Location was very good, breakfast good and variate, most of the staff polite and helpfull
We were assigned a room where the heating system didn't worked, the blonde lady from the reception had a unappropiate attitude, finnaly after a lot of persistance, we got in exchange of a double room a single one that was acceptable.
For this they gave us a discount.
The pillows were terrible.

Location to the old quarter was great, the room was a good size, the bathroom was also a good size, the bed was comfortable
The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of good choices
We booked a double room for 4 nights 6 mths ahead but were given twin beds on arrival. On the first morning we discovered the shower fixture was not fitted adequately to be used properly
Despite asking a few times over 2 or 3 days at reception nothing was done until we finally managed to speak with the front office manager who was very obliging and sorted out our grievances to our satisfaction so thankyou Robert for restoring our faith.

Location was very good for the markets and walks along the river, Breakfast was fresh and quite a bit of chose.
Rooms and hallway nice and warm and needed at this time of year.
On Arrival which was late in the evening we had no Towels in the room, and i also asked for an extra pillow which wasn't available until the next day!
In the envelope with room keys was a drinks voucher for the bar, which also wasn't made clear to us on arrival.
The young lady on reception during the day was very helpful though

Lovely staff very helpful with anything we needed tbem for thanks for the late checkout , we were travelling with my mum so it was greatly appreciated . Very good location close to everything

The breakfast was good, lots of variety. The heated towel rail was well received on cold days and the room was spacious.
The bed was extremely hard, as were the pillows. There also was no complementary water.
