The bathroom and elevator were too small. It was always difficult to turn and come out of the bathroom.

Excellent location right above the Metro 5 minute walk from the river and beer gardens lots of nerby wonderful restaurants and espresso bars nice breakfas and very helpful staff

Really nice and budget hotel, located not far from the city center. The beds were comfortable, there were kettle, tea, coffee and water and it was pretty clean in the room. No AC, but we didn’t expect it for such a price, a fan did its thing :)
There’s an elevator, a luggage storage and also hotel serves breakfasts for 300 CZK/person. Additionally, we were notified 2 hours prior to check in time that our room is ready and we’re free to check in - we really appreciated that. During the check out we were given 20 eur discount for our next stay, thanks!
Nice stuff, especially housekeeping lady.
You can only have 1 key per room, so if you’re traveling with a group, it may be an issue. But, you still you can leave a keys on the reception.
A few more sockets would be a great idea.
Hotel located on a noisy street, but it didn’t disturb us since hotel kindly provides you with an ear plugs.
Something strange happened during check out. Our plans changed and we decided to leave on Thursday night instead of Friday morning. When we approached the front desk the lady there told us to wait, since she’s dealing with other guests. We didn’t have time to wait, since we had to get to the railway station, after we said that the lady cursed in russian. Maybe she hoped we won’t understand her, but we did and it was a bit offensive. Still, it didn’t spoil the overall impression, but this is not what you’re expecting to hear during check out :)

The location was excellent – near nice cafes, bars, and restaurants but also less than a minute away from a metro station which will get you into the city centre really quickly. Also really close to a tram stop, and it felt safe at night!
The room was really warm – it was unavoidable in summer and being on one of the upper floors, but air con would be a really welcome addition. :)

Charles Central is one of these hidden gems you do not have high expectanions for but it still exceeded those.
A neat room, very clean and well kept with a noteworthy eye for detail. It was a pleasure staring here and I will surely return!

The room is big and clean! The bed makes some sounds, but still good. The hotel is very close to the tram station and some good caffès and restaurants!
Breakfast is great and they were very kind with my baby, but I would recommend for the staff to have scrambled eggs and more soft cakes.
