Wide breakfast selection, close to subway.
Dated rooms with awkward layouts. Basic breakfast with no freshly cooked options. Air conditioning did not fully work and temperature could not be adjusted by guest. The pool was always full. Staff was professional, but not always friendly.

Breakfast was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool had stunning views, and the room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
The coffee machine was broken and leaked whenever we filled it with water. I informed the staff that the machine was wasting the water they provided, and they kindly gave us a few extra water bottles.

We found the hotel to be very welcoming to its guests and the staff very informative and explaining things to us, whether where to go and how to get there to what was offered on the menu in the restaurant
The hotel has plenty parking if you drive there, rooms were more than big enough for one night or weeks stay. Swimming pool has great views from the windows as did our room. Food in restaurant and breakfast buffet good and plenty of it

Had an amazing stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro station, making travel around the city very easy. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and both the room views and the swimming pool views were absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

My stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers was overall very enjoyable, with several highlights that made the experience memorable.
The hotel’s location is excellent, offering quick and easy access to the metro, which made getting around Prague very convenient. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lobby—it looks elegant and even smells amazing, creating a great first impression.
Breakfast was one of the standout features. There was a wide variety of options to suit everyone, and I especially appreciated the separate breakfast room for kids, stocked mostly with sweets—definitely a fun touch for families. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and accommodating, which added to the positive experience.
The complimentary SPA was a nice bonus. While it can get a bit crowded, the reception clearly informs guests about busy hours, so it’s easy to plan your visit accordingly. My room was clean and offered a gorgeous view of Prague, with blackout curtains that ensured a good night’s sleep. The beds were also very comfortable.
There were a couple of minor downsides. The closet in the room looked a bit worn and could use some updating. Additionally, the bathtub in the bathroom was quite narrow, and the sink was slightly lower than expected, which may not be ideal for everyone.

We had excellent breakfast. Great fitness facilities and incredible staff. Metro station next door. Vyšehrad area is 10 minute walk from hotel. Very comfortable bed. We booked another night.
