Excellent in every way: helpful staff, spacious and bright room, right next to a metro station. There was a free bottle of wine and discount cards. Good pizza restaurant next door. Very good value owing to its location, with easy access by metro to the main areas of interest.

The location was great, easy access to the subway (right in front of the hotel), perfect if you're attending events in Forum Karlin or the O2 arena, the staff was very nice, market nearby.
The elevator was very slow, considering it's not the newest I'm sure it'll be upgraded eventually.

The staff was really helpful and kind, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good and they included the city pass and lots of other presents.
The facilities were a bit old and the lift felt a bit insecure but nothing to really worry about

The breakfast was extremely varied. It was also constantly being topped up by the extremely attentive staff so everything was fresh. The room and linens were very clean. All the staff were friendly and approachable. We felt very secure and safe in the room, the building and the area. The hotel was very close to the metro and the tram that could take us into the Old Town and out to the O2 arena. We were given free drink vouchers and free bottles of water on check out, both of which were welcome surprises. There was tea and coffee making facilities. Although we didn't drink it, the complimentary wine was also a nice touch. Overall, we were impressed
The mattresses were a bit hard but that is personal preference and may suit many.
