The Hotel is well located so near the Metro. The view from the 22 floor was exceptional. The staff were excellent.
A very enjoyable stay.
Some of the features are a little outdated. eg. The air conditioning could not deal with the heat of June 26 and by now every hotel room should have a digital TV.

Excellent location on subway. Stunning views from the rooms and from the swimming pool. Fabulous staff. Free bottles of water anytime you ask.
Airco couldn't keep up with the hot weather. Hotel desperately needs refurbishment. Parking lots sometimes challenging. Mattress worn out.

Bar staff …
The receptionist (Oleh) was very unpleasant. I believe that even when difficult things need to be communicated, they can be said politely and respectfully, without making guests feel uncomfortable. My well-intentioned suggestion would be to provide additional customer service training for your front desk staff.

It was our third stay in this hotel, this time we came for our honey moon and as like as before it was an amazing stay we enjoyed our vacation, great staff, very good view and amazing optional breakfast.
If the SPA opening hours change and divide the evening hours for adults only would be more pleasant. Some children made a lot of noise in the swimming pool .

Good acses to red line metro. Decent breakfast. Free parking, no problem to find space. Nice view from high floor,but not all windows to old town
Badly needs renovation. Feels very old. Hotel suroundings braking apart.
