Lack of English in the housekeeping made it difficult to communicate - not that it’s a negative problem, just made it more tricky at times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The executive lounge and spa were well worth the upgrades.
The breakfast could be improved with fresher pastries and higher quality cooked items (hash browns and pancakes).

The view was amazing and the bed really comfortable. The train was right outside the hotel, so was easy getting to the city centre!
The bathroom needs a little upgrade. The shower handle kept going left when showering so the floor kept on getting really wet! - room 1621

Large, comfortable room.
Shower over bath. Although there was a rail to hold while showering, there was nothing to hold while stepping out of the wet bath tub. The fixed glass screen, and no rail to hold meant it was v dangerous getting out of the bath. I could easily have slipped
