The hotel's reception was very kind and respectful towards us. They updated our room at no extra cost, and also welcomed us with a bottle of White Wine for free! The room was spacious and the view of the city was amazing! The breakfast buffet wasn't too bad.
The shower glass was too short and most of the water would splash onto the bathroom floor. The AC unit was on the lowest setting, but barely cooled the room. Having a dress code for the breakfast buffet area was weird.

Its location to Vyrsehad metro station. Perfect for getting about the city. Literally 1 minute walk from the hotel. The staff are friendly, very polite and speak great English. They are obviously well trained. Breakfast is plentiful.
The hotel in my opinion is slightly dated and is about 4-5 past a full refurb. Looks its age from the outside. It was opened in 1988. I stayed here in 1994. The swimming pool is small and can be overcrowded.
