Breakfast was inclusive and filling. perfect ! We got upgraded. The only down was the AC that was VERY loud but the rest was delightfull.
The AC was very loud and there was no lift, only stairs but that keeps the place authentic and homy feel

Very cozy place! It's very different from typical chain hotels. The building and rooms are original and taken care of, everything was very clean, and the location is fantastic. Very good price-value ratio.
It has no elevator, so it can be tricky if you're carrying heavy luggage.

The breakfast, the room, the location, everything about it was perfect, on top. And the receptionist was so friendly and caring. It was my sister’s birthday and they also let for us to the room two cakes and a note “happy birthday” , it was such a cute and considerate gesture

I had booked the stay with breakfast, but since breakfast was served from 8:00–10:00, we were not able to make it. We informed them in advance, and they were kind enough to provide us with breakfast to take away.
We were not warmly welcomed at the reception. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were cleaning tables outside instead of welcoming us. She did not smile, and even though we tried to engage in a friendly manner, we did not feel welcome. It would have been nice to be greeted with a smile so that we could feel welcomed.
In addition, there was hair in the bath towels, which was very unpleasant.

The room was spacious and very comfy. The breakfast was really quite good, and the location was amazing.
The noise of people walking down the hallways could be loud, but it wasn't very bad.
