The hotel is out of the centre, but has direct access to the metro station (10-minute ride directly to the historic centre). The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped; you won't miss a thing. The breakfast provides everything you will think of (fresh pancakes made directly in front of you :)). Worth returning during next stay in Prague.
As it is a rather big hotel, it could be a bit crowded during breakfast (and you will rather use the stairs instead of the elevators during that time...). Unfortunately, I have no proof, but I'm pretty sure that Booking.com mentioned on their website before the reservation that parking in the garage was included in the price (not generally, but directly for the room I have selected). However, this turned out not to be the case (the reception staff stated that there is never free parking when booking a standard room through Booking.com).

- The room was spectacular
- Breakfast was big disappointment. Same menu every day.
- The glasses and bowl had very bad odor. I complained both days to the staff and made her smell and she agreed there was a bad odor. The management must take care the cleaning process.
- Biggest disappointment was for my parents. Their room AC was not cooling. We complained at night they sent no technician. In morning, we complained again and they kept promising they will send tecnician but for 3 hours nothing. Finally, we went adamant to change our room. Its frustrating to loose time and keep arguing with staff to change our room. More frustrating is they keep telling us to wait until a technician comes. Its your internal problem why to make the guest suffer.
