the Location, great View and comfortable Bed.
Old dated Room and Bathroom. Breakfast - same food everyday nothing different and coffee (only 2 options - Espresso and Cappuccino).

Gym, spa, breakfast , parking..everything perfect.
All the staff was amazing and frindly. The main manager at the reception has some issue with smiling and always in bad attitude. Very sad to see such attitude. I am surpsied hotel management has not spotted this. Very very poor hospitality. Unfortunate.

Everything was spectacular. This really is a Grand hotel. The hotel is spacious. The lobby is stylish and grand. The executive lounge is private and cozy with amazing views. Spa, wellness and gyn on the top floor is fantastic. The location of the hotel could hardly be better- it is slightly away from the center, but very close to everything and the metro is literally 40metres from the front door. I love this hotel. Everytime I'm here, the experience is fantastic. Including the staff. Very professional, discreet, but on the point with everything. I wish every hotel was like this. I had the suite which was very spacious and nice. I'm not even mentioning the breakfast which offers everything you would expect.
I did not like that I had to leave.

Very clean, nice spa. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, though the tub/shower was quite small. The breakfast amazing. It was a little far from the center of things in Prague requiring a car to get there.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast excellent.
The bathroom is really small and in the room, there is only one bedside table and no sockets next to the bed.
