The hotel is in a very beautiful building with very easy access. It is in a great location for car and public transportation. The room is clean and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and friendly!

Wonderful
Great location, very convenient next to the metro station. And a 10min walk from Vyšehrad which is also a very nice place to visit besides the old town.
I did find the live piano music a bit to prominent

Great location and accommodations for a large family. Metro stop is few meters away. Extremely friendly staff, rooms were super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Great hotel to stay.

The hotel is phenomenal, it is located two metro stations from the national museum and from the city center. It is well connected to the highway. Staff very professional, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean, with a superb view of the city, if you are on the higher floors. It has its own garage, swimming pool on the 26th floor... All recommendations. The food is excellent.
Parking is chaotic. Elevators can be crowded. A little dated bathrooms.

The hotel was close to the subway, which made it very convenient to get downtown. The property was a large hotel and well kept. The view of the city that we had from the 22nd floor was spectacular.
When we got into the room, the air-conditioning was not working well, but once properties and facilities sent up a repair man it got fixed within 30 minutes.

We made a big error regarding our reservation but the reservation team was great and help us fix the problem with very much professionalism.
Free underground parking.
Extremely fast and professional check in and check out.
The hotel itself is very outdated but is kind of normal for hotels in Europe big cities.

It was breakfast included and open buffet was highly rich with many options. Rooms are clean. Room service and the lobby dining options were high quality. Old city centre was quite close but recommended to use uber which is cheaply and faster.
All was satisfying actually. Nothing to mention about bad sides.

Everything was amazing. The rooms looked great (although they could use a small visual overhaul), they were super clean, incredibly comfortable and everything totally exceeded my expectations.
I also received a completely free room upgrade, which was really pleasing to hear.
The staff are top-notch, everybody spoke perfect english and made my experience a million times better.
The restaurants are also great, the food was super tasty, the service was perfect and super fast.
The pool – no words. Incredibly clean, spacious, and the views were just out of this world.
Overall great hotel, definitely my go-to for every other trip I take to Prague.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the interior was stylish and very inviting, and the breakfast was rich and varied.
For me, staying at this hotel was especially meaningful, as it had been a childhood dream ever since I watched it being built. Listening to the piano music during meals was a lovely touch and made the experience even more special. The panoramic view from the swimming pool and the walk to the nearby Vyšehrad Fortress were wonderful bonuses. The location was excellent and very convenient.

Great views from the room, clean, really nice and helpful staff. Spa was great and not that crowded in the evening. Breakfast was also really good. Lot of amenities were available in the room as well. Rooms are spacious. Beds were relatively firm, so that's a plus for me.
It was really warm in the room even with the AC set to the lowest tempet. The AC was also pretty loud compared to other hotels I've been to. At 5 in the morning I've got woke up by some really loud noise coming from the bathroom, no clue what it was, but had to close the door to be able to continue sleeping. The rooms could do with some modernization.

The Hotel very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Metro station in distance of 50 metres from the hotel. Very friendly personnel aspecially in the dinning room and bar. Super nice view from the window of the rooms on high floors.
Twice the saunas were out of order in the SPA because of electrical shut down

Small intentions like discount card for shops and many attractions in Prague, and bottle of wine in the arrival
The shower was disappointing. The shower head wasn’t properly fixed, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The furniture also felt quite old and could definitely use an upgrade.
