Wonderful
This hotel is very well located, just 1 min from metro station.
We really enjoyed the breakfast - you can get a wide variety of meals. Rooms are very clean and serviced daily. Hotel staff speaks English well and demonstrate sincere willingness to assist with any needs. A few guests were with pets - there is some small extra charge for this but allows you to take your pet with you, very good!

breakfast was excellent and location could not be better, metro by the entrance to the hotel, beautiful park with amazing view 5 min walk, city centre 5 min by metro, over all 10 out of 10!
Room temperature was quite cool even-though heating was set up on max, and duvet cover too thin

The breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad was awful - we got quite a lot of overripe & bruised fruit & there were no bananas

Large hotel with a nice spacious lobby. Very good and varied breakfasts. Swimming pool and saunas open until 10 p.m. Hotel right next to the subway station (going from the airport or the center you have to cross the street - much more convenient to go through the underground passage in the subway than a long twisted footbridge over the road). Conference center across the street. Vysehrad with its park and beautiful church within walking distance. To the center of Prague by subway 2-3 stops. Rooms somewhat old-fashioned decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff - I was not happy with the view from the window and was changed to a room with a beautiful view of Prague.

The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast choice was fantastic. Several lifts meant you did not wait long. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The bed was very soft.

Everything was beyond and over my expectations. I have never seen a hotel breakfast like this great hotel before. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I will always come back and recommend the Grand Hotel to everyone I know. The location was a prime location, so easy to get to anywhere, as it's next to the metro station.
