A cozy hotel with rigorous attention to details and customer experience. Comfortable bed.
Quiet in the night, enough they provide a set of ear plugs.
A bottle of a pretty good Italian as a compliment and mulled wine at reception really made my day!
High recommend and hope to stay there again.

Location very close to the metro was great.
Nice restaurant next door.
Staff was friendly.
Lots of choices at breakfast.
We used street parking and we found a spot about 2 blocks away.
The shower handle kept falling off the wall. The high tub sides were difficult to manage. No shelving for toilettes or racks for towels.
The elevator was very small.

The hotel is in a very good location. It’s very convenient, easy to reach, and offers the option of free parking on the blue lines, which is quite handy.
A fairly decent breakfast. Not exactly amazing, but not sparse either.
Friendly reception staff, lots of nice perks like a welcome drink and magnets, a bottle of wine in the room — all of that is very pleasant.
As for the downsides, I can only mention the lack of space. The reception area is actually quite cramped — when you’re standing at the desk, other guests passing by bump into you. The elevator is very narrow and very slow. The hotel itself doesn’t look luxurious, at least not for the price they charge for a night’s stay. The same goes for breakfast: the tables are small, and the space between them is tight, so you’re constantly brushing against other people.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and of good quality. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a separate shower and toilet. We were welcomed with a drink voucher, received a complimentary bottle of wine, and even got another voucher for a café in the city with a beautiful view. The location was convenient—not directly in the city center, but with cheap and easy public transport connections.
The hotel is in a lively neighborhood, which makes it quite noisy specially on weekend nights due to nearby bars and restaurants and you could easily here all the noises even in the forth floor. Without air conditioning, it was too hot to close the windows, so we had to choose between heat or noise. While the windows themselves are soundproof when shut, the room doors are not, so noise from the corridor can be heard. Unfortunately, during our stay, some loud guests disturbed the night, even though the staff addressed the issue the next day, we weren't able to sleep well that night. Considering these points, the price felt a little high.

Very good location, exactly on top of a metro station, clean room and very good space, friendly personnel, good price overall.
The space for eating breakfast in the morning could have been a bit bigger. When i came downstairs at aprox. 7.15 in the morning it was very crowded and not having too much of a space, but it was ok in the end. That's the only suggestion i have, to increase the eating space.

Clean, and the room was cleaned everyday unless requested otherwise. Very comfortable in general and well located.
The bathroom in general had some flaws.
-The shower was not that comfortable, and it was easy to make everything wet around it. On top of it, the holder of the shower head ended up loosening due to the water pressure through the shower tube and did not work anymore.
-The toilet was a bit too close to the wall in front so I was not fitting that well when sitting (I am only 6feet tall). And the flush mechanism sometimes had some internal leak and you could hear the water flowing non-stop.

I happened to be there in the middle of a heatwave, so the room was a bit too warm even in the evening. Nothing too dramatic, just flagging this to people who are sensitive to the heat and tend to require AC in the summer!

We really loved this hotel! There were so many nice little touches: we got a Prague Pass, a souvenir magnet, and even a discount for our next booking — such a pleasant surprise. The room had a fan, which was super helpful during the warm days. At the reception, there were always tasty candies, and a special thanks goes to Nikola — she is so sweet and welcoming, it immediately felt like home. Thanks to all these details, our stay in Prague became even more cozy. We’ll definitely come back!

The staff is young but very professional and very helpful - there's a girl from Czechia and kids from all many places, including Kazakhstan. The location is very good - good neighborhood, many shops around you, and right next to a metro station (less than one minute walk!) which can get you almost anywhere in Prague within 7-15 minutes or so. The external gym that you get vouchers for is walking distance too, and very nice! But.... unfortunately my feelings for my stay were strongly bimodal and ambivolent: Despite the very positive things above, there are some quite unfortunate and negative aspects of the hotel: The elevator, the air conditioning, and more: look below!
(a) Elevator. Only one! Very small, extremely overloaded; it would take anywhere from 3 to 7 minutes for it to arrive, so often we would just choose to go up and down the stairs - 4 to 7 floors... (b) Air conditioning: There was almost NONE - and during the summer, Prague can get very hot: Even with all the windows open, we would be very uncomfortable. And this is quite an expensive hotel! Noone would expect that no AC was there. (c) Not so bad - but for the price it was: This has simple and classic furniture, reminiscent of simple hotels from the 80's. No problem; but we were paying quite some money, I would have expected an upgrade!. FInally, a small note: Regarding the elevator, the staff told me that the owners could not upgrade because it is very difficult to get renovation permits for this part of Prague etc: This is not a very historical part of the city though; and I dont know how things are in Prague regarding this aspect, but this argument seemed not to make sense to me. Anyway, again, a VERY positive note for the staff: The young kids were excellent! I am not sure whether the owners were taking care of the renovations that should have taken place, though...

Location. It is 50 meters from the metro station, so easy to ger in and out! The breakfast is quite good!
The bathroom. Toilet was in a too small place. The door practically closed on my knees! Th beds squeaked if you moved. No air conditioned.
