The hotel is well situated for access to the old town, and public transport. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
The air-conditioning system is ineffective. I was told it is centrally-controlled. This dies not allow for individual preferences, such as a cold room when the windows are closed to block out traffic noise..

The hotel was near a bridge on river bank. Easy access from the airport. Close to many touristic places. I liked the breakfast, clean and cozy room and other facilities. Staff was nice and helpful.
A little noisy due to street maintenance work. It could have been a little more discount on price.

Excellent hotel in a great location, minutes walk from every site. Excellent breakfast and large and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and large bathroom with bathtub. The hotel staff is nice and friendly.
The air conditioning was not working and it was a hot day.

A perfect base for visiting Old Town Prague close to the main square (20 min walk) and close to the River (10 Min walk ) facing a beautiful historic building . Breakfast was really good a big range of choice and the little bar a nice place to relax . Vending machines just off the lobby are handy for snacks and drinks.
My only criticism is that the Hotel seemed very hot the hallways and corridors to the room were very humid.

Location was great, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and big enough. Very good value for the money
Toaster needs to be changed, not reasonable to ask guests to not toast the bread to avoid fire.
Baths are a bit too high, I’m still young but I my parents were in another room and got some dificulties getting in and out of the bath.

Room was big, clean, and had a nice combined city and river view. In a quieter side of city but still close to all attractions of old town. The staff were very thoughtful to send up complimentary champagne for my husbands birthday without us even mentioning it. They realized it from our registration.
No real complaints. Breakfast was average.

The Location was amazing snd i could visit many historical places especislly the astronomy clock area. The staff was kind and wonderfull eccept The receptionist (I think she was a supervisor) with short brown hair and short to average height was annoying and arrogant.
I had booked in 4 stars hotel before and it is the first time zhat i didn‘t find slippers in room and there was no clean Service slthough i stayed 3 nights and The receptionist (I think she was a supervisor) with short brown hair and short to average height was annoying and arrogant.
