I liked everything. Location, Staff, rooms. Breakfast also very good.
Just one thing: they need to install doors at the shower cabin. Bathroom gets flooded after a shower.

My room for a day .. i complained to the receptionist
Which even did not apologize for it ! Instead he
Asked me if i actually had the make up my room sign
On ! Also one time the trash bin was not emptied
In one of my toilets.

(My hair is short).
- also the housekeeping once forgot to put the complimentary water for me at the room. So i had to

Concierge Robert was very helpful and friendly - really welcoming. In the restaurant, Martin was exceptional despite it being his first day.
Breakfast wasn’t the best experience and we ate out on our final day. When we had a problem with the room (no hot water at all, staff at reception didn’t care. It’s easy to work in hospitality when things are going right….

Very cool place. Very comfortable. Best mini-bar ever.
I needed to stay for an additional night and it was double the cost of the other two nights. I also didn't like the way the payments were managed. It took a while for the payments to show on my account and so I was not clear about the actual cost and I ended up claiming my expenses at almost £50 less than the actual cost when it came through on my credit card.

A truly excellent stay. Probably the best staff we have ever had at a hotel. A total joy. From the front desk, to the people helping with breakfast, to Sofie in the bar - everyone was just superb!
