Breakfast can be better if they have omelets and more non pork items. Michael, Pavel, Vladimir and Marketa were very nice and impressive and considerate and made the stay excellent
Spiders in room related to the weather which was hot and air-conditioning worked but not very effective on the hottest days of the year

The location was excellent. Walking distance to most touristy stuff. Close to the Palladium shopping mall which had a good variety of shops and dining options.
Good tram connections.
"double" bed was two singles pushed together so I kept falling in the gap. Having two single duvets was pretty annoying

The location is perfect, just a 20-30 min walk from the old city and from the train station. The staff were also incredibly nice, kind anad polite. If I ever return to Prague, and I would without a doubt go back to this hotel.

Loved the room, facilities, location, breakfast, price, staff.
Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Me and my husband woke up with back ache every morning. My 6 year old son slept well, though.
