Excellent staff approach, great breakfast and the room view is exceptional.
The Superior double room has inadequate bathroom. The bathroom is small, the bathtub itself is so narrow and small that even for skinny people like me there is not enough space for a decent shower. And the small glass wall is just ridiculous. Pity.

للامانه الفندق ممتاز وراقي ، الغرفة مريحة ، الاستقبال كانوا جداً متعاونين ،، انا حجزت 3 ليالي ،، كان الحجز غير مسترد ،، بعدها صار عندي ظرف ماقدرت اسافر ،، تواصلت مع الفندق وقالوا لي نقدر نغير لك تاريخ الحجز متى ماتحب ( للعلم كانوا يقدرون يرفضون وياخذون الفلوس كامل ) . احب اشكرهم جداً .. الموقع : في محطة قطار قريبة من الفندق اقل من 50 متر . ومحطة واحدة الى السنتر ..

This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We arrived exhausted after a long journey, only to spend a long time at reception because the staff could not find our fully prepaid Booking.com reservation for reasons they could not explain. Before our stay, we had specifically requested an allergy-friendly room. That request was completely ignored. We were first shown two rooms, both with a strong unpleasant smell. The only room without the smell had two separate beds, even though our reservation was for a couple with one large double bed. We were initially told that there were no other rooms available, despite the hotel clearly having many vacant rooms. Only after we insisted and reminded the staff about our allergy request were we shown three additional rooms. Eventually, we had to accept one that did not have an unpleasant smell, but it was not the room we had paid for. We had booked and paid extra for a city-view room, yet we were given a room overlooking a noisy bridge and a parking lot. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. The employee showing us the rooms was rude and unprofessional. When I simply touched the mattress with my hand to check it, he actually shouted at me to remove my hand. I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment in a hotel. When checking out, we raised all of these issues again. Despite everything that had happened, the hotel offered no compensation and took no real responsibility for the poor experience. It is a real shame because the hotel itself has some positives. The breakfasts were good, and the panoramic view from the top floor is beautiful. However, good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service. We paid for a city-view room, our allergy request was ignored, we were not given the room we had booked, and we were treated disrespectfully by the staff.

Great location, good pool, great bed
Pillows were unsupportive and flat. Recommend have a kids only swim time as pool was always crowded with children. Breakfast was super expensive for 2 people it was 60 bucks which is really unreasonable.

The facilities are amazing, they have some elevators so it's easy to take one The view is good The calefaction is working well The bathtub is clean Everything is clean Frigobar works well Beds are comfortable The restaurant has excellent quality on the meals The cleaning staff do their job well Soap and shampoos free Internet is super stable The size of the room is big for a hotel
The water tap is a little hard to use by the design The restaurant is a little expensive and the portions are small. The bathtub easily gets empty even when you close the water plug.
