Friendly staff and great shuttle service. Restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees.
Our apartment was very spacious with two rooms. Perfect for a family with two kids.
The pool with salty water and sauna were great. We really loved going there before breakfast and after dinner.
Also, we loved the minigolf. The shuttle provided by the hotel was exceptional. Very friendly staff; nothing was a problem here. You can expect us here in the future :)

Beautifully renovated place. Comfortable. Big room. Free parking.
At breakfast, some of the food appeared stale, as though it had been in and out of fridge or storage several times. To me, this is a good place where to stay for a stop in Prague. For visitors of the tourist sites, the location may be a bit out of the way.

Good territory, best children activity zone with trampoline. Bowling was surprise for children. Good kitchen zone for family.
Cleaning every day - very clean
the pool was quite cold in April for children, The pool is in 3/5 condition and needs repairs. Breakfast is the same every day. If you have a small child, they'll likely have nothing to eat for breakfast. Plan ahead. The taxi couldn't find the hotel several times, both for pickup and delivery. It might be a coincidence, but if I were the hotel, I would work with top taxi companies to improve it.

Be prepared to use the bus or taxis, but neither were hard or expensive; a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was good as international breakfast.the bathroom was big and well equipped with hairdryer.
The carpet in the rooms, rooms are large but old fashioned. No disposable slippers provided.

Nice rooms, great staff, parking. Shuttle to metro is great when available.
Breakfast was limited. No good coffee options. Shuttle to metro not always available. Pool was small cold and dark.
