We stayed for four nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Reception staff were always friendly and professional, which made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, though the fixed shower head made showering a bit inconvenient.
Housekeeping needs improvement—we once returned to find cleaning tools and a staff access card left in the room.

Great staff. Clean, spacious rooms.
Showerhead (shower over bath) couldn't be angled and could only be used with a low flow. At high flow, the water angle was near horizontal. Air conditioning a bit glitchy, but worked most of the time.

Good Location
Whenever I plan to book a room, Clarion has always been my first choice. This time, I stayed for three days. The first two days were quite satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, on the last day, 22nd April 2025, my 4-year-old child fell ill. She was unable to eat anything, so we decided to give her some time to recover. We approached the receptionist to request permission to take some bread and butter to our room, especially since we had paid €17 for her breakfast for all three days. Unfortunately, we were informed that their policy does not allow food to be taken to the rooms.
This lack of flexibility felt inconsiderate, leaving me upset for the rest of the day. I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything from there afterward. It’s disappointing to think about what level of hospitality one can expect for a small, unwell child. As a result, I’ve decided not to stay at Clarion again.

Room was clean. Location close to center
Extremely unhelpful staff at the reception. Bad attitude. I booked 2 equal rooms each for 2 adults and 9 year old kid. The hotel provided a foldable bed in only one of the rooms. We asked for the same in the other and they said they want additional payment of 40 EUR for the bed. Than explained they made a mistake by providing an additional bed in one of the rooms. Although the booking is for a family their policy is not to provide a bed for child, but to ask for additional payment. The difference in the room price between booking for 2 and for 2 plus a child is exactly 40 EUR, but it doesn’t include towels, sheets and bed for the child. Just breakfast. In the booking confirmation it says that double room has 2 beds 90-130 cm. Actually beds are 80 cm. The parking is located 450 m away from the hotel. When arriving at the hotel they handle you a paper with address and let you find it by yourself. Reaching the parking by car it takes more than 15 min due to one way streets and detour that has to be made. So do not consider it a hotel with a parking.
