The vibe of the hotel was everything I could have asked for. The staff was very helpful, especially with getting my rental car a permit during my stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety for whatever you are in the mood for that morning!

Room size very good, we had a suite. Bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of warm and continental choices, juices, breads and cereals. Building is an old monastery and is an interesting layout. Room included coffee machine and comfortable bathrobe and slippers. First room allocated was not the suite expected even though the room was reserved 3 months before but the hotel corrected this after the first night and offered compensation for the problem which was appreciated.
The bathrooms would benefit from having a shower hook in the wall for the rooms which only have a bath so that you can choose to have a stand up shower as an option. The towels could do with improving they are a little low quality for a 4 star hotel.

I think this was the perfect place for location. Food. Staff. There was only 1 issue. It is perfect for a romantic couple however the bathroom should be a full room and not a glass wall as some couple including myself would be bothered by this. As I was staying alone however I don't have any complaints about this hotel and I would definately ve staying again

Wonderful location. Lovely old monastery setting that is generally very peaceful. The exception is that the walls resonated the loud revelers on Friday and Saturday night/morning heading into and out of the city centre. You could hear it in the room-however, the hotel is absolutely not responsible for badly behaved lads' night out). Surprisingly delightful and relaxing spa (Marek as massage therapist). Beautiful little garden cafe/restaurant with lovely local ingredients on the menu. Ample, generous breakfast. The room was spacious, but the overhead showerhead did not work in our room. The staff responded to all requests in a quick and respectful manner. Wifi for work was troublesome (especially in the room) but the hotel tries their best to accommodate this issue near the dining room at a quiet time. Would definitely return. Excellent value and a prime location for exploration.

Deluxe room is a small room where tv channels do not work, shower does not function properly, no electrical outlets for phone or laptop charging. The receptionist lady was not friendly and not helpful

Romantic, Beautiful quiet location. Close to everything you need to see in Prague (walking distance) along the river.
Michelin star rated restaurant around the corner. Staff accommodating and suuuuuper nice. Love this place - would love to stay here all the time. Breakfast could not be better
