We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional — all the staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, with special thanks to Polina at reception for her outstanding assistance and warm welcome. The location couldn’t be better, right next to a metro stop and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the bathroom amenities were a nice touch.
On the downside, the hotel is a bit dated, and there’s a short flight of stairs before reaching the lift — though staff were quick to offer help with luggage. The lift itself is quite small, barely fitting two people with bags. Despite these minor inconveniences, the outstanding service and excellent location more than made up for it.

It was our 3rd time in this hotel. The staff is extremely kind. Rooms are super. Breatfast is fantastic. It is very close to metro station.

Wonderful
The stuff is super nice, welcoming and willing to help. The room was great, comfortable and super clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Location is great, the neighborhood is nice, closed to the center but not in the middle of the croud, lots of nice places around (bars, cafes, sec hand stores). Metro is literally 1 min walk from the hotel.
The elevator is old and slow and the building is old so some of the facilities are not the most up to date, but they are functioning in a decent condition.
