The location and cleanliness are superb.
It’s only a slight comment regarding the towel and bathrobe ,it’s a bit rough not smooth especially with a sensitive skin like me.

At the time of booking and payment, it was stated that taxes were included. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were asked to pay the city tax separately. This inconsistency caused discomfort and affected our initial impression of the accommodation.

Excellent hotel with outstanding value for money (possibly because it was late January). Upon check-in, we received a complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Daily housekeeping included two bottles of water. The room had a great safe, large TV, was close to the metro, and offered nice city views. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide variety of dishes. The free spa with several saunas was a real treat, especially pleasant after being out in the cold winter weather. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The only downside was that the heating was somewhat weak – we were a bit cold at times.

Everything was amazing, starting with the hotel’s location, which was super convenient—just a few steps away from the metro station. From there, you could reach almost anywhere in a very short time.
The staff were really nice and helpful. They also gave us a card called the Prague Pass, which offers discounts at many attractions and includes free boat rides through the canal, which we really enjoyed.
The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
I really liked Prague, so I might come back to the city again, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again. We truly enjoyed our stay.

good breakfast, good staff. Ms Liza at the reception was very kind. good gym. comfortable and clean bed and bathroom. good make up the room every day.
The room was a bit cold, and the a/c wasnt sufficient and very loud at full fan.
The elevator at morning time were very bad. Waited every moring around 10-15 mins to go down for breakfast. It seem that not all evevators were working, and the same ones were coming full from the top floors.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in . They were so welcoming and even gave me and my partner a birthday gift ( fruit and drink ) the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We will definitely return .
