Location is good. Very good service. I really liked a breakfast. Front desk is really helpfull. Breakfast is perfect. Everything was incredibly good.

Location of the hotel is great - opposite entrance to metro and round the corner from tram stops. There is also a Lidl and Villa store if you wish to pick up any food or toiletries. Some restaurants in the vicinity.
Staff members are helpful, polite and very nice. Breakfast was good and room was a very good size for a family of 4 and clean
The hotel is a bit dated and would benefit from a bit of renovation. Only one lift to accommodate the hotel. The gym is situated in another building.

Location was good for purpose, and near by sports bar Costa, and Supermarkets.
Place was good location and quiet most of the time. I would say regarding satisfaction of our stay, room was of acceptable size, but scored down due to bedding not changed daily.
Bed sheets and pillow covers not changed daily, No sink or bath plug, had to request, tv remote was missing on arrival.

Courteous, helpful staff. Free parking. Excellent breakfast bar. Good location near subway and tram. Clean, quiet room. Reasonable rate. What's not to like?
Satellite TV channels were glitchy, but this was not a priority.

A nice hotel with wonderful staff. I received a lot of useful and helpful advice. I was very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful envelope I received upon check-out; it contained a substantial discount on my next stay, useful information, and a wonderful magnet with a view of Prague. The hotel's location is simply perfect; I needed to pick up my family from Florenc station—it's very close. There were no problems parking my car. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again. Denis and Anna
