Lots of old world charm but large, modern bathroom. Perfect location, right in Old Town. Very quiet. The rooms are huge, especially by European standards. The breakfast is very complete with everything you could want, served in a lovely room. A great place to stay in Prague.

Huge room #118 looking at the river right across from the Charles Bridge. A young gentleman who checked us in gave us information about the public transportation, good restaurants, etc. He was very helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to everything - walked to everywhere except Prague Castle (a short tram ride). Breakfast menu changed daily and there were fresh salads every day. Large room, nice shower, very comfortable and great staff.
Our room #118 was far from the WiFi router and signal was very weak - keeps dropping connections so it was almost nonexistent. We used WiFi when we ate breakfast instead. Please install WiFi “repeater” so that we can get descent signal. I would like different painting in the living room (and maybe in the bedroom) - we prefer nice and peaceful ones like the ones on the hallway. Tram runs right by the room so it is noisy until around midnight. Friday night, we heard people talking very loud until 3 am (hotel gave us ear plugs and it helped some).

Great location near the King Charles Bridge. We could walk to all the main tourist areas. Our room was bright and very clean. Breakfast included was a bonus.
No fault of hotel but we hardly slept one night as it was very noisy with people roaring outside hotel. Wasn't an issue on other nights so it may be a weekend issue as on Friday and Saturday the city seemed to be full of groups of men on stag trips.

Lovely hotel. Great location, nice room with very comfortable bed.
Couldn’t turn off the radiator in the bathroom so was baking hot (although bedroom had AC so was fine). Breakfast was pretty nice but heaving.

The proximity to everything. Excellent Breakfast. I particularly appreciated the suggested tours of which we took up the 6 hr All inclusive Prague Tour which was amazing.
