Great location, clean and comfortable
Very warm, struggled not having any fresh air as windows can’t be opened and our room had windows that were internal.

The service was extremely terrible. The staff were cold, lazy, and unwilling to help with even the simplest details. They were completely unprofessional and didn't provide accurate information.
The rooms are very far away; you have to walk very long corridors with luggage to reach your room, and there's no bellboy service or assistance from the lazy staff.
The windows in the room cannot be opened.
There is no minibar.
The breakfast was below expectations, with very few options.
It's not worth booking at all. It was a very bad experience, and I would never recommend it.

The front desk staff were very helpful, and we were given a larger room. The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall, making it very convenient for both dining and shopping. The breakfast was varied and delicious; everything was perfect.

The room is big, really clean, new and modern. The hotel located beside a shopping mall and close to the metro station. There’s an ice machine in the hallway. The staff were kind.
Don’t count on wellness for having relaxation in your vacation. Believe me, you don’t want to cross a food court full of people carrying your towels or with wet hair. The gym and wellness zone isn’t a part of the hotel. It’s a public fitness gym, located in the mall. For having a relaxing vacation, find an expensive spa in your town and don’t waste your money on wellness of this hotel. Low facilities and crowded. They have a program for parents and little kids on Tuesdays. You can imagine how would be your holiday in this situation.
Breakfast was average. You have a plenty choice of average to low quality foods.
There isn’t a mini refrigerator and electric kettle in rooms. Just a small coffee maker which makes hot water as well for a cup of tea.
