Exceptional
Fantastic old beautiful Palace, spotlessly clean and furnished in a traditional style, such a perfect antidote to soul-less modern chains and furnishings.
Staff were friendly and super helpful.
Not sure you could beat the location. Right off the Charles Bridge, but off a quiet square .
Mammoud on night desk needs a particular shout out ..

The hotel ordered a taxi for us and then cancelled again the day before our trip, because of "construction". We had to figure out very quickly how to get two old people from the train to the hotel. Very stressfull.
The ceiling of our bathroom leaked. But it got repaired very, very quickly.

Fantastic location, great for the old town and Charles bridge and the tram.
Room was a good size, bed quite hard and pillows quite soft and overall relatively quiet.
Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better. Drip marks and stains all around the bidet, toilet, sink and bath.
The bed was remade daily but the floor in the bathroom clearly wasn’t touched the whole 4 days we were there.
Overall a little pricey for what you get.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we always felt welcome.
The hotel itself is located in a beautiful historic building, which gives the stay a special atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. The location is also very convenient for exploring Prague, both on foot and by public transport, with many of the city’s main attractions easily accessible.
Overall, we had a very nice experience and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Prague.

Breakfast was very nice buffet, certainly anyone could find something they liked.
Location was pretty central in old town, about 7-10 min walk to “the clock” and 5 min to the Charles Bridge and over to Lesser town. Beds were very comfortable. When we checked in , the front desk person offered up a restaurant not too far from hotel which was very good.
We also had hotel set up transport from the Prague airport to the hotel and then at end of stay from the hotel to the train station. This was well done and reasonably priced.
Overall reasonably priced good location, but do not expect all the finer touches you might find in other hotels.
Overall room was fine, but little touches like bottles of water at arrival or “ real” coffee available 24 hrs were not offered. We were told you have 24 hr coffee/tea….but that was in your room and was instant coffee…disappointing.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but very crowded. the crossants were always dry. There was a large choice for breakfast, but not a lot of what we ate (that is our issue not the hotels). The location to walk around and see the sites was wonderful.
The noise from the trams made it impossible to sleep. We upgraded for a river view. I would not do that again because of the trams. Maybe a regular room facing the square would have been much quieter. The temperature in our first room was way to hot. However they gave us a fan/room air conditioner. The side table by the bed was missing. There were plugs, but nowhere to put my phone by the bed. We moved for the second night. The noise was still loud because all they did was move us up to one floor and over one room. This room did have a table on both sides of the bed. The shower in the second room would switch temperature about every 10 seconds. First it would be really cold and then really hot. The toilet in our second room would keep running, and we would have to push the button about 5 times to get it to stop.
