Our stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers was amazing. I loved everything about this hotel, the lobby (beautiful decor), the room (spacious and comfortable), the magnificent view of the city from our room, the delicious breakfast (a huge variety of food to choose from), and the friendly and professional staff.
I even used the pool and also booked a foot massage which I truly enjoyed after walking for a whole day discovering many amazing places in Prague.
The location was also very convenient as it was right next to a metro station, just a short ride to Prague downtown.
No complaints at all.

Wonderful
Beautiful hotel in a great place. The pool is gorgeous. Breakfasts were rich and delicious. Also, free bottles of water were a nice surprise every morning. The price was good for a 5* hotel with a metro station 3 minutes walk away.
We had only one bedside table, and some years of use were visible in the bathroom.

It was out of the city centre, which probably kept the price down. However, we (fit people in mid 60s) found we could easily walk to most attractions, and public transport was good too. The hotel was clean and well serviced. The breakfast was excellent: every taste catered for.
Some decor was a little tired, including the bathrooms. There were very few helpful instructions about how to use the swimming pool etc.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, with very spacious, clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds. There was plenty of space in the room, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was exceptional. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the first one with such an incredible variety of food. There was something for everyone.
I especially loved the kids' corner. It had a separate fridge with milk, yoghurts, and lots of other snacks and extras. I was really impressed.
The complimentary ice cream in the lobby on arrival was a lovely welcome. Thank you also for providing water and checking whether we needed more for our journey home. The thoughtful gift bottle was a wonderful surprise and made our stay feel even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.
A few small improvements would make the experience even better.
Nobody explained how to access the swimming pool. We weren't sure whether we should change in our room and walk there in gowns or use the changing facilities by the pool. It would be helpful if this was explained at check-in. We also didn't have gowns provided for using the pool.
The pool itself was nice, but the photos on the website looked much larger and more impressive than it actually was. I would recommend using more realistic photos so guests know exactly what to expect and are not disappointed.
We also wanted to enjoy some evening drinks at the bar. We waited for around 15 minutes without being served, so my husband went to the bar to order. He was told that someone would come to our table, but after waiting another 20 minutes, nobody came, so we left. Improving the service at the bar would make the overall guest experience much better.

The hotel is phenomenal, it is located two metro stations from the national museum and from the city center. It is well connected to the highway. Staff very professional, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean, with a superb view of the city, if you are on the higher floors. It has its own garage, swimming pool on the 26th floor... All recommendations. The food is excellent.
Parking is chaotic. Elevators can be crowded. A little dated bathrooms.

Good breakfast,some of employers are nice,easy to go in city center
I arrived in the hotel around 21:00
After i made the check’in(that guy was nice) i was sent to park….where? Almost in the street
I asked for indoor parking because my car was full of bags (traveling to Berlin with my wife)
I was forced to park in the garage near the garbage cans,on the right side of exit lane
I arrived in the room, i got a small room..with no view even I booked a room with city view and much bigger
I go again to the reception and asked about the room
The answer was “ is 22:00 , why you need a city view? My answer :Because in the night you see the lights of the city”
After a few seconds, the guy tells me that is impossible, and if i want i can get a twin room …
I have to mention that the room i get was a twin before, they only need to put beds together
But they were to LAZY
Hard to find a parking spot
They don’t respect the guests
The pool is just a big bathtub
The spa was not working
