Location was right outside the train station which is great, and also very close to tram stations! They also gave me the tourist card which came with nice free activities like the river cruise which I really enjoyed!
The pictures of the room on the website greatly differed from the actual room, mainly due to the lighting. The photos captured made the place look very grand and bright, but upon arrival, the room was gloomy and dark. The toilet was very different from the toilet in the photos, which was a surprise as well. But overall the place is very clean and it is really good value for money.
There is also a short flight of stairs to climb to get to the lift, which will be a problem for wheelchair users.

Parking was free of charge with a reservation in advance. Unprecedented cost-effectiveness. Just book here when you visit Praha.

The place, although old, was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful, one in particular Venjamin, not the correct spelling, but he went above and beyond to help me. Great location. Close to trams and railway. It was freezing, buty room was toasty warm. Breakfast was really good as well. Good selection.
Not much. It pretty much ticked all the boxes for me.

I got a very spacious room 74 with a nice view.
Comfy bed.
Clean and quiet apartment.
Excellent location right next to the metro.
Cigarette odour in the bathroom, despite this being a non-smoking room.
Rather old style apartment like from 1970s.
No smart TV.

Great location, rooms were spacious, tidy, neat, and very generous. Breakfast was an impressive buffet of salads, meats, breads, cakes, cereals, everything you could imagine. The staff were very helpful and polite. Shower pressure was great, water was hot, TV worked, heating and windows worked. All perfect

Clean, and the room was cleaned everyday unless requested otherwise. Very comfortable in general and well located.
The bathroom in general had some flaws.
-The shower was not that comfortable, and it was easy to make everything wet around it. On top of it, the holder of the shower head ended up loosening due to the water pressure through the shower tube and did not work anymore.
-The toilet was a bit too close to the wall in front so I was not fitting that well when sitting (I am only 6feet tall). And the flush mechanism sometimes had some internal leak and you could hear the water flowing non-stop.
