Very clean, big and there ist also a shopping center and food court near or inside, I am not sure to be honest
The vindows can not be opened and some guests came late in the night in their room and talked very loud that they woke me up. So I had to knock on their door to keep it low. But this has nothing to do with hotel, rather with people who doesn‘t respect other people.

The value for money is excellent, and the location is a major plus right next to a Metro station, reaching the Old Town in just 15 minutes. Regarding parking, while the hotel offers its own spaces, we chose to park at the Mr. Parkit nearby, which was a much more affordable alternative.
I was also impressed by the breakfast service. Despite the large crowds, it was very well-organized and efficient.
For a business hotel the wifi was unacceptable—extremely slow and often completely unavailable.
The minimalist glass partition in the shower is a poor design choice, as it results in flooding half the bathroom every time.
The doors are unfortunately very thin. When other guests were loud in the hallway late at night, it felt as if they were standing right inside the room.
