The hotel is stylish, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent — I really enjoyed those aspects of my stay.
Unfortunately, my impression was affected by the way an issue was handled. I had to check out earlier than planned, and the hotel initially promised to support me with a voucher or some compensation via Booking.com. However, when Booking.com contacted them, the hotel refused and pointed only to the non-refundable policy.
I understand the rules of a non-refundable booking, but what disappointed me was that the hotel gave me hope of a solution and then went back on their word. For a 5-star property, I would have expected more consistency and professionalism.

The hotel was excellent in terms of location, with a convenient setting close to everything. The breakfast restaurant and the main restaurant were both very good, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The furniture felt a bit old.

Overall, the hotel is great and is definitely in the right place.
This time, however, the breakfast was quite poor and the bathroom door wouldn't close.It wasn't our first visit, I hope it won't be the last, but we definitely won't be in the apartment next time.
