Great staff - lots of little extras, very friendly, amazing to have gym access. Prosecco on arrival!
Just the room was very hot when we arrived! No air conditioning either. Maybe beneficial for staff to open windows and keep rooms cool during hot summer days. Breakfast was acceptable, could be slightly improved with proper fresh fruit, and plain oats not just granola.

Good, central location easy to reach public transportation. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were comfortable.
The whole place is old and tired. It needs some TLC. The lift was tiny and slow but everything was clean.

Exceptional
Nice hotel conveniently located just outside the historic centre, in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The metro station is literally right at the hotel entrance, and the tram stop is only about 20 metres away.
We stayed in a family room for four people, and the size was very good - spacious enough for a comfortable stay. We also slept very well, as the area was peaceful at night.
Breakfast was a nice bonus, although you should not expect anything exceptional. What really stood out was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Polina explained everything very clearly both over the phone, when I called a few days before arrival, and again when we checked in. She gave us detailed information about the parking options, and we decided to use the free street parking. Following her advice, we found a good parking spot about 100 metres from the hotel exactly where she suggested we look.
Overall, if you are looking for a good-value hotel in Prague for a family stay, this place is hard to beat.
