Very Good
Nicely located in the centre. Staff was very kind and communication was excellent. There is an old charm once you are in the building. There were 2 fans, but we didn't use them as it was not that warm outside. The apartment was what we were looking for and we will definitely come back.
There is a scope for better cleaning the dust, especially in the bathroom, and placing new sofa mattress. One of the nights was very noisy, until 5 am, from upstairs, and we could hear the conversations everywhere in the apartment.

The location was excellent, in the middle of everything. Our suite was large and tastefully decorated. It was quiet despite being in the middle of everything.

Timeless elegance and modern comfort. A combination of a classic guesthouse and a hotel. Restaurant on the ground floor, dinner guests under the window, but by the time we went to bed: quiet downtown street. The apartment is located on the first floor, there's no elevator in this old building. We picked up the keys at nine in the evening from the reception of the neighboring hotel. We could have also ordered breakfast there for the next day. The receptionist was very kind and we could also leave our luggage there during our morning walk. You can drive up to the building by car, but you can't park on site. We left our car in the "Parking garage Rudolfinum," it's a 7-8 minute walk from there, but you have to drag the suitcases partly over cobblestones if you don't pack/unpack right in front of the hotel. Prague's beautiful downtown is right there, comfortably walkable.
It would be nice to have a place for the suitcases where you can put them up to make packing easier, since for one or two nights we don't necessarily want to unpack everything into the wardrobe. So we had to put them on the floor or on a chair.
