The location of the hotel is amazing. You can easily get any historical places by walking for 3 or 4 minutes. The rooms are fresh, and really clean. The receptionist, Romana, is the most friendly person we have ever met in Prague. She is giving her best to help us, and solve our problems. We must add that breakfast is also worth to taste.
The only answer I had while thinking about this question is that we had enjoyed every second we have spent there. The hotel which I chose to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary is a must in Prague.

The property is very nice. Our suite came with a private garden of 20 square meters covered with plants, no living room though. Central central location, the astronomy clock and Charlie bridge are both a few minutes away, but the property itself is quiet.
The staff shall be better trained and treat their guests with politeness. We asked for a late checkout and received the reply in one day. They asked us to leave and say they are busy, the message came with many exclamation marks. Do not get why. They could have said the same with politeness and respect.
