Nice and clean room, good location, good price.
I understand that this is a congress hotel, but it felt a bit strange being directly connected to a shopping center. The spa is located inside the gym within the shopping center, so you have to walk through the mall from your room to reach it. Going there in a robe can feel a little awkward.
The spa changing rooms are shared with gym users and can get quite crowded, which means there isn’t much privacy when changing - something to keep in mind if that matters to you (although I suppose privacy becomes less of an issue once you’re naked in the spa anyway).
The breakfast area is very large, but it can also get extremely busy. We waited about 10 minutes for a table. That said, there was a wide variety of food, and everything we tried was very good.

It was clean and the room was decent.
The lift situation was quite chaotic at times, they can probably be better routed. Breakfast was good, but not great.

I was delighted with the spaciousness of the suite. The breakfast was amazing with lots of different choices. The public spaces were extremely clean always. The location is also a bonus - you do not need to move outside at all once exciting from the Metro - you arrive into a shopping centre which has direct access to the hotel. A real bonus in very cold weather
The only drawback was the number of lifts available compared to the huge volume of people staying in the hotel. And the staircases were not always clearly indicated.

An outstanding experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff is professional and helpful, and the service is of a high standard. We would gladly stay here again.

I had a very good stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The hotel is large, well-organized, and very clean throughout. The facilities are solid and meet the expectations of a hotel in this category. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful, which made the stay smooth and comfortable.
I do have two constructive suggestions for improvement. First, adding a refrigerator to the standard rooms would be a big plus, especially for guests staying several days. Second, the breakfast could be more varied. I stayed for three days and had breakfast every morning, but the menu was exactly the same each day. A more diverse or rotating breakfast menu would noticeably improve the overall experience.

Everything was excellent- we loved the easiness to reach the city center by metro, great amenities as the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with supermarket and everything. The room was spacious and clean and people working there were all polite and friendly, also great breakfast selection.
If you're travelling with kids and counting on the swimming pool, keep in mind that the pool belongs to a gym that doesn't allow kids at the pool after 4PM local time.
