spacious, large, and clean room. we lvoed the great welcome, especially gifts for the kids. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of parking space. The hotel was clean.

Hotel is just steps from the metro and just a few metro stops from the center of the city. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

The staff was very very friendly The location Free parking Spa and pool welcome drinks ( we didn't use, no time ) and a gift for us.
No electric sockets close to the bed ladies, who touched the forks and knives and then the food like cheese with hands, I avoided to it.

The hotel reception is beautiful. A very warm welcome and all the staff we encountered were friendly. The hotel Knew it was my birthday while we were staying and they not only gave us an arrival gift, but on the day, they arranged a birthday display in the room with prosecco. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy to use the train as the station is right outside. Great views from the room.
The room decor was a little dated, and the towels could have been softer.

Great staff, great facilities, great rooms, great breakfast! We really cannot fault this place! Initially we were concerned about the location as it appears a little out of town, but the tube is right next to the hotel and you’re in the centre in 4 minutes. Considering you get the tranquility of being slightly out of the city (the centre is fabulous but busy and loud) and also facilities like a full spa and pool it was well worth it. We had the executive lounge with our booking and this was a great addition, great view and really good quality snacks (sandwiches, cakes crisps etc) with beer and wine.
Honestly cannot fault it.
