The Clementin occupies a unique historic building in the heart of Prague, half-way between Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Wi-Fi is available for free. With its width of only 11 feet, the Clementin is the narrowest preserved house in Prague. Its origins date back to the year 1360. Wonderful
The service is incredible. During our stay Ramona and Alex were especially attentive. Only problem is the cooling system. We were in 203 and the room never cooled down. There was a heat wave the last two days so I would understand the strain. But I’m referring to before, the first three days. Staff did provide a portable fan and without it I couldn’t have stayed in that room.

Wonderful
Nice room and a very polite lady at the reception. The location is perfect for visiting the city, yet it is on a quiet street, so it’s very peaceful at night. The bathroom is also very well equipped.
I don’t recall anything particularly negative. Perhaps the glasses provided in the room could have been a bit cleaner.

Nice cozy place, with a good breakfast
Parking options are horrible, we had to park 8 minute walk on a ridiculously expensive garage. Probably smarter would be to park further away (cheaper) and take a bolt to our place so maybe a good advice for anyone planning to stay here with a car…

The air conditioner didn’t work at all. We had to use 2 fans. The parking was not free and far away from the hotel. The bathtub wasn’t draining while taking a shower.

Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable stylish room and super shower. Everything you could wish for at breakfast and great location, just a couple of minutes or so from Charles bridge. Highly recommend.

I liked everything, honestly. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was great.
The only complaint I have is that the shower would be hard to get into if you had mobility issues.

Everything! Location is PERFECT, right in the Prague Old Town! The room was perfectly clean and had all the needed amenities, to the smallest details. Breakfast was really good and a range of foods was included: pastries, fruits, different kind of yoghurts, etc.

Exceeded our expectations. The location was brilliant. The facilities and the breakfast were more than we expected. The room was spotlessly clean and everything we needed. Coffee machine was a bonus. Bathroom was spotlessly clean too. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast room was immaculate and the selection was superb for a small hotel. Would highly recommend
