Location fabulous very clean hotel beautiful decor breakfast plentiful and well presented

Beautiful decor, lovely and warm, comfortable and traditional. Amazing location for everything.
One lift was out of use and the other was small and very slow. With small winding stairs this was more difficult for the older people in our group.

Location was excellent
The room we were given was not what we booked and had a staircase up to A frame style bedrooms which made getting in and out of bed difficult without banging your head. Bedside tables were very unstable and could not place a glass of water on them without fear of it falling off. Cobwebs in the ceiling and wardrobes. Lighting was extremely dim and limited windows did not help.

Location and great staffs. It is walking distance to old town square and steps away from Charles bridge. The breakfast has a lot of choice.

The hotel is located in a central location to all Prague’s main attractions and is easily accessible . The breakfast was beautiful lovely tasteful food, wide variety and plentiful choices, staff were very courteous and helpful in dining room . Reception staff very helpful with directions and taxi recommendations also . The room was very comfortable and clean the cleaning staff very friendly and excellent at their job too .
The only small negative if it could be considered one there was no restaurant service menu for out of hours in the room we stayed in .

Hotel is close to typical tourist stops in Prague.
Specifically choose this hotel because of location. Also upgraded our room to ensure we had a comfortable stay to make the most out of our weekend but did not receive that. Paid for a superior double room with river view. Received a room on the first floor directly outside of the entrance to the wildest 5 story night club in Prague. We were held hostage to being awake every night to partying 20 somethings screaming, fighting, singing, and throwing up from 12am-5am. Irritated that the hotel would assign us this room when we specifically upgraded at a higher fee to ensure comfort.
There is a “palace” feel to the room with high ceilings, giant renaissance art and chandelier and a large bed with headboard. Bathroom was not the cleanest (hair in sink, moldy shower walls, toilet that didn’t flush without holding it down for a long time) minimal toiletry options, lumpy old mattresses. Lift was out for two days. Front desk worker was not helpful. Breakfast was fine.

Location perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean, bed was comfy. Room was quiet (my window faced into a corridor with the lift, but I could not hear it with the windows closed.)
The bathroom smelled a bit, but it was an "old building" smell so I'm not sure what they can do about that. The room was clean on the surface but needed a deep clean, when reaching for the plug sockets there was dust/dirt against the walls along the floor.
