The welcome was exceptionally friendly. The room was perfect in size and comfortable. After a 15 minutes walk, we entered the old town. So we just left the car at the free parking outside the hotel during our stay. The metro and streetcar is in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. Everyone in the hotel was helpful in any respect. Nothing more to expect.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. If you walk a little faster, it takes around 25 minutes. The location of the hotel is very nice, with beautiful churches nearby and supermarkets like Lidl within walking distance.
The hotel is very clean. Especially the reception staff Katarina, who works during the day, and the gentlemen working in the evening are very kind and helpful. They are always willing to assist with anything you need.
The hotel also has small surprises for its guests, which I think is a very nice touch. Even though they are small gestures, they make a difference. For example, guests can enjoy three free drinks on the terrace at a hotel in the city center. The reception also offers small refreshments whenever you like. I found this to be a very polite and thoughtful gesture.

Service was excelent, staff answered all our questions and was really friendly. We stayed for two nights and breakfast every day was a little bit different with good variety. Free parking just outside the hotel is a bonus. We parked a car and used metro which is just across the street. Many cafes and shops nearby where you can grab something to eat.
Light in the bathroom flickered but other than that everything was good.

Podle rezenci jsem čekala super ubytování. Fotky jsou krásnejší, než skutečnost. Mohu souhlasit s perfektním a extremně milym personalem. Snidane v nedeli byla na jednicku, bohuzel toto nelze rict o sobote, kdy k snidani bylo starsi pecivo a oschle buchty. Nekdy mene znamena vice. Naprosta katastrofa byla teplota pokoje. Diky extremnim vedrum venku se v pokoji nedalo prezit, chybi tam klimatizace.
chybějící klimatizace, měli jsme to štěstí nebo tu smůlu, že jsme natrefili na nejteplejsi den v ČR. Neslo vyvětrat, navíc byl slysšet hluk z ulice.

I think the hotel is aware about their strengths and weaknesses. Great location ( like 25 m to the metro station), very good and rich breakfast, many vouchers we received from the hotel ( Prague card, free drink on roof - partners hotel, red wine in the room, bottle of water received during check out, souvenirs for free). On the other side the building is from 80´s, the hotel is renovating and it will take some time to complete it fully ( like elevator). Biggest issue was the missing air condition which might be not a problem during winter, early spring or autumn but was a problem during hot summer. But for few days stay, with friends you are receiving good value for your money.

Good, central location easy to reach public transportation. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were comfortable.
The whole place is old and tired. It needs some TLC. The lift was tiny and slow but everything was clean.

Just outside the subway line B, super convenient. Close to restaurants, parks, market, coffee places. The staff was super nice!!!
There’s no air conditioner. The gym is not inside the hotel, it’s like a CrossFit box which you can go (i didn’t expected it, so was frustrating).

They greeted me with gifts and warm welcome, the room was so comfy and inviting.
The hotel is located in front of train station, foods, shops, such a great location!
The breakfast was a great selection of foods from a buffet, everything was tasty and wonderful. I enjoyed every moment, I'm so happy and satisfied, I'll come back when I visit Prague next time!
Actually I don't have something bad to say, but maybe if I am really searching for a down side is that the elevator is a tiny and old so it takes time to wait for it but it really is not a big thing.

The location was great, easy access to the subway (right in front of the hotel), perfect if you're attending events in Forum Karlin or the O2 arena, the staff was very nice, market nearby.
The elevator was very slow, considering it's not the newest I'm sure it'll be upgraded eventually.

Clean, and the room was cleaned everyday unless requested otherwise. Very comfortable in general and well located.
The bathroom in general had some flaws.
-The shower was not that comfortable, and it was easy to make everything wet around it. On top of it, the holder of the shower head ended up loosening due to the water pressure through the shower tube and did not work anymore.
-The toilet was a bit too close to the wall in front so I was not fitting that well when sitting (I am only 6feet tall). And the flush mechanism sometimes had some internal leak and you could hear the water flowing non-stop.
