I had a very good stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The hotel is large, well-organized, and very clean throughout. The facilities are solid and meet the expectations of a hotel in this category. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful, which made the stay smooth and comfortable.
I do have two constructive suggestions for improvement. First, adding a refrigerator to the standard rooms would be a big plus, especially for guests staying several days. Second, the breakfast could be more varied. I stayed for three days and had breakfast every morning, but the menu was exactly the same each day. A more diverse or rotating breakfast menu would noticeably improve the overall experience.

Everything was excellent- we loved the easiness to reach the city center by metro, great amenities as the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with supermarket and everything. The room was spacious and clean and people working there were all polite and friendly, also great breakfast selection.
If you're travelling with kids and counting on the swimming pool, keep in mind that the pool belongs to a gym that doesn't allow kids at the pool after 4PM local time.

The room was spacious and the view was nice.
I came to Prague for a medical procedure and specifically booked this hotel because I needed a quiet place to recover. Unfortunately, my room was extremely loud, with constant heavy stomping from above, and I did not sleep a single night during my 9-night stay. It became so unbearable that I checked out 2 nights early and lost that part of my reservation.
I also chose this hotel because it advertised multiple restaurant options, which was important due to my severe dietary restrictions. In reality, there were almost no suitable options available for me.
Lastly, I did not feel welcomed by the front desk staff. By the end of my stay, I found myself avoiding interaction because the atmosphere felt uncomfortable.

The location was great, the hotel has access to the subway and bus station, only 4 stops to the attractions. Also, there is access to a small shopping mall with a food court. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options.
The staff were very helpful and nice, they did an upgrade for our room because we were a family. Reception team was very nice, and they provided us with instructions on how and where to visit in the city.
None, everything was great. We loved the hotel.

The value for the price was very good. They care about the environment (you can sort your trash). The hotel room was clean and comfy. The staff was polite, and the gym was great. You can reach the city center in about 15 minutes. I would stay at this hotel again.
At times, I had to take the stairs because the hotel was extremely crowded during the Christmas period. During peak times, the atmosphere can feel a bit chaotic, with many people around the elevators and the reception area.
The breakfast was nice, with a broad selection of food, but don’t expect the highest quality. After checking the eggs (number 3, which indicates the lowest quality, from caged hens), I got the impression that the hotel prefers to save costs rather than invest in higher-quality (healthier) ingredients.

Staff were incredibly helpful, facilities were really nice, the room was big and spacious, and the beds were really comfy.
Even though the breakfast was rich in terms of variety with a lot of options, the products were a bit bland in taste, cheese, cold cuts, cakes, croissants, cereal, etc. I understand, as they need to produce in massive amounts.

I like that the hotel is super clean, including all basic and essential needs within the room, breakfast in the morning was excellent with a variety of product, staff was very welcoming to me
I thought the wellness section inside the hotel, however it was shared with a gym center next to the hotel, didn't make me feel comfortable, also I'm surprised to get charged (10€) if i would get a bathrope

Standard 4 star hotell with nice helpfull staff. Specious rooms. Easy communication to city cener with Metro under the hotel. Shopping mall connected to the hotel

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was great, lots of options available. The hotel has parking, it's paid separately but not too expensive, and it's really nice to not have to worry about that. There's also a shopping mall in the same building which can come in handy.

Not enough choices on tv. Only one English speaking channel (BBC News).
Soap and body wash container in the bathtub was empty and did not get refilled until the last day of my stay.

Good breakfast and very clean rooms.
We got twin beds instead of a queen bed (which we had chosen). We could not open the windows when we needed some fresh air. There was no minibar which was unexpected. It was superexpensive to get an extra bottle of water, for such an exoensive hotel, it would be nice to charge the water bottle for free.
