It is a beautiful hotel in the centre of the old town, within walking distance of most attractions, restaurants and shops, but without much noise or many tourists around.
The room was very nicely decorated, warm and welcoming.
We would like to personally thank Jitka for her excellent service, responsiveness and kindness.
The coffee machine could have been a bit cleaner but other than that, everything was excellent!

The hotel room was in an amazing spot—absolutely gorgeous and so close to everything. You could walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops in just a few minutes. It was super convenient.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.
The only disappointing thing of our stay was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, there was hair on the towels, bedsheets, toilet seat, and bathroom sink, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the inside of the toilet had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival.
I understand that these things can happen during busy times like Christmas (which is when we visited the hotel), especially since it’s the busiest time of the year there. However, this didn’t take away from how incredible the hotel was. Its beauty, perfect location and kind hotel staff made our stay truly unforgettable.

Fantastic Location, especially for family's who doesn't want to use transport at all, the family suite was very spacius, vintage style clean and warm!

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Old Town and walking distance to many sights and the Charles Bridge!
The room itself was lovely and had a cosy bedroom with lovely exposed old brick and a large area to get dressed and leave bags. Also the most comfortable very large bed!
Warm even with the cold autumn weather. Felt very secure with multiple keycard access only doors before the room.

The receptionist Romana was amazing, even before arrival contact and hospitality was on the highest level. Upgraded our apartment, helped me to arrange roses for my fiance. Huge smile, easy contact and useful info about the city. Together with the atmosphere of the hotel she made our short stay unforgettable. She should get a raise!!!

The hotel and staff were cute and nice. We were lucky to have a big room - maybe because I asked for it before coming ;-)
I didn't appreciate the location - it was in the sea of tourists. Next time I'll be sure to book a place on the outskirts of the very busy center ;-)

This is a hidden gem in the middle of Prague. So close to all the major attractions but still quiet and secluded. The staff couldn't have been better and the room was very comfortable.

Location and the stuff
The room was dark, no light was coming from the windows, even in the morning. The room was noisy and when the hotel entrance door was opened the sound of closing door was waking me up. Internet connection was bad in the room.

The location was fantastic! The building is historic with charm.
Our room had moisture seeping through the stucco, which resulted in a strong musty smell in the room. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but no instructions on using it. We ran it regularly, but still experienced the recurring musty smell.
