I loved the room, the bed, the staff, and above all the location! I had such a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend Black Star Suites! Comfy, lovely, very centrally located!

The location was excellent, in the middle of everything. Our suite was large and tastefully decorated. It was quiet despite being in the middle of everything.
Tissues would have been nice, but everything else was perfect.

Location, well designed cozy suite and lovely hospitality from Jitka
Luggage storage hours limited but Jitka helped find alternative at one of their sister concerns

Excellent experience in this hotel, the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming.
We got an upgraded suit ( booked a room).
The location is nothing but perfect.

The location was perfect. It was amazing stepping outside and being on the middle of Old Town. It felt like a fairy tale.
The slippers had no traction. I almost slipped and fell a couple times when there was a little water on the floor. It should come with a warning.

Everything was perfect from the second we checked in to when we checked out. The lady that checked us in (sorry I can’t recall the name) was amazing. She was super welcoming and, even though, we came much earlier than regular check-in time, she offered us breakfast and early check in. Plus upgraded us to a suite. We were so tired after taking the night train and we appreciated this accommodation very much. The location was superb, the room sparkly clean, comfortable bed, large apartment. We ate breakfast 2 out of 4 days, and it was delicious. Partial view on the street, great for people watching. I would LOVE to return to this place again.
Everything was perfect. There is no elevator which didn’t bother us at all.

we were upgrade room without notify. we are a couple and they gave us the family sewit without asking us.
There is no parking. other propertie in the same place say NO PARKING but this one relay on street parking so you need luck.

The place is really exceptional
Staff are very friendly and always available
The suit is very clean and toilet has bidet
When they know that we are traveling with a baby the provided a baby bed which our baby loved so much
The price is very good comparing to the service provided
I can’t see myself staying somewhere else in my next visit
