Wonderful
Located just a few steps from the metro station, only two stops from the downtown area. Guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine at check-in and another in the room. The staff are excellent, and the room is well stocked with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the clean room features a beautiful view of the city.
The room is a bit warm even with an open window during autumn, tried air-conditioning in the room but was not working well

Excellent locations literally 5 minutes on the metro which is right outside the hotel to the museum stop which is a central part of the city. Staff are amazing, very helpful, beds extremely comfy, husband needed a firmer pillow which was provided straight away. Bathroom full of lovely free toiletries to use, very clean. Staff do an excellent job keeping hotel clean, fresh and tidy. Leisure facilities are very good enjoyed the pool sauna steam room. Bar area lovely, pianist was very good, a lovely place to chill after a days walking the city. Thank you for the free upgrade very kind gesture.

Hotel was very accommodating, our flight was early and they had a room ready so allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was very nice too lots of different choices at the buffet. Spa and pool were exceptional lovely views from the pool area overlooking the whole city. Hotel is right beside the metro ideal for trips in and out of the city. Staff we're really friendly, would definitely go back here again if staying in Prague again.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable — much larger than most hotels in Prague. The facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful swimming pool, fitness center, and the amazing city view from the upper floors. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy Prague in comfort and style. Highly recommended!
The only downside was that sometimes I could hear other guests talking in the hallway.

I loved that the staff were so helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Hard not to find something you would like. The hotel was spotless. The wellness area is amazing. What a view!!!
I thought there was a very poor atmosphere in the bar. . Pianists playing every night. So it was predictable. Would have liked a bit of variety.

The room was lovely, comfortable and warm. I was greeted with a lovely cookie, complementary bottle of wine and a note for my birthday. The breakfast was amazing also!
The house keeping was not great. 4 nights and it appeared all that was tidied was making the bed, no change of coffee cups used in room or glasses

The location was easy to reach with public transport, it's very clean and the staff was very polite, kind and helpful.
The pillows were too soft for my neck, it would have been nice to have the option to have firmer ones, but it's a minor thing and overall I really enjoyed the stay
