The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean, and the location is excellent, right next to the metro and tram stations. I would definitely stay there again next time.

Breakfast, staff, location, parking facilities were all excellent. We also received welcome drinks and extra gifts, which was a very nice gesture. We arrived 3 hours before the official check-in time, but we were able to check in immediately.
The room door was poor, we could hear even conversations and phone calls from the corridor word for word - even if they were not particularly loud.

Good location, large room, decent breakfast, nice staff.
It' s more like a motel than a hotel. The pictures on the website don' t reflect the reality when at the location. Very old furniture, they' d need a massive renovation, the bathroom pipes would make an annoying noise , bring earplugs if you want to have a good night sleep. The room gets really warm when temperatures outside reach over 25 degrees , no AC. The elevator only fits 2 people average weight , a bit scary to use it, felt like it could collapse anytime. Paid @800 for 5 night stay, outrageous.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast tasty. Huge plus is a localization - subway right next to the hotel. One minus - the toilet was leaking on the 1st day but after we reported it was quickly fixed.

Excellent customer service, very good breakfast with amazing coffee, friendly personnel, clean rooms and very cozy. Water in the bottle in the room available every day and refilled. The lady at the reception was simply the best. Location is next to the subway, just 2 stops from the city centre.
