It was clean, and having a kitchen helps. The laundry with free detergent was a bonus. Check-in and out instructions were very helpful. Location is great within walking distance to the Old Town.
A bit much for the price. The shower wasn't draining well on the last night of stay.

Beds cleanliness location and safety
Tried to check in about a hour before I stayed in my email time to the front desk but I didbt think it was a issue since they advertise 9am -4pm front desk hours .. no one was there from 12:30 to about 1330

Courtyard facing apartment was perfect to keep out the noise of nearby traffic. Basement laundry was a huge plus. Elevator made for good accessibility. Short walk to the nearest underground station (Pavlova) and tram lines. All round good value.
Faces onto a busy street. But the noise doesn’t carry into the building itself - it’s just a blast of noise once you exit to walk anywhere.

The laudry is downstair. The fire station is next to the building, so there are fire engine noise sometimes

Very spacious unit with big entry hall and kitchenette. Location was a block away from a hop-on hop-off bus stop, which we used on our first day to get a lay of the land. The walk to old town is also very doable.
Entry into the courtyard (paid parking) is EXTREMELY tight. We had only an inch or two of space on either end of our side mirrors. On top of this, you also have to cut across two lanes of traffic in order to enter the driveway at the correct angle. It is near impossible during the day when there are endless cars sharing the road with you. Nothing the owner can do about that, but worth mentioning.
Also, be prepared to wait for laundry facilities. There are only 2 machines available for non-hotel guests, and they are ALWAYS occupied.

The room is very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. My first experience renting apartment instead of hotel and it was excellent.
Within walking distance from Prague main rail station and quite a few restaurants including asian food around.
Towels were provided, coffee, cutleries, and kitchen appliances. There is lift which makes bringing luggages is less of a hassle.
There is also storage room so when we checked out at 11am, we can leave our luggages, walk around the city and came back to pick them up later.
The beds are a little soft for my liking

Very high-end, decades since I have been to Prague and this apartments-hotel is really all you need. Great location, very clean, very spacious for a family of 4, good coffee machine, very responsive staff. Not too pricy and despite the noisy street, the room itself was quiet. In short- I highly recommend.
Not much to write here...I guess the towels could be a bit thicker to match the facilities but really no complaints.

We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our time in Chill apartments. The apartments are great, clean, spacious with high ceilings and air conditioner (rare in Prague), and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner a couple of times, which was a big plus. One thing to note: the bedrooms are interconnected, so to get to the room with the bathroom, you have to walk through the first bedroom. That layout might not work for everyone, but it was fine for us. We had a couple of minor service needs during our stay, and the staff was very attentive everything was handled smoothly and quickly. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city.

very spacious and comfortable apartment, very equipped with sweet comfort very nice,and organized.
because of some other guest, both washing machines and dryers were occupied for hours at the end of loading but that is rude, the apartment has no cons and nothing bad.
