to let me know.So embarrassed.Had issues everytime I connected to Netflix called for support a few times.
The bathroom needs refurbishment.

We recently spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel in an Executive Room on the 22nd floor with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. The view from the room was truly unforgettable. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with every detail carefully thought out. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Lastly, the breakfasts were excellent — a wide selection of delicious choices, fresh ingredients, and high quality overall. It was a great way to start each day.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and would gladly stay here again!

I liked the spa center with a swimming pool on the 25th store.
The need to have the plastic card to use the elevator. The hands can be busy. Pressing the card can be boring.

The spa is a bit outdated. 2 saunas are very small and the Turkish bath desperately needs renovation.
